  A Comfortable Hotel

  It was another comfortable stay. We apologize for the trouble caused by my friend’s forgotten item, and we truly appreciate your kind and attentive support. The breakfast we were looking forward to was exactly as expected—both the fresh juice and the rice were delicious. We enjoyed a hearty meal with an extra serving of rice before heading out sightseeing. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as well as the lounge in the evening and the coffee service in the morning. In Kyoto we end up walking a lot, so it was wonderful to relax in the spacious bathtub to ease our tiredness, then unwind and chat in the lounge. This is a Hotel in Gion with great access for getting around on foot. We will visit again.

  Quiet and comfortable

  Located in a quiet area of Gion, it’s conveniently within walking distance of Kiyomizu-dera, Kodai-ji Temple, Yasaka Shrine, and more, and offers a level of quality you wouldn’t expect from a Business Hotel. The Room has a soothing Japanese feel, and when I told my friends about my previous stay, they said they definitely wanted to try it too... This time in Kyoto, staying at this Hotel was one of the main purposes of our trip. We enjoyed the exquisite breakfast in our Room, and also took our time with morning coffee in the lobby as part of the newly started service—making for a very comfortable stay. We’re also grateful for the staff’s polite and kind hospitality. We’ll be back.

  Although it was only...

  Although it was only a one-night stay, we had a very comfortable time. They accommodated an earlier check-in time and kindly listened to our requests during a phone consultation. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious—an ideal place to relax. We also appreciated the service of having breakfast delivered to the Room; it was excellent. We would love to stay again.

  A small, clean, and comfortable Hotel

  It is located just a short walk from Hanamikoji Street, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in Kyoto. The Hotel was renovated three years ago, so the lobby and Room felt new, clean, and comfortable. The Room had a layout that reminded me of a love hotel: as soon as you enter, there is a bed and a large-screen TV. The bathroom and toilet are separated by glass doors, and the bath features a jacuzzi and its own TV.
