    The Room with a massage chair was perfect for relaxing my tired body.

    Hot water overflowed from the drain.

    After filling the bathtub and draining it after bathing, the water overflowed from the drain, flooding the entire bathroom and soaking the bath mat. I called the front desk and was moved to another Room, but there was no apology, and I was moved to an even smaller Room. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, it was uncomfortable to remain in a smaller Room. At checkout, the front desk apologized, but what matters most is how issues are handled when they occur, so my satisfaction was very low. I also have a future Reservation, but because of this negative experience, I am unsure whether I should Cancel the Reservation.

    The bathroom drain emitted a strong odor late at night.

    Conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter and Kurashiki Station. The room faced the road with heavy traffic, but it was quiet as no noise could be heard. The room's bathroom was spacious and clean, which was great; however, the bath, sink, and toilet were combined in one space, making it slightly inconvenient as the toilet was not separate. Additionally, a strong sewage smell developed in the bathroom late at night. Keeping the bathroom door closed prevented the smell from reaching the sink area, which helped. There was no odor upon entering the room or during bathing. When checking in after 4 PM, there was a noticeable cooking smell lingering in the elevator.

    I checked in with concern as I was 4 hours late, but the check-in process went smoothly as usual. The Room was spacious, and there was a large public bath that helped soothe my tired body. I was also pleased with the powerful hairdryer. However, one disappointment was that the clam rice at the breakfast buffet had run out, so I couldn't try it. I hope to have it next time I visit. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and equipped with basic amenities. The large mirror in the Room was great. It would have been even better if there were bath salts. The front desk staff were polite.

    Stayed for one night on the 14th. I chose a plan with breakfast included as I need to take medication after every meal. When I went to the first-floor restaurant at 9:00 AM, it was already closed. The information stated that entry was allowed until 9:30 AM, which was confusing. I ended up buying breakfast at a convenience store but still couldn't understand the situation. Additionally, the parking lot recommended by Hotel staff was hard to find and there were cheaper options nearby, so it might have been better to search on my own. I stay at various hotels for work, and this experience has been a learning opportunity.

    Non-smoking as expected.

    The spacious non-smoking room I chose smelled strongly of cigarettes from the moment I entered. Using deodorizing spray made it slightly better by the second day, but it was terrible. Perhaps smoke from the smoking area had accumulated? However, the artificial Onsen was unexpectedly relaxing, which was a relief. But I will never stay here again.

    Very good

    The bathroom is spacious and allows you to relax comfortably. The guest room is just the right size and has a sense of cleanliness, so I was very satisfied. It was a bit difficult to find the lobby at first, but it wasn't inconvenient.

    It was my first time using it, but...

    Upon arrival, the elevator was filled with the smell of fried food or oil, possibly coming from a restaurant or something on the first floor, and the odor reached all the way to the 9th floor, which was unpleasant. The lobby is small, and the Room is relatively new, but the lighting and walls are dark. Cleaning was done properly.

    Comfortable Room

    The bed in the Room was comfortable. The Room is not spacious, but the writing desk is large, and the chair is as comfortable as those in an office, allowing for work to be done.
