    Location, Dining

    The location near the station is a big plus, and breakfast is as lavish as dinner because you can make your own seafood bowl. Everything was delicious, and I enjoyed both Japanese and Western options. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Great location.

    Although it is located right next to Hakodate Station, there is also a reliable affiliated parking lot. The Room was spacious and clean, and we chose a Room with a separate bath and toilet, so our stay was very comfortable. We were very satisfied.

    Conveniently located next to Hakodate Station.

    I stayed for one night, and I think this Hotel’s greatest strength is its convenient location right next to Hakodate Station. On the other hand, perhaps because it is in front of the station, the area around the Hotel entrance felt lively until late at night. The large public bath is an Onsen, but it felt quite hot and steamy inside, so I would have appreciated a bit more ventilation. The Room was compact and clean.

    Excellent access

    The location is excellent, right next to Sapporo Station. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as the morning market and easy access to buses and trains. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff were courteous and left a great impression.

    Great location and very comfortable.

    I chose this Accommodation because it seemed comfortable and was close to Hakodate Station. There were many restaurants nearby, and both the Room and the bathroom were comfortable. Breakfast was also good. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. The location was great, and it was a clean Hotel.

    The Room layout feels inefficient, and it seems smaller than the listed floor area. Also, I would like the windows to be able to open. The TV remote does not support streaming services, so I wish external connections were possible. It was very disappointing that the large public bath does not have an open-air bath. I think the humidity in the large public bath is far too high. It feels like there is no ventilation at all, or the capacity is insufficient... It was a shame that I couldn’t properly cool down and relax after using the sauna. Also, users of the adjacent gym come into the bath area. So it gets unnecessarily crowded. I think this should be clearly and honestly stated.

    Your First Time in Hakodate

    The location was excellent, the Room was clean and easy to use, and the service was polite and pleasant. Thanks to that, we had a wonderful trip. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Hakodate.

    Overall satisfied

    Three of us stayed in the Spaceship Room. From the moment we walked in, our whole family was delighted with the lovely Room and the view from the window. Since we’re not comfortable with large public baths, having an in-room bathroom with a washing area was a major reason we chose this Accommodation, but it was a bit disappointing to see dust on the ventilation fan. The breakfast we had been looking forward to was a very clean, beautifully presented, well-organized buffet! We could tell the staff were attentive, frequently checking and clearing tables. Our whole family was very satisfied here as well. Personally, I also really appreciated the women’s restroom located right outside the buffet restaurant—it had multiple stalls and was clean, so I felt comfortable using it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay—five stars!

    In Front of Hakodate Station

    It was conveniently located right in front of the station. The room is new, but the TV only has terrestrial and BS channels. There is no HDMI input, and it was disappointing not to be able to watch YouTube. I wanted to see the trains, but the window was too dirty to see through.

    I’m a returning guest.

    I’ve been staying here since the new wing opened. The Room carpet and windows were very dirty. It was nice to have an ocean view, but it was a bit disappointing. However, the breakfast seafood bowl was excellent, and when I checked out, the female front desk staff greeted me with a smile in the morning, which made me feel great. Thank you very much.

    Thank you as always for accommodating my Room requests. It’s close to Hakodate Station and also near the streetcar and bus stops, so the access is excellent. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hakodate. One request: I would be even happier if basic skincare amenities such as toner and lotion were available, so please consider it.

    Good.

    Very good. The location is the closest to the station, making it convenient to access buses and trams to go anywhere. The Room was changed to one with a sea view, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious.

    The Onsen was great,...

    The Onsen was great, but the unpleasant smell in the washing area and the overcrowding in the changing room need improvement. Additionally, the Room had limited storage, which was slightly inconvenient for a Multiple Night Stay. It would be helpful to have more hangers and a towel rack in the Room for use after visiting the Onsen. Although there is no Room cleaning service, providing replacement towels along with tea and mineral water was a nice touch. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station.

    Close to the station

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and I was satisfied making my own seafood bowl, so I didn't visit any seafood restaurants. The public bath was crowded at certain times, and since there were no lockers, I had to return to my Room once before going back. Notices in the public bath and meal signs in the breakfast restaurant were only in Japanese and English, but as there were many Chinese guests, adding Chinese would be helpful.

    If you prioritize convenience of access

    Conveniently located near the station with easy access to both the tram and bus stops. Perfect for visiting morning markets and exploring izakayas. I chose this place because of the separate bath and toilet. The Room was clean, but the nightwear provided was thick and not suitable for summer.

