    The location is just...

    The location is just a short walk from JR Otsuka Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby—it was such a great area that I regretted not having more time. Also, buses starting from the station’s south exit make it easy to reach subway stations such as Otsuka and Myogadani, which is very convenient when visiting the University of Tsukuba, Chuo University, or Ochanomizu University in Myogadani. There were several buses each hour. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, security cards were required not only for the Room but also for the elevators and the large public bath, so even as a solo female traveler over 60, I felt safe and comfortable. I also truly appreciate your kind help with my lost item. Just one thing: I prefer tea, but since I assumed it would be provided and didn’t bring any, I was a little disappointed. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I’m incredibly grateful!!!

    I stayed at your Accommodation this time to watch a concert livestream with friends. While we had trouble getting the Room set up as we hoped due to issues with the Room equipment and paid content, the staff responded flexibly and helped us make it through to the end. I am truly grateful to all the staff who handled what was honestly a difficult request with such sincerity. Since I couldn’t thank you in person, please allow me to express my appreciation here.     Enjoy peace of mind with APA.

    When I stay at APA, I choose a property with a large public bath. Since it was a holiday, there was no crowd at checkout. It felt inconvenient that the parking fee is charged separately. Perhaps because there are many inbound travelers, prices have been getting higher. The breakfast orange juice tasted like powdered juice—please try a bit harder.

    The Room is small.

    The interior is clean, but the room is small and feels cramped when eating. The only highlights are the large public bath and breakfast.

    No complaints.

    With Business Hotel rates in central Tokyo becoming unusually high, this Hotel still offers a relatively reasonable price even on weekends. It also has a large public bath, and the property is clean, making it a comfortable and reassuring place to stay. There were many international guests, but it didn’t bother me. I chose a Plan with breakfast, but I probably could have skipped it.

    Easy to find from the station!

    It was my first time getting off at Otsuka Station, but since there is only one ticket gate, it was easy to find the way to the Hotel. I arrived early and had 30 minutes until check-in, so I planned to wait in the lobby. However, there were hardly any waiting areas available, so I left my luggage and spent some time at the station building. The public bath was empty as I went early, making it feel like a private experience. Highly recommended!

    The basics of a Business Hotel are

    Proximity to the station is definitely a plus. This is one of the attractions of APA Hotel. The staff's pleasant service deserves five stars. A hotel with such great staff makes you want to come back. However, there is one common downside across all APA Hotels that is quite significant. It's disappointing because it could be improved starting tomorrow. I have mentioned the details in another review.

    It is quite ordinary.

    There was no problem at all as I only took a shower and slept. Depending on the time of day, the elevator can be crowded and takes a while to arrive. The bathroom area feels cramped; although I didn't soak in the bathtub, it is small, which is understandable.

    I used it with my daughter. It was close to the station and easy to find, which was nice. I wish the Room was a bit larger, but the futon was comfortable, so it was fine. There were some issues like the TV remote not responding well, but overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The large public bath was also very warming. Next time, I would like to try the meals as well.

    This time, I stayed for a concert with a friend, using separate rooms. Previously, I stayed in Ikebukuro, and at that time, I thought I might not choose APA again, but the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was very satisfying. I did not use the large public bath.
