    It was very good.

    This was a Hotel I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it was exactly as I’d hoped—the open-air barrel bath on the top floor and the terrace at night were amazing. I arrived late for breakfast and was told once that the scrambled eggs were sold out, but they quickly made more and brought them to me. Parking was also free for 24 hours per night, making it a great Hotel I’d truly like to stay at again. The only disappointment was that there was some dust left under the window when I opened the blinds. Still, all of the staff were kind, which made my stay even better.

    I stayed here with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. When choosing the Room, I focused so much on wheelchair accessibility that I overlooked the bed type. When we arrived and got to the Room, it had a double bed. I’m 50 and my mother is 80—were we supposed to sleep together? I was disappointed, but I decided to speak with the front desk staff, and they immediately changed us to another Room. They also made sure it was suitable for a wheelchair. We were truly grateful for their attentive service. I would like to stay again. Next time, I’d like to visit the lively shops nearby. Thank you very much.

    Silent Time is wonderful!

    Stayed for a business trip. The overall atmosphere is similar to an internet café, but the room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I could enjoy the open-air bath even late at night, making my stay very comfortable. The cleaning staff at the large public bath greeted guests politely, leaving a great impression. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and there was a notice stating that cleaning would be done quietly, allowing me to relax peacefully until departure. Many fairly high-end hotels can be noisy even with late check-out options, which often makes me leave early, so this service was excellent (though I imagine it must be tough for the staff). Including breakfast, everything gave off an impression of great effort and care. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Second time

    This was my second stay. Conveniently located near the station with plenty of restaurants nearby. I also love the large public bath.

    Would love to visit again.

    I stayed at this Hotel for one night in Osaka after participating in a marathon. The convenience of transportation, bath hours, and check-out time were all excellent for travelers. At check-out, I was impressed to see a staff member carefully cleaning the floor by hand. It was a spotless and well-maintained Hotel. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you very much!

    Stayed at the accommodation during a business trip.

    Close to Juso Station, the Hotel was clean and well-maintained. The Room was also clean and easy to use. There was a large public bath, and the sauna was clean, providing a high level of satisfaction. However, the space between the desk and bed was narrow, making it slightly difficult to sit on the chair. For working inside the Room, it loses some points in that regard, but overall it was an excellent Business Hotel. I would like to stay here again.

    Cozy and compact!

    Stayed for one night on October 28th! Overall, it was a compact Hotel! The bath and sauna were nice, but wait... no cold bath? So I had to use the shower to cool down and went back and forth repeatedly. There was a sign next to it saying "Cold Sauna?" but everyone seemed to think it was just a milder sauna compared to the hot one, so they all used the shower to cool off. The next morning, feeling tired, I decided to try the milder sauna. But instead of being warm, it was actually quite cold! Yes! It turned out this area was meant as a substitute for a cold bath. If that's the case, wouldn't it be better if there were instructions in the hot sauna saying "Cool down in the adjacent cold sauna"? (Haha) As for breakfast, I think having more variety would be better! Ended up eating two bowls of curry though! The rooftop relaxation area was great! Looking forward to visiting again when I get another chance!

    Overall, it was a great experience. - Room The toilet, shower room, and sink were separated, which was very comfortable as I am not a fan of unit baths. The shower room does not have a bathtub. The building seemed new and had a clean atmosphere. - Large Public Bath If you go during less crowded hours, you can relax. During my Multiple Night Stay, it was quiet when I went before 9 PM. However, when I went around 11 PM once, there was a line of 4-5 people waiting for the washing area. Since the space is not very large, I left without feeling relaxed. There are three individual outdoor baths available outside that were very pleasant to use. - Facility They provided various items like microwaves, plastic wrap, plates, etc., which were very helpful. However, the washing machine and dryer did not perform well; it might be better to use another coin laundry nearby instead. Especially the dryer did not dry clothes properly at all. - Location It is extremely convenient as it’s about a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Juso Station. From Juso Station, trains are available to Takarazuka, Kyoto, Kobe, Umeda and other areas—highly recommended for those visiting these places! Additionally, there are several convenience stores and highly-rated restaurants within walking distance of just a few minutes. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kansai!

