    A Comfortable Hotel

    This was our second stay, following last year. The front desk and the Room were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The location is very close to the downtown area, so we also enjoyed exploring the city on foot. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Stay in Sendai Amid Fresh Greenery

    Staying in the City of Trees was a wonderful experience, and the Hotel Room was spacious, with the bathroom and toilet separated, making it very comfortable. It made me want to visit Hotels in other areas as well.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The station was nearby, which was very convenient. The surrounding facilities were also well-equipped, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

    Sounds good.

    The meals, Room, and bath were all great. Everything was clean. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and I was surprised at how much the breakfast buffet menu changed from day to day. It was a wonderful place.

    Convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining; the rooms are very quiet.

    The hotel is very new, with clean rooms and bathrooms, and it is quiet at night for a good sleep. Conveniently located near the subway, it offers easy access to JR lines for trips to suburban attractions. The station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, this has been the most satisfying city hotel during my travels in Japan so far.

    No further use.

    I made a reservation for a 2-night, 3-day stay during the Obon season in 2025. The check-in process was smooth and not crowded. However, I was handed eight 330ml bottles of water at the reception, which was inconvenient as I already had luggage and a carry-on case, making it quite cumbersome. It’s unclear why they couldn’t leave them in the room instead. The room key was a card key style. The elevator required the card key to access your floor, so security was excellent. Since the hotel had been built only about three years ago, the interior of the room was clean and modern. Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely dirty with black mold all over and red mold on the floor—it was shocking. As there were no large public baths available, we had no choice but to use that bathroom for two days, which made it quite unpleasant. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. When we went at 8:00 AM, many food items were already gone. Only two slices of grapefruit remained; when I asked staff if more would be added, they said what’s out is all there is—no refills are provided once items run out. Since there weren’t many dishes offered to begin with, breakfast felt sparse and disappointing that day. On our second day, we went at 7:00 AM instead and managed to enjoy our preferred foods without issue. From 2:00 PM onwards on the second floor, complimentary Starbucks coffee could be enjoyed—a nice touch! Japanese sake could also be purchased for ¥500 per small cup (ochoko). The second floor also featured coin laundry machines as well as ice machines and water dispensers. For two adults and two children staying for two nights (three days), it cost approximately ¥88,000 in total fees.

    Satisfied.

    We were satisfied with the service, rooms, Facility, meals, and pricing. It was a good Hotel with excellent staff (female). One disappointing point was that some foreign guests took a large amount of amenities, leading to a shortage of certain items.

    The Room was upgraded generously.

    I had originally made a reservation for a single room, but since there was availability, they kindly upgraded me to a twin room. I was very pleased that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the showerhead and hairdryer were from ReFa. The staff were very kind, which made my stay comfortable and reassuring. However, I noticed some minor cleaning issues (like behind the faucet in the sink), so I rated it 4 stars for that reason. I would definitely use this place again if given the chance!

    I had a very pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. The cleaning staff promptly addressed a minor issue over the phone, which left a good impression. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much!

    Despite the short notice,

    My return flight was delayed, and my schedule for the day was disrupted, so I requested a paid early check-in. Although the room was still being cleaned, they prepared another Room for me where I could take a shower, change clothes, and move on to my next plan. I was very grateful to be able to rest in a clean and well-prepared Room. The breakfast venue was crowded with travelers from overseas, but the guidance was smooth, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable and delicious breakfast. It was slightly disappointing that some items like desserts were not replenished after running out. I will definitely use this service again next time. Thank you very much!

    The smile was wonderful.

    The front desk service at check-in was friendly with clear explanations. This Hotel offers separate bath and toilet facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.

    I think it is a good option as a Business Hotel.

    There is almost nothing to be dissatisfied with. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the rice served at breakfast was not very good on both days. The curry is highly recommended.

    Experience the excellence of ReFa!

    Thank you for your continued support. This time, I stayed in a Room equipped with a ReFa shower head and hair dryer. I had always wanted to try them, so during my 2-night stay (the first night was part of a travel agency's Shinkansen package), I was able to fully enjoy using them. The shower head has three modes that can be switched, and I particularly liked the mist mode. It felt soft even when sprayed directly on my face, providing great relaxation. The hair dryer was lighter than expected, easy to handle, and fit comfortably in my hand. Its usability was excellent—it dried my hair quickly without any stress! The instant switch to cool air was also impressive. Thanks to the combined effects of the shower head and hair dryer, my hair felt smooth and shiny even without using any hair oil or other products. I also frequently used the Starbucks machine on the second floor during this stay. On one occasion, I encountered a frozen screen on the machine; however, staff promptly came over to restart it for me, allowing me to enjoy delicious coffee without much waiting time. Checking in and enjoying a cup of good coffee is one of the things I look forward to most—it made me very happy this time as well. Although it’s unfortunate that AEON Sendai Store has closed down, I bought some delicious deli items from Fujisaki Department Store’s basement food section within walking distance and enjoyed them in my Room. Even when returning exhausted after a long day out, being able to sleep comfortably in such cozy beds makes this Hotel one of my favorites. Thank you again for everything—I look forward to staying here again!

    I was grateful for the support during my exam stay. The Hotel staff were very courteous, allowing me to feel at ease despite my anxiety. Securing breakfast on the day of the exam can be surprisingly difficult, but since it was available from early morning, I could enjoy it smoothly with plenty of time (and it was delicious). Personally, I liked the cup provided in the washroom (especially the blue one). Also, being able to check the availability of the coin laundry from my Room was extremely helpful (knowing even how much time is left is greatly appreciated by both those waiting and those wanting to use it next). I used the ice machine but initially didn't notice that paper cups were provided next to it and felt sorry for interrupting a staff member. It would be nice if there were clearer indications about paper cups being available. Thank you very much.
