    A Hotel Like a Residence

    I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

    Very satisfied!

    I stayed here for sightseeing in Hiroshima. It’s just a short walk from the nearest streetcar stop from Hiroshima Station. This time I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, and it was very spacious—I was extremely satisfied. Both the bathroom and toilet were clean, and the amenities were well stocked. There is also a coin laundry on the first floor, which I used during my two-night stay. The staff also told me about a nearby supermarket, so I was able to buy what I needed. I think the Hotel’s location is convenient for going out for sightseeing and dining. Above all, all of the staff were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied

    We stayed here for our family trip to Hiroshima. It’s close to the tram stop, making it easy to get around for sightseeing! The Room was clean, and we were very satisfied. The bathroom was more spacious than we expected, and we could relax comfortably. It’s a Hotel we’d definitely like to stay at again next time!

    Spacious and functional, a great-value Hotel ideal for longer stays

    I stayed here during my trip to Hiroshima. The most impressive point was the spacious Room. Even with suitcases open, there was plenty of space, and with two double beds it was very comfortable. It was also nice that the sink area, bathroom, and toilet were separated. On the other hand, some aspects of the Facility are a bit unique. Since heating is only via air conditioning, it was hard to warm up the entire Room and I felt cold during my stay. The bedding is also somewhat thin. Because it is on the first floor facing the street, I was slightly conscious of passersby’s eyes even though there is a hedge and fence. The Facility feels closer to a residential setup than a typical Hotel, and having a mini-kitchen and microwave is a major plus. There is a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, so it’s very well suited for buying groceries and spending time in your Room. That said, I did notice some small inconveniences such as hot water usability, no baggage rack (luggage stand), and a step up from the entrance into the interior. Amenities are minimal but sufficient, and the staff were friendly and polite with warm smiles, which made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was free so I didn’t expect much, but it was more substantial than anticipated; the morning UCC capsule coffee also left a good impression. Having bottled water would have been even better. The location is in a residential area surrounded by streetcars, riverside scenery, and Peace Boulevard—an environment where you can really feel Hiroshima’s atmosphere. Overall, while there are some minor inconveniences, they are outweighed by the generous space and well-equipped Facility; I think it’s an excellent value Hotel. It’s especially suitable for stays of several days.

    A hidden gem!

    Located slightly outside the city center, it is just a short walk from Hiroden Dobashi Station. Conveniently, there are coin parking lots nearby for 800–900 yen per 24 hours. The Room and bed were comfortable. It was nice to have a separate bath and toilet with an automatic water-filling feature. Having a light near the mirror in the Room for makeup would be even better.
