    The Room itself has no issues at all.

    I stayed with friends and used two rooms. There were no issues at all with the rooms or amenities. We were able to get ice and coffee as well. However, I couldn’t find a comb… maybe I just missed it?! Parking guidance and check-in took quite a long time. I’m not sure how much detail I should share here, so I won’t go into specifics. Still… if I think this might happen again next time, I may hesitate to make a Reservation, so it might be worth considering a better process.

    Thank you for your courteous service.

    The rainy early-summer weather had me feeling down, but the front desk staff’s courteous service lifted my spirits. It was a shame that there was almost no view from the room window. Breakfast didn’t offer a wide variety, but the rice was excellent and the side dishes were surprisingly delicious. One disappointing point was the smell of the shower curtain… Maybe it can’t be helped during the rainy season?

    I used this accommodation while preparing for my university entrance exams.

    Thank you for starting breakfast earlier on 2/25 for exam takers. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also felt reassured that the elevator is available only to guests.

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and being able to eat from 6:30 AM was very convenient. It would be wonderful if local gourmet dishes could be added to the menu. Despite the heavy snow, we appreciate the early snow removal efforts. Thank you very much!

    It was a good Hotel.

    Visit Tottori to enjoy the Tottori Sand Dunes and delicious Mosa shrimp. Convenient location with great access to nearby attractions. The large public bath was also satisfying.

    Simple is best.

    Conveniently located near the station, within walking distance to Sunaba Coffee, an okonomiyaki restaurant, and Maruyu Department Store. The Room is spacious enough for two people to rest comfortably, even with just one bed. The large public bath has four washing stations, so there may be a wait during busy times. The water was on the hotter side but still comfortable. Towels should be brought from the Room. A humidifier is also provided for added comfort.

    About Amenities

    Overall, the experience was average. At check-in, I was informed, "Towels are in your room. Please use them when visiting the public bath." However, there were no towels in the room. When I contacted the front desk, they said, "They should be on the bathroom shelf." After confirming again that there were no towels and informing them of this, I was told to "come to the front desk to pick them up." My room was on the 4th floor while the front desk was on the 2nd floor. I went down to retrieve them from reception. The staff at reception seemed unaware of my situation and only after explaining again that there were no towels in my room did they hand me a plastic bag containing towels from behind their counter. When I asked if this kind of issue happens often, they replied with: "There should be towels in your room." However, since there weren’t any available initially—hence why I'd come down—it felt like a miscommunication or oversight occurred somewhere along-the-line. Additionally missing among provided items included foot mats meant specifically for drying off post-shower/bathroom usage; resulting instead leaving floors wet unnecessarily dampened throughout stay duration noticed absence clearer upon next day’s accommodation comparison within same chain Green Rich Hotel Yonago Station nearby location!

    Calm and relaxing atmosphere

    I enjoy staying here every month because of the calm atmosphere and the polite service from the staff. The location is convenient, being close to downtown and the station, and the cleanliness is excellent, allowing me to have a comfortable stay each time. However, I am often confused about the yukata provided during my multiple night stays. For example, this time there was only one replacement yukata prepared in my room for a single night stay. Additionally, quite often only an obi (belt) is provided in the room without a yukata. In about half of my stays, nothing has been prepared at all. Since yukatas are not always available near the elevator hall either, having replacement yukatas prepared in my room would be most helpful. However, I find it particularly puzzling when only an obi is provided without explanation. Would it be possible to standardize this service specifically for multiple night stays?

    "Simple is best."

    The front desk, restaurant, and all staff members provided exceptionally professional service. Both the common areas and the Room were very clean. Breakfast far exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. If visiting Tottori again, this is definitely the Hotel I would choose to stay at.

    This is the second time.

    This was my second stay. The Room and lobby were clean, and the Room cleaning was thorough with no issues. Amenities, except for the toothbrush set, are available in the lobby, which I found very convenient. Interaction with staff was limited to check-in and check-out, but they left a very good impression. The public bath was clean; however, there were limited washing areas and space for belongings, which caused some inconvenience depending on the time of use. The location is close to the station and very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    I would like to stay with you again.

    It was very comfortable. I have used hotels in front of Tottori Station several times over the past 2-3 years, and this was my first time using this hotel. The staff's service was excellent, the room was simple and clean with no unnecessary facilities, the bed was spacious, and there was a large public bath, which was great. However, the yukata and pajamas had a smell peculiar to business hotels, so I thought it would be nice if there were women's sizes available, even if the size remains the same. (How about lending them to those who wish?) Also, there was an air purifier in the room, but I was concerned that the filter cleaning lamp was on.

    I booked two single ...

    I booked two single rooms. The property is close to the station, and the rooms were spacious and clean, but the building overall feels old. I chose to use a memory foam pillow, which was very comfortable, and the bed was pleasant as well. A bit inconvenient was that there was only one hairdryer in the large public bath, and there was no water server like in other hotels. Also, most hotels I usually stay at (in other regions) offer bottled water service, but it was not available here, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was hair on the handle of the refrigerator in my companion's room. Despite some requests, I think it is a good hotel overall.
