    A great location near the station and close to Korinbo.

    About a 10-minute walk along the left-side sidewalk of the main road from Kanazawa Station (Kenrokuen Exit). There is no prominent signage at pedestrian eye level, so the entrance is right next to the Hokutetsu Bus stop “Musashigatsuji / Omicho Market.” Check-in starts early at 14:00. An art piece is placed on the bed in each Room, giving a luxurious feel. There is no large public bath, but the provided bath salts help you unwind. There are several coin laundry machines, and detergent is not required. Wash + dry takes about 80 minutes, from JPY 400. The machines accept JPY 100 coins only, but you can exchange money at the front desk. Check-out is at 11:00, and luggage storage after check-out is available. This Hotel sells Kanazawa Bus One-Day Passes, but Kanazawa Station and Korinbo are both within walking distance from the Hotel.

    For travel use.

    The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall it was a highly satisfying Hotel. I was slightly bothered by some plumbing noise late at night.

    Highly satisfied

    This was my first stay at this Hotel, and I made a Reservation with the Room assigned by the property. The Room was much better than I expected, so I was thrilled and had a very comfortable stay. Since I checked in late this time, I couldn’t relax as much as I wanted, which felt like a shame. The only disappointment was that although there was a window, there was no outside view. Other than that, everything was truly comfortable, and I would like to stay again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Less than a 10-minute walk straight along the main road in front of Kanazawa Station. The Hotel is along the road, and Omicho Market is very close. The Room was clean, and choosing this Hotel was absolutely the right decision. Kanazawa Station can be seen in the distance. The large bathtub and separate washing area were great, and having a chair and wash bucket made it very convenient to use. The massage cushion was a big help for my tired legs and lower back. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I look forward to staying again next time.

    Thank you for your hospitality. Overall, I was very satisfied, and it’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. First of all, I felt the value for money was excellent. The complimentary drink service was well stocked and very helpful. The Room was also clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub and a multi-function shower, which really helped me recover from travel fatigue. One small suggestion: having a dedicated changing space would make it even easier to use. Also, in some minor areas, I noticed what looked like slight mold on the bathroom bucket and rubber parts, which concerned me a little. If this is improved further, it will be even more comfortable. As for the massage cushion in the Room, I personally felt it wasn’t necessary, but I assume it was provided with relaxation in mind. The disposable slippers were sturdier than those at many other Hotels, which felt hygienic and reassuring—very nice touch. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would love to return again. Thank you very much.

    Nice Plan

    Solo trip with dinner and breakfast included. Dinner is a course meal Plan at Kaga-ya inside the station. No worries about returning from sightseeing as you can take the bus to the station. The collaboration was excellent, showcasing the expertise of local Japanese cuisine professionals. It was easy to dine alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast offered various local dishes, Western options, and desserts, with great service from staff members. The tables were always kept clean, which was pleasant. The Room was well-cleaned, and both the bathtub and shower exceeded expectations for this price range! A shoe dryer—a unique feature in snowy regions—was available as well. This stay made my Kanazawa sightseeing memories even better!

    Stayed at the accommodation due to heavy snow forecast.

    There was less snow than expected, but since the distance from Wajima to Kaga is far, staying in Kanazawa was the right choice. When I stayed alone previously, the room had an unusual layout, so I didn’t have high expectations this time. However, although it was small, it was a standard room and I felt relieved. I forgot to take amenities from the lobby, but as I always bring my own items, it wasn’t inconvenient. The shampoo products had a very strong scent again this time, so I didn’t use them. Once again, I skipped breakfast during this stay. Although I couldn’t enjoy it much last time, this time I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and cocoa available in the lobby. Thank you very much for that! One thing that concerns me—are there no replies from the hotel to low-rated reviews? It would be nice to receive responses from the hotel if possible.

    I always use this accommodation as my regular place to stay when visiting home. It would be great if I could specify a room with a massage chair when making a reservation. I prefer the cushion type, but I have ended up with the foot massage machine several times, including this time (sigh). Also, it was disappointing that there was no jibuni dish at the buffet this time.

    This is my third time staying here.

    The hotel offers excellent access, with the Kanazawa Station shuttle bus stopping right in front of the hotel. It is also conveniently located near Omicho Market and other major attractions. I stayed in a Corner Twin Room, which was spacious along with the bathroom. After a tiring day, I used the foot massager provided in the room. The inclusion of a clothes dryer was also a very thoughtful service. The underground passage connecting directly to M'ZA Department Store made it convenient for shopping for souvenirs and food items. One minor issue was that despite making an online Reservation, the check-in process felt cumbersome this time, and I noticed that meals were slightly less impressive compared to before. Still, this Hotel is highly recommended when visiting Kanazawa!

    Personal Review: "High star rating, but is it really worth it?" - The bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance, making access from Kanazawa Station convenient. It's also a short distance to Kenrokuen Garden. - There is no smoking area inside the accommodation, so you need to walk about 5 minutes underground to the opposite side of the street where a department store smoking area is located. - Amenities are too cheap. Especially the quality of the T-shaped razor is poor, so I recommend male guests bring their own. Perhaps shaving cream might make a difference (apologies if I missed it). - I requested sake as my welcome drink, but it was served in an extremely small amount—just one sip for tasting and that was it. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Personally, I think this system should be reconsidered; having no welcome drink at all would have been better since there would be no expectations from the start and thus leave a better impression of the hotel overall. Many recent hotels offer almost unlimited drinks with snacks as part of their welcome service; visiting this hotel with such expectations led me to feel disappointed after trying their offering due to high anticipation versus low reward—ultimately leaving me with a negative impression due to decreased dopamine levels in my brain after consumption.

