    Great value for money

    I think both the Room and the bathroom were average. However, the bed was comfortable. I believe the bed is the most important thing in a Hotel. It is a little far from Osaka Station, but it’s within walking distance, so it didn’t bother me much. Overall, I felt it was a Hotel with good value for money.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time using this accommodation, but it was easily accessible from Osaka Station, and the staff were polite, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you.

    We had a relaxing stay!

    The bathtub was smaller than expected and the showerhead was also small, but other than that I had no complaints and was able to relax comfortably. The wooden toothbrush amenity was unusual and a nice touch. I’d love to stay again!

    Excellent front desk service, delicious breakfast, and great accessibility!

    Thank you for the wonderful stay! The front desk staff at check-in provided very professional service and prepared the requested room perfectly. It seemed that about 80% of the guests were international travelers (many appeared to be Westerners). I appreciated the recommendation to borrow a makeup mirror near the front desk and also enjoyed having complimentary water in the room. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night, it was a bit noisy as some Korean guests on the same floor were chatting with their doors open until around 11 PM. The room provided was compact, facing the street with plenty of light, clean, and had a fresh atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, and I found the shower pressure excellent—very comfortable overall. On my arrival day in Osaka, I found it challenging to walk from Umeda Station to the hotel and ended up taking a subway instead. However, I was informed by your staff that walking from Umeda Station to your accommodation is straightforward. On my second morning when heading early to Kyoto, I decided to walk back to Umeda Station without any issues. On my last day, I enjoyed your highly-rated breakfast after being informed beforehand about potential crowds; hence I arrived right at 6:30 AM when it started. The spread included dishes like "Harihari Nabe" with udon noodles added in freshly fried skewers alongside both Japanese & Western options plus abundant fruits! It felt heartwarming seeing international visitors trying chopsticks enthusiastically while exchanging small conversations amongst them too! Lastly big thanks goes out towards attentive dining area team members who ensured smooth operations across tables ensuring everyone’s needs met seamlessly. Looking forward returning next time visiting Osaka again 😊

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The hotel is conveniently located near Nakazakicho Subway Station. The interior was clean, and although there were many international guests, it was quiet and comfortable. There was no large public bath, and I did not have any meals, so I would rate this aspect 3 stars. It would have been nice to have cleansing amenities available. Umeda is also nearby, making it easy to get around. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Unfortunately

    I made a Reservation for a Standard Double, but it was a Twin. I chose this Hotel because of the large bed, but it was a 110cm single. Disappointing.

    Morning Curry

    This time, I used an affordable Plan. Conveniently located relatively close to JR Osaka Station and Hankyu Umeda Station. The Room is not spacious but sufficient for a solo stay. I also enjoyed the morning curry, which I like.

    It was the best trip to Osaka.

    We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day multiple night stay with no meals included for a concert trip with two women. It's a bit of a walk from Umeda Station, but the path is easy to follow and not a hassle. The entrance was very clean, and the lobby had a sense of cleanliness. Even though we arrived early around 14:00, we were allowed to check in early as "the room is ready." The elevator required us to hold up a card key to press the floor button, which was reassuring in terms of security. Amenities could be taken from the shelf in front of the front desk as needed, which I thought was nice for choosing without excess or deficiency. Also, basic items were provided in the room (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, pajamas, hairdryer, kettle, slippers, etc.), so there was no inconvenience. We were also pleased to have one free bottle of water per person. On the second day, we asked the front desk for directions and places to explore around Umeda. They were very kind and helpful, allowing us to visit the places we wanted to go. The cleaning was done nicely for two days, and there were no negatives. I think I found a good hotel. I would like to stay again when I have business in Osaka, and I plan to tell my family and friends about it (though it would be a problem if it becomes popular and reservations become difficult to get...). By the way, we were also able to smoothly reach Kyocera Dome, our concert destination. It was truly a well-located, convenient, and wonderful hotel. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The service was excellent.

    The service upon arrival left a very good impression. The room was clean, but the next morning, I was surprised to hear what seemed like construction workers walking heavily on the balcony (near the window). It was good that the curtains were closed, but I hadn't been informed beforehand, and I would have been confused if I had opened them while changing. (I am an older woman, but I still have a sense of modesty.) Also, it was a bit disappointing that the TV was on the side wall rather than facing the bed (this is not a complaint as I was aware of it at the time of the reservation). It would be nice to have lotion and cleansing products among the amenities.

    The service was polite and excellent.

    The guidance at check-in and during breakfast was very polite and nice! They informed us in advance about the busy times in the breakfast dining room, and the staff also approached us first in the dining room, providing the assistance we needed when we needed it. The size of the Room and the quality of the meals seemed to be about the average of hotels in the same price range in the vicinity. Neither was bad at all, and it was comfortable to stay. The interior design with blue was cute and lovely.

    The room and bath were smaller than I imagined, but I was able to relax. I would like a permanent luggage rack as there wasn't one. It would also be nice to have a body towel added to the amenities. It was very close to Nakazakicho Station, and the staff were kind and provided good service, so overall, I was satisfied.
