  I stayed here for an...

  I stayed here for an event in Ikejiri-Ohashi, and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider staying again if I have something in Shibuya.

  Complimentary drinks are appreciated.

  I occasionally stay here, and it is always impeccably clean, making my visits very pleasant. The location is convenient, being close to both the subway station and bus stops, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The free space is stylish, offering complimentary drinks. There’s also soft serve ice cream available, which I look forward to every time!

  The Room was clean.

  The Room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly. Thank you for the delicious coffee as well. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

  Ideal for business travelers.

  Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store just a 2–3 minute walk away. The Facility and amenities are clean, and there are free drinks and a café space, making it very convenient. The guest Room felt smaller than it looked in the photos. The desk is also small, and I couldn’t tell the difference between the Executive and Standard options—was it just the floor level? It would be helpful if the Plan title or description clearly explained what the differences are. At night, an announcement said, “A fire has occurred on the first floor. Please evacuate,” so we immediately tried to evacuate via the emergency exit, but then another announcement said that they had checked and found no issues. Whether it was a false alarm or something else, there was no clear explanation of what actually happened, which made me feel very uneasy during my stay. Without that incident, my overall rating would have been higher.

The incident was caused by someone accidentally pressing the fire alarm button located on the 1st floor. Although we should have provided each guest with a clear explanation, we were unable to respond appropriately, and we deeply regret that this caused you anxiety. Regarding the Rooms, Standard Rooms are located on floors 1–8, and Executive Rooms are located on floors 9–12; there is no difference in Room size. We also apologize for any doubt this may have caused due to insufficient explanation in the Plan details. We will inform the person in charge so that the wording can be revised. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding Room size. Our Single Rooms are 12 m², and we hope this information is helpful.   It was very good.

  It was my first time staying here, and the staff were very kind. The Room was clean, and it was conveniently close to Shibuya and the Meguro River. I also appreciated the free drinks, and I’d love to stay here again!

  The staff provided excellent service.

  I arrived more than an hour before check-in, but I was able to relax on the first floor with complimentary drinks, which was very helpful. However, I noticed a peculiar smell in the Hotel hallway and some dust accumulated in places like the top of the hanger pole in the Room.
