    Cost-effective Hotel - Location Requires Attention

    Thank you for providing a cost-effective and pleasant stay. Here are my personal comments: **Positive Points** - The room was very clean, with a study desk and luggage space, creating a comfortable environment. - Breakfast had limited options but most of the dishes were delicious. Thank you for preparing them. **Negative Points** - As mentioned in other reviews, although there was staff at the front desk during check-in, they did not greet us. When I asked a simple question about the amenities next to the check-in area, they responded with an annoyed expression as if it was troublesome. This could be improved. - The room only had basic bath towels and hand towels; there were no extra towels provided for use in the public bath. It might be better to provide at least one additional small towel. - While this is more of an issue with guest behavior, some guests wore their in-room slippers into the public bath area without removing them at the entrance and brought them all the way into the changing room, which seemed inappropriate. - Regarding the public bath water: is it periodically replaced? From IKYU's photos, I imagined it would have jet baths or similar features; however, it seemed like still water being kept warm instead of circulating jets, which was slightly disappointing. - This is not necessarily a negative point but worth mentioning—since it's located in an entertainment district, there are many club promoters around. If that doesn’t bother you, then it's not an issue. Despite these comments, this is an excellent hotel overall! I hope to stay here again if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    This was my third vi...

    This was my third visit to Okinawa and my first solo trip. The hotel's location is a bit of a distance from the station but in a lively area with nearby convenience stores, making it relatively convenient. The facility was well-maintained, and although I opted for no meals included, it offered great value for money and was an excellent accommodation. However, there were a few disappointing points: - Check-in is automated with no direct interaction with hotel staff. Despite staff being present at the front desk, there were no greetings at all. If they are not going to greet guests, perhaps they could work in the back instead? - The public bath is a great feature; however, the shared shoe rack led to issues like slippers being taken or left scattered by others. While this is more of a guest etiquette issue, since there are small lockers for valuables available, it would be helpful if similar storage could be provided for footwear as well. Thank you!

    The cost performance was good.

    As a Business Hotel at this cost, it was a satisfactory level. However, the internet environment was very poor, and it froze many times during work, which was troublesome. It would be helpful if this could be improved. It was also very convenient to rent a car at the Hotel.
