  It was a great learning experience for selecting a Hotel.

  Convenience: About a 5-minute walk from JR Okachimachi Station and very close to Metro Naka-Okachimachi Station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. Staff: The staff kindly stored my luggage before check-in. Everyone was very friendly, greeted me with smiles, and provided excellent service. Amenities: Minimal amenities provided. Unlike some recent accommodations offering cosmetics, face masks, or bath additives, you may need to bring your own items here. Room: The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. There were no humidifiers or air purifiers in the room; however, I was able to borrow a humidifier at check-in. Overall experience: While the stay was pleasant overall, there were some disappointments. The lobby felt cramped as foreign guests were organizing their luggage there, making it hard to relax. When visiting the lounge for its night view, it was occupied by what seemed like foreign guests speaking loudly in non-Japanese languages—this was quite disappointing. While cultural differences exist, I would appreciate if the accommodation staff could patrol or provide notices regarding such behavior. I did not request a specific view for my room but ended up on the 2nd floor despite checking in at 3 PM. The window faced a multi-story parking lot and another building; during my multiple night stay I never opened the curtains nor enjoyed any views from the 14th-floor lounge due to this disappointment. Every time I took the elevator and saw foreign guests pressing buttons for upper floors with better views, I felt envious. For an accommodation that is not particularly cheap... Having stayed at various accommodations before this one taught me valuable lessons about selection criteria moving forward. That said—the staff's hospitality truly stood out as exceptional! Thank you so much to all of them!

  Overall satisfied!

  Accommodation (including meals), suitcase reception and storage, thank you very much for your hospitality. It was an enjoyable trip to Tokyo. If I may make one request, it would be great if a body sponge was provided. Looking forward to staying again.