    The staff's service was excellent, and it was a very comfortable Hotel. A glass of wine was included, which was perfect for just a little drink. I will definitely stay here again.

    Hospitality comparable to a Ryokan

    I stay here every month. They remember my requests, and each stay is so relaxing that it feels like home. The staff's ability to switch seamlessly between perfect Chinese, English, and Japanese is impressive, especially given the large number of international travelers. While some places may feel less welcoming in Japanese for non-native speakers, the staff here provide warm hospitality in every language. It feels just like a luxury Ryokan at this Hotel.

    I frequently use this accommodation as my regular stay during business trips to Kanazawa. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at another Forza location, which made me appreciate once again the excellent service and meticulous cleanliness of Forza Kanazawa.     High cost performance

    Considering the price, it was a highly satisfying stay. The Room had all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was spacious with a pleasant multi-functional shower. I was very satisfied with the Room as per my request, so much so that the Hotel I moved to afterward, which was three times the price, seemed less impressive. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but it was delicious, and I ended up eating too much; the chef's recommended potage soup was particularly exquisite. There were no issues with the service either. However, one point to note is that this Hotel is strict for smokers, with no smoking areas at all. The entire Facility is non-smoking, including the Rooms. However, they kindly provide information on nearby smoking areas. Personally, I didn't mind as I prefer to smoke outside rather than in cramped, smelly smoking booths.

    A Long-Awaited Trip to Kanazawa

    First of all, the deciding factor for choosing this was that the toilet and bath are separate. Despite being New Year's, the price was reasonable, the front desk staff were wonderful, and although the weather was stormy with lightning and gusts, it was a relaxing stay. The meals included a good mix of local cuisine, which was very satisfying. However, it was a bit of a waste that the ozoni and pork shabu-shabu were being served in the back with very modest promotion, so it seemed that few people took them. Since they are serving such delicious food, it might be better to promote it more prominently. The Room was also comfortable, but unfortunately, there were no tissues at the sink, so I bought some myself to use, which made it even more comfortable. There were plenty of towels, making it stress-free. It was such a wonderful Hotel that it made me want to use their chain in other regions as well. Thank you.

    The location and quality were excellent!

    About a ten-minute walk from Kanazawa Station East Exit, it is in an excellent location close to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle, and within walking distance to Higashi Chaya District, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The Room was comfortable with separate bath, toilet, and washbasin, and the bed was wide with moderate firmness, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich in local ingredients and all delicious, making me eat too much. I would like to use it again when I come to Kanazawa.

    There were various happenings, but it is a good Hotel. I will visit again.

    The location is excellent, close to Omicho Market. The best thing is that the bus and toilet are separate. This time, we applied with a large group, but there was a problem with the air conditioning in one room, which surprised the person who made the reservation. Since it was a multiple night stay, we were grateful for the prompt response. My friends have requested to stay here again next time. Thank you again.

    I wanted additional water.

    This time, I initially reserved for 2 nights, and later added another night, making it a luxurious 3-night stay. I didn't need additional towels or cleaning, but I would have liked water for the number of nights. There were only 2 bottles in the room at first. It's a small thing, but it was a bit disappointing.

    I stayed here for a business trip. Not only was it convenient, but there were also foot massage and face mist services that helped me relax at night. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, and I was impressed by the coffee machine that grinds beans fresh. The food was delicious! The staff, not just at the front desk but also in the dining area, were all highly skilled. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanazawa.

    The stay was pleasant as expected, but the Room had a slight odor.

    The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the Room was spacious, with a separate bath and toilet. The Room itself was clean, but there was a slightly stuffy smell upon entering, possibly because the window could not be opened. It wasn’t unbearable, but since ventilation wasn’t possible, I used plenty of the deodorizing spray provided in the Room and set the air purifier to high. Other than that, I had no complaints at all and found it very comfortable to stay here—I would definitely like to use this Hotel again. In the morning, when I ran into a cleaning staff member in the hallway while heading out, they greeted me politely with a bow and "Good morning," which made my departure pleasant. In other Business Hotels I've stayed at before, it's common for staff to pass by without acknowledgment; however, I felt that this Hotel's staff were very attentive.

    Accommodation for Concert Attendance

    Hotel Access From Kanazawa Station, take the bus from platform 6. Directly in front of Musashizuji Bus Stop. It was helpful to have easy access, especially with a suitcase and in rainy weather. The next morning, it was about a 5-minute walk to Omicho Market. After shopping at 10 AM, I returned to the Hotel and relaxed before checking out at 11 AM, which was convenient. The corner Room was quiet, with clean and modern linens and facilities. I had an unusually good night's sleep. The cleaning staff were very pleasant—thank you!

    Enjoyed the breakfast.

    Both days featured different menus, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will visit again in November and look forward to savoring the Kanazawa gourmet breakfast then.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    Breakfast was included, but the quality seemed not very high. Coffee options did not include café au lait. The free machine in the lobby was of higher performance. The Room was clean and equipped with an air purifier.