    Close to the station and a comfortable Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and restaurants on-site, it was a comfortable Hotel. The breakfast was very delicious and highly satisfying. The large public bath was easy to use with no complaints. It's a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    Great location

    The location is excellent. Being next to the station made it convenient to store luggage during both arrival and departure. The bus rotary in front allowed easy access to various destinations. As a new Hotel, the Facility overall is clean and modern. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bath area (it was messy). When I went for a morning bath, there was a lot of hair on the floor in the changing room, used towel bins were overflowing, and chairs and buckets in the bathroom were scattered around, which felt unpleasant. While staff shortages might be an issue, I believe regular patrols should be strengthened.

    The room was spaciou...

    The room was spacious, which made me feel relaxed. The large public bath was also spacious, with a Japanese-style design that allowed for a calm and comfortable bathing experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with great taste, so much so that I couldn't try everything because I was full. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed at.

    I have stayed at this accommodation multiple times. This was my first time trying the breakfast, and I found the lineup of side dishes, miso soup, soup, soba noodles, etc., to be quite satisfying. However, I was disappointed with the rice! It was labeled as "Fukkurinko," but it lacked luster and appeared cloudy white, which made it unappetizing. This was very disappointing. I assumed it was cooked in the back kitchen; however, if that’s the case, there wasn’t any sense of freshly cooked rice at all—it seemed like reheated rice to me. Since my grandchild was with me this time, I added breakfast to our stay; otherwise, I wouldn’t have opted for it again. I love the room, bathhouse facilities, and sauna within the hotel... so this experience felt a bit unfortunate. The front desk staff is always friendly and provides excellent service that makes me feel secure staying here—so I will continue using this accommodation in the future!

    Stayed with the Ladi...

    Stayed with the Ladies' Plan and enjoyed luxurious amenities. The room, including the washbasin area, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The public bath was compact but had a pleasant atmosphere. Great location with easy access to Hakobiva next door for café and dinner, making it very convenient for my elderly mother. Would love to stay again!

    We stayed for two consecutive nights. Unlike our previous stay at Lagent New Sapporo, it was not possible to check the bath's crowdedness here, so it felt a bit busy when we visited. While the cleanliness of the restaurant, guest rooms, and baths is commendable, there is room for improvement in other areas. Similar to our experience at Lagent Shin Hakodate Hokuto, the quality of the hot spring here is excellent. The breakfast features plenty of local ingredients, milk, and coffee—it’s our favorite among all the Lagent hotels we’ve stayed at!

    Disappointing.

    This was my third stay at the accommodation. Upon entering the room, I went to wash my hands in the sink and noticed a 2 cm stain. Looking around further, I found that the toilet had not been cleaned at all. There were stains on the toilet bowl and surrounding areas, with inexplicable dirt on the floor. When I considered contacting the front desk, my husband suggested not to as it might lead to staff being scolded. In the end, I used disinfectant wipes that we always carry with us to clean both the toilet and sink thoroughly. The bathroom was also in poor condition; perhaps due to overnight use, its trash bin was overflowing with garbage, and hair covered much of the dressing area floor. While I understand there may be staffing shortages, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. On a positive note, staff at both the restaurant and front desk provided friendly service; however, it seems like proper inspection systems are not functioning effectively. As warmer weather approaches and more tourists are likely to stay here, I sincerely hope such issues will be addressed for everyone's comfort as a local resident who cares about this place's reputation.

    Delicious breakfast and a hotel with excellent access!

    The breakfast was consistently delicious. Thank you! I ate too much. Conveniently located near the station, with easy access to trams and buses—very nice! I’ll stay here again! Looking forward to it!

    The location is good.

    It is located next to JR Hakodate Station, but if you take a bus from Hakodate Airport, the drop-off point is slightly far, requiring a bit of a detour due to the crosswalk situation. It's not bothersome except on snowy roads. The large public bath was the deciding factor for choosing this hotel, but it was not a relaxing experience with people not moving away from in front of the showers and others waiting right behind for locker availability. The ladies' floor seems to be set on the 5th floor. Although you need to use your card key in the elevator to access your accommodation floor, which suggests good security... there were many male guests running into closing elevators without showing their card keys immediately, which was unpleasant. There were even situations where I had to get off first because they didn't show their card keys promptly. Some consideration at reception would be appreciated. The meals left an average impression. Even though it's aimed at tourists, there are specialty stores nearby as well. However, the croissants and milk were very delicious! As for the room size relative to its space, both sofa and table were small and not very convenient. The cleaning was thorough and allowed for a pleasant stay. I thought that the lineup of ladies' amenities included in our plan was excellent.

    Ladies' Floor

    This time I stayed on the ladies' floor. The amenities devised by the female staff were very well-equipped. The room was clean and very user-friendly. However, the pajamas smelled and I couldn't wear them. I should have exchanged them, but... other than that, I am satisfied. The location was convenient with souvenir shops and convenience stores near the station.