    A decent Hotel.

    I arrived earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Feeling sweaty, I hoped to enter the room if it was ready. From my past experiences: ① I fill out the accommodation form (in this hotel, it was signing on a tablet) and am told to wait until check-in time. ② I'm informed that it's 3 PM and asked to wait for a while. ③ My name is checked, and if the room is ready, I proceed with the check-in process immediately. Usually, it's one of these patterns. However, this time, the staff's response was different: "Check-in starts at 3 PM," followed by silence. I understand that check-in is from 3 PM and that early access might not be possible; however, I would have appreciated one of the above responses like other hotels provide. Perhaps because it's a new hotel, they might not be accustomed yet? Or maybe it's not in their manual? The room and breakfast were great overall—just a bit disappointing in this regard!

    Close to the station, the facility and meals were excellent.

    Welcome drinks were available, including coffee from a UCC coffee machine and tea. The bath was spacious, with both high-temperature and low-temperature saunas. Breakfast had limited variety but was of high quality. It would be perfect if there were a wider selection of bread.

    Great value for money.

    2-minute walk from Juso Station, with frequent train services making it more convenient than expected. The bed was comfortable, and the option to choose a pillow was greatly appreciated. The Room felt slightly small, and a foldable rack for spreading out luggage would have been useful. The bath on the top floor, women's mist sauna, and the view from the terrace were excellent. Welcome drinks and refreshing towels were thoughtful touches during this intense heat. This has become one of the Hotels I’d like to use again.

    Satisfied.

    The new hotel had very clean and tidy rooms. The public bath on the top floor was also clean, with a sauna and an open-air bath, leaving nothing to complain about. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    The washing area in the large public bath

    The location, the cleanliness of the Room, and the delicious breakfast were all excellent. However, it seemed that the drain in the washing area of the large public bath was clogged, causing soapy water to overflow. It was unpleasant, and that was the only disappointment.

    Modern and Excellent Business Hotel

    Conveniently located near Juso Station, a key station on the Hankyu Line, with good access to Itami (Osaka) Airport. This modern Business Hotel features a large public bath and cleanly arranged rooms (rooms are equipped with showers only). However, the breakfast is somewhat underwhelming compared to other modern Business Hotel chains. The front desk service is neutral and businesslike. With many affordable and delicious dining options in the shopping street near Juso Station, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers.

    I saw a TV program w...

    I saw a TV program where comedians stayed at this Hotel, and it caught my attention! Although the area is lively at night, you can't hear any noise from outside. The large public bath was relaxing, and the sauna was great too! It's amazing that the bath is available 24 hours—I've never experienced that before! You can also enjoy drinks in the lobby and relax. The location is very convenient as it's close to Umeda. I would love to stay here again!

    Multiple Night Stay

    There were coffee, tea, and detox water available as welcome drinks. The detox water was delicious. The room was minimal. Since it has only been a few years since opening, everything was generally clean. There seemed to be a wide variety of pillows, but they were so popular that most were gone, and I couldn't try them. Disappointing. The large public bath only has four washing areas, so it's necessary to avoid crowded times, but there was also an open-air bath, which was comfortable. The free parking service is only available for one night even if you have a multiple night stay, so the value for a multiple night stay is not significant.

    The Room was good, and I'm happy there is a large public bath! It would be even better if there were sauna mats and a cold bath... Also, I was concerned about the limited breakfast variety, but the location and cost performance are good, so overall, I'm satisfied.

    Depending on the day...

    Depending on the day of the week, the level of crowding was moderate and very comfortable. The open-air bath on the rooftop was excellent. Although I didn't have breakfast, the free coffee and tea looked very delicious. The location is also convenient, as it's only 1500 yen by taxi from Osaka, and Juso itself has many reasonably priced and delicious restaurants, making it an enjoyable place.
