    It was convenient.

    I chose this place because it was close to where I wanted to go. The Facility was clean and nice. This is unrelated to the Hotel, but I wish Diamond member benefits allowed a choice between late checkout or early check-in.

    I will list my thoughts in bullet points.

    Reception on the 18th floor, with a paid workspace on the same floor (used as the hotel's breakfast venue in the morning). Despite being on the top floor, there is no view. Amenities are self-pickup, but toothbrushes are available in-room. Tea bags include three types of tea but no coffee. No skincare amenities like lotion provided. Room is located on the 17th floor with a terrace and has a refrigerator/freezer. Even with the terrace door closed, highway noise can be heard, including loud motorcycles passing by. A water ring from a previous guest's glass was noticed on the table, which was disappointing upon arrival. The bathtub fills slowly and drains poorly; rain shower temperature fluctuates suddenly to hot—use caution. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are ReFa brand for those interested in trying them out; hairdryer is also ReFa (slim model). Insufficient lighting around bathroom mirror makes makeup application difficult. No separate door for toilet space may be uncomfortable depending on your companion. Breakfast includes a choice of main dishes: omelet, scrambled eggs, or salmon meunière served as part of a plate with sausage and salad. The dining area felt awkwardly quiet with only two guests present at times—being constantly watched was unpleasant. Would not recommend adding breakfast to your stay. The TV is a Sony Smart TV with good sound quality; low-seated chairs and table were comfortable for watching movies leisurely. The room has two glass walls providing plenty of natural light—a cozy space that feels like home. Smart checkout via TV is convenient for avoiding trips to reception from lower floors but encountered an error requiring phone assistance from reception staff—a letdown point. Reception staff were indifferent and unengaged; no one present during morning hours. As others have mentioned before: this hotel lacks coffee amenities entirely—a first-time experience for me at any accommodation! A single coffee machine or drip coffee setup at reception would make all the difference. While I enjoyed aspects such as room comfort and proximity to favorite local shops nearby, I would consider staying again only if prices were significantly lower or if access to workspace/lounge areas became complimentary for guests instead of an additional charge.

    Air Conditioning Water Leak and Greetings

    Stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, the air conditioning made loud noises suddenly 2-3 times during the night. On the second night around 11 PM, a large amount of water started leaking from the air conditioning unit, almost soaking my suitcase. I turned off the air conditioning and quickly called the front desk for assistance. I was given a choice to either move to another room or stay in the same room. Since moving rooms in the middle of the night seemed inconvenient, I decided to place 4-5 bath towels under where water was dripping and stayed in that room. The next morning at checkout, one of the staff members who assisted me during the night was present but did not offer any greeting or acknowledgment. A simple greeting would have been appreciated.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near the station with many convenience stores nearby, the location was excellent. The Sky View Room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was large and comfortable. Having a ReFa hairdryer and a Balmuda kettle were also great points. If I may add, having mini towels in addition to bath towels and face towels would have been even better, but overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

    Freezer, microwave, and drum washing machine - very useful! I would love to use them again.

    Stayed for 3 nights in mid-September during the Osaka Expo. Conveniently located near Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station on the Sakaisuji Line. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find a freezer separate from the refrigerator, which allowed me to quickly freeze bottled drinks and make frozen water bottles—very helpful! Ice and coffee were available at the back left of the front desk, which was convenient. The washing machine was also useful; I set it before heading to the Expo and returned to freshly laundered clothes, making my summer stay comfortable. Although I ended up buying a water bottle at the Oman Pavilion, having ice made it easy to keep drinks cold for longer. The nearby convenience store with a microwave also saved time so I could focus on enjoying the Expo. For those using Exit 11 of Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station: note that there is no elevator and many stairs. However, if you enter the Textile Center on your left after exiting, you can use their elevator instead. Keep in mind that Exit 11 closes at 10 PM; if you're returning late, use Exit 8 instead—turn right out of Exit 8 and then left at the convenience store to reach Hotel near Building No.5 of Textile Center. I stayed on the 16th floor with check-in located on the 18th floor. While my key card had some issues requiring reissuance (a bit inconvenient), overall it was a pleasant stay at this Hotel with great amenities and location. Thank you for your hospitality—I look forward to staying again!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    After staying at another hotel during a week-long trip, I stayed here. The room has a washing machine, so there was no stress or time constraints from waiting in line for laundry, allowing me to relax. The cleaning was thorough, making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

    I stayed here to visit the Expo. The location offers great access to both Shin-Osaka Station and the Expo venue, with a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. The large refrigerator and separate bath and toilet were also appreciated. However, one downside was that there were black water stains left on the glasses in the mini kitchen, which made them appear dirty. It was disappointing that my family used them without noticing this issue.

    Spacious Room with a Washing Machine was Great!

    I chose this Hotel because it had a washing machine, which was convenient for my 5-night trip. However, when I ran the washing machine with the dryer and went to sleep, it kept beeping repeatedly. At first, I thought it was finished, but it turned out to be a drying filter error. Even after cleaning the filter, the beeping continued. When I checked further, there was a lot of lint buildup. Cleaning the washing machine with a toothbrush in the middle of the night was quite troublesome—I think more regular maintenance by Hotel staff would help. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The large refrigerator was very helpful as well. Since we were three people, having two sinks in the Room was very convenient. Although you need to go to the front desk area for coffee, café au lait, or cocoa (and waiting for elevators can be inconvenient as they are slow and close quickly), this service is nice. The reception staff provided service that felt typical of a Business Hotel experience.

    Used during the Expo.

    Convenient access from Honmachi Station. The Room included a washing machine with a dryer and a separate bath, which allowed me to wash my sweat-soaked clothes in this heat and enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub, making my stay comfortable. However, the meals were not very satisfying. I would appreciate it if they could increase the variety of side dishes and fruits (only canned syrupy pineapples and cut bananas were provided).

    Unpleasant odor from the washing machine

    Thank you for staying with us during your Expo trip. The taxi fare from Itami Airport was approximately 8,500 yen, and to the Expo venue, including pick-up charges, it was about 6,500 yen. We were delighted to upgrade you to a spacious family room where your children could enjoy and relax in a wonderful Room that helped ease your fatigue. However, we regret to hear about some issues during your stay. There was visible red mold in the bathroom area that startled you despite being in less noticeable spots. Additionally, after doing laundry, all clothes had an unpleasant odor resembling something like Mitarashi dango sauce; this required re-washing everything at home which must have been very disappointing for you. While some reception staff were kind & helpful—overall atmosphere seemed lacking energy or enthusiasm leaving mixed impressions compared other Tokyu Stay properties known practical clean accommodations previously enjoyed elsewhere without such concerns cleanliness service quality felt unique here unfortunately… Although location demand may sustain operations currently improvements addressing these aspects would enhance guest satisfaction moving forward!

    Family Room

    I stayed in the family room. The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. It also had good access to the Osaka Expo and Osaka (Umeda). The family room had two refrigerators; one was a refrigerator, and the other was a freezer, so please take note of this.

    I was assigned a sma...

    I was assigned a smaller room than the one I had reserved. I have booked and stayed in Superior Twin Rooms several times, but this time the layout and flow were different, and the room was smaller. Next time, I would like to stay in the same type of room as before.
