    Good Hotel

    When I turned on the tap, filled the tub, and put my feet in, it was scalding hot water. For safety, please preset it to around 40°C. The Room is stylish and clean, and the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

    The elevator takes a long time to arrive.

    Due to an inefficient elevator system, it can take a long time for the elevator to arrive, resulting in considerable waiting. This is especially frustrating on the upper floors.

    A calm, relaxing space with a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet for a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for two nights, and the Room had a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a typical business-hotel feel, making it very comfortable. The bed and bathroom were spacious, yet the Room didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a separate toilet was also a great touch and very convenient. It’s close to the station with excellent access, and there’s a convenience store nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. There are several well-known cafes in the area, along with plenty of restaurants.

    It was a comfortable Room.

    I checked in around 10:30 PM after a live show. There was no parking, and nearby lots were expensive, so I made a Reservation at an affordable parking lot three stations away and took the train. The Room was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of small shelves and surfaces to place personal items—especially convenient for women. There was a small square massage device; I used it while lying on the bed to massage my feet and relieve the day’s fatigue. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and well maintained. There were many shower settings, and it was fun to try them out. The bed was neither too firm nor too soft, and my daughter—who usually has trouble sleeping—seemed to sleep soundly. There was also a convenience store nearby, so we had no problems at all. We had an excellent one-night stay. I definitely want to stay again.

    The bath was spaciou...

    The bath was spacious, so I could stretch out and relax. It was inconvenient that there was no towel rack. I also would have liked a towel for the toilet. There were plenty of power outlets, which was helpful because I could charge multiple devices at once. I stayed for two nights, and it was nice that the breakfast menu changed slightly each morning. There were many international guests, but everyone had good manners and it was quiet. Since I stayed from Sunday to attend a live concert, the office district was pleasantly quiet, but I had trouble finding somewhere to eat late at night.

    I used this property for a business trip.

    I thought the desk could have been a bit larger. It would be nice to have complimentary bottled water. Overall, it’s acceptable for business use.

    Excellent convenience, service, and Facility.

    I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. The Room size is reasonable, and it’s close to the station with more than enough amenities provided. I was able to relax and unwind after work. Thank you.

    Very comfortable, and the bath was excellent.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The Room was clean, the bed was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. Above all, having the bath and toilet separate was great. The bathtub was also quite large, and it really helped me recover from fatigue. It was convenient to have a convenience store (Lawson) next door, as well as Starbucks and MOS Burger nearby. Breakfast the next morning was also satisfying—the salad quality was better than most Business Hotel breakfasts, and the hot dishes were delicious too. The only disappointment was that the amenity tea was powdered green tea, but I can live with that. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again next time.

    Not as good as the high ratings suggest.

    The Room had a lot of hair scattered around (on the table, luggage area, bedside, etc.). Additionally, some noticeable trash was also observed.

    I would love to stay here again.

    The room layout was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were all kind and made us feel at ease. We appreciate the budget-friendly Accommodation Fee.

    A clean and conveniently located Business Hotel.

    Stayed solo for one night for sightseeing in Kitahama and Nakanoshima. The room is small but clean, with all the basic amenities provided. Check-in is done via a touch screen, but entering special characters was challenging. The front desk staff were professional but not particularly personable. This hotel offers an excellent location for both sightseeing and business purposes.

    A hotel with great value for money and time efficiency.

    Visited for a concert in Osaka. Conveniently located near the station with convenience stores, Starbucks, and restaurants nearby. Despite being year-end, the surroundings were quiet, and I had a comfortable stay. Choosing this Hotel was the right decision as it offers separate bath and toilet facilities. The multifunctional shower made for an extremely pleasant bath time. The Room included a clothing refresher which I used for the first time. I noticed midway that it required water to operate; however, there was already some water inside—possibly from previous use? It was unclear if it had been properly maintained. As it was dry, I tried using the humidifier but couldn’t figure out how to add water since it was an unfamiliar type. Breakfast was delicious, and check-out went smoothly overall—a great Hotel experience. Thank you!

    A business hotel with a little extra.

    While a business hotel, it offers some unique features such as separate bath and toilet and a modern entrance. It's unfortunate that there is no desk. The bathtub is spacious and allows for a relaxing soak. There are plenty of USB ports and power outlets in convenient locations. Wi-Fi can be a bit slow. I didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked quite appealing when I passed by. The hotel is within walking distance from Yodoyabashi Station, making it easily accessible from Shin-Osaka without transfers.

    This was my first time using the service. At check-in, one of us was in a wheelchair due to a leg issue, and we were kindly offered to change from our initial Plan to a Universal Plan. This was very helpful. There was a table in the Room, but it was small and inconvenient for meals; a slightly larger one would have been better.

    A comfortable and well-balanced Hotel

    All necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. Coffee and water from the lobby can be brought to your Room. The Room is spacious, clean, and perfect for getting work done efficiently. Breakfast had no lines for some reason, but the French toast was excellent! Other items were fairly standard, but for a Business Hotel at this price, the service was great. The location was surprisingly convenient as well. Thank you!

    Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds!

    If you are staying, we recommend the breakfast option. There is a convenience store nearby, but the breakfast here offers a taste of Osaka, with plenty of vegetables and salads, and even includes ice cream. I needed a Multiple Night Stay and decided to stay for two nights because the meals were excellent. The miso soup was full of ingredients, the kushikatsu was freshly fried, and there were grilled fish, steamed vegetables, and more. Highly recommended. The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep on. There were plenty of outlets available for convenience. Amenities were well-prepared without any excess or shortage. It was an impeccable Accommodation!

    Luxurious breakfast. Spacious Room. Close to the station. Will use again.

    The breakfast exceeded expectations with its luxurious variety. Skewered fried foods, tempura, ice cream, curry, grilled fish (daily specials), miso soup (great taste and plenty of ingredients), salads (abundant with delicious dressings), steamed vegetables, classic sausages, sunny-side-up eggs, natto, ham (or bacon), and more. Truly diverse. The rice was a bit dry but still deserving of full marks overall. Freshly prepared French toast by the staff was delightful (transformed into takoyaki the next day). Drinks were also excellent. As for the Room: the bed was firm and comfortable for sleeping; there was even a massage device available (though I didn’t use it). The bathroom and toilet were clean. Amenities were sufficient without excess or shortage. Staff service was commendable as well. I look forward to staying again in the future—thank you for your hospitality!

    I have used this place multiple times for business trips. The separate bath and toilet are a big plus. It would be perfect if there were more laundry machines, regular cleaning of the dryer lint, and maintenance of the washing machine residue.

    The machine's motor noise was loud throughout the night.

    The sound of the air conditioner, refrigerator, or elevator motor? When I turned off the TV, there was a constant humming noise that was quite loud and made it hard to sleep. I wanted to change rooms but had already unpacked my luggage and found it troublesome to ask, so I endured it. I often stay at Forza in Sapporo for work and chose Forza in Osaka because of that sense of reliability. However, Osaka seems older; the card key reader for the elevator is not very responsive, there’s only one water server on the first floor with no bottled water provided in the room, and there’s no steam iron available like in Sapporo. This difference surprised me. The water server also had a line of people waiting, and since many foreign guests brought bottles they had already drunk from to refill them, I felt it was unhygienic and ended up buying water from a convenience store. The breakfast area is small but relatively comfortable because about 90% of the guests are foreigners who don’t linger like Japanese guests might. This allows for good turnover despite the limited space—this aspect was very positive. I waited about 15 minutes at check-in because there were only two machines available. Since 90% of guests are foreigners requiring passport checks and explanations during check-in, progress was slow. If foreigners used counters while Japanese guests used machines exclusively for check-in processing, things might move much more smoothly. The hotel’s location is excellent!

    Key card

    Thank you for your stay with us. During check-in, neither of the card keys worked, and although they were adjusted at the front desk, one of them still did not function afterward. Since one key worked, I did not mention it further, but it was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, I appreciated having two types of bath additives and other pleasant points. Thank you very much.

    Delicious breakfast included

    The breakfast at Forza Osaka Kitahama is of a high standard. During my stay, freshly made French toast was served, and the Japanese dishes included crispy tempura (shrimp, whiting, and vegetables) that were constantly replenished. It seems enjoyable no matter how many nights you stay. The room is stylish and comfortable. A bar for hanging bath towels would make it perfect.

    The Wi-Fi is slow.

    The Hotel itself is fine, but the Wi-Fi is slow (some devices couldn't connect, making it impossible to work), so I hope this can be improved.

    The bath is GOOD.

    I was very pleased that the bathroom had a separate bathtub and washing area, and the toilet was also independent. It was inconvenient that there was only one charging spot by the bedside.

    Good value for money!

    We stayed as a party of two. The hotel is conveniently located near Kitahama Station. Upon entering the hotel entrance, there were many foreign guests, and it was a bit crowded, but we were able to check in immediately using the self-check-in terminal. The explanation from the front desk staff was courteous, which was very much appreciated. Additionally, we were delighted to have our room upgraded from a Forza Twin to a Deluxe Twin at check-in. At the front desk, there were amenities and a coffee maker, allowing us to pour coffee or water into cups and take them to our room! The room was spacious enough, and above all, the bathroom was very large and comfortable. Being on the top floor, the 17th floor, the view was also great. The only point I would like to see improved is that there was no towel rack in the toilet, which made it a bit inconvenient to dry our hands each time. However, the toilet was new and clean. Although check-in was crowded, we were able to check out in about a minute. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel. I recommend it to those seeking a level of comfort above that of a typical business hotel.

    A hotel worth the price, I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for the first time. I am satisfied with the price. There are many dining choices and cafes around, so I tried various places for breakfast outside the hotel and was satisfied. The room was clean and nice. Also, the bathroom was not a unit type; it had a washing area, and the shower was a rain shower, providing water from head to calves while standing, which was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that recently, there are many foreign staff among the cleaning staff, but not a single one greeted me with "Good morning" or "Hello," and the cleaning tools were left in the elevator hall. Why not arrange them neatly to the side? Also, they were carrying a lot of trash in the elevator, and although I didn't want to ride, the elevator didn't come often, so I joined them. Of course, there was no greeting at that time either. They should at least greet.
