    I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located for visiting Sakae and Nagoya Castle, and No Meals Included was more than sufficient. The Room was clean and easy to use.

    A place you’ll want to stay again and again

    Great location—I'd like to make this my regular Accommodation for concert trips. Even after eating out, I could still relax comfortably in the Room. The bathroom and toilet were also spacious, which was nice.

    I stayed here for a concert.

    I stayed here because I attended a concert at Vantelin Dome. The location was very convenient, and transfers were smooth. Nagoya Castle is also nearby, so it’s convenient for sightseeing as well. The Room was clean and well equipped with items such as a ReFa hair dryer and shower head, and everything was hygienic. Both my friend and I were satisfied. I would like to stay here again next time.

    The front desk service was disappointing.

    There were three staff members at the front desk. All of them were just staring at their own PCs, and it didn’t feel like they were attending to guests. It felt like I checked in and checked out on my own. The front desk felt unwelcoming.

    The staff provided excellent service. The Facility was clean, with conveniently located power outlets for charging and a spacious bathtub. It was also close to the subway exit, making it very convenient.

    The internet connection is poor.

    The cleanliness of the Room and the customer service are excellent, but the internet connection is terrible. You can watch YouTube on the Room's TV, but due to a poor connection, it lags and is too slow to enjoy. I plan to stay again, so I kindly request improvements in this area.

    We frequently host many international group guests.

    I have used this accommodation several times since around 2021. Although it is a bit far from the station, the rooms are stylish and relaxing like home, with plenty of amenities, which I really liked. However, the situation has changed since they started accepting groups of foreign tourists. Check-in and check-out times are crowded with foreign guests, leading to long waits. The front desk is always noisy with groups of Asian tourists gathering, and some guests even put their feet on the lobby tables without any staff intervention. In the guest room areas, loud noises can be heard late into the night, making it no longer a comfortable hotel to stay in. I really liked this place but due to its current situation and distance from the station, I find myself excluding it more often as an accommodation option unless improvements are made.

    Everything was perfect except for the slippers.

    I stayed here for a sudden accommodation. I was traveling with a baby, and the breakfast buffet, especially the French toast, was delicious. My 8-month-old grandchild enjoyed eating a lot. The staff were all very pleasant and left a great impression—thank you! The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. However, although the indoor slippers were labeled as sanitized, I would have preferred disposable slippers. My daughter and I agreed that if the slippers were disposable, it would be a perfect business hotel.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay this year. I noticed the same issue as last time. Upon entering the Room, there is often dust accumulated near the windows and on the floor. Since I usually have a Multiple Night Stay, I wonder why bed-making is not provided. It's unfortunate because the place is otherwise very comfortable.

    No more than the listed price.

    The location was a bit farther from the station than expected, making transportation slightly inconvenient. The exterior is very clean, but the water facilities inside the Room feel a bit outdated. The refrigerator was surprisingly shallow, something I had never seen before. Check-in strictly starts at 3 PM, which caused quite a line to form; allowing early arrivals to check in might improve the experience.

    I often travel to Nagoya for business trips, but I struggled to find a good accommodation due to issues like hearing noise from neighboring rooms or unclean bathrooms. I decided to try this place after seeing a review on IKYU.com mentioning it was "new and clean." The room was spacious, and I particularly liked the larger bathroom with an anti-fog mirror, which is essential for shaving while showering. Breakfast included bread, rice, hitsumabushi, kishimen, etc., though I felt the variety of side dishes was limited. I would like to make this my regular accommodation for future business trips to Nagoya.

    The Room was spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were large and comfortable. It was clean and very cozy. It is located in a convenient area for sightseeing, with restaurants and the Mirai Tower within walking distance, so it never felt boring. I would like to use it again when I visit Nagoya. The breakfast was also delicious.

    Facility and service are good, but the clientele is...

    I stayed with No Meals Included during my business trip to Nagoya. The Facility was new, and the Room was clean. However, it seems to be a regular Property for foreign tour groups, and I had to wait a long time during check-in and check-out as it coincided with the arrival of large groups. I would like to see improvements in the situation where people are allowed to speak loudly in the crowded lobby. Also, from inside the Room, I could occasionally hear loud voices from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. I felt there is room for service improvement, such as separating the floors for foreign group guests and other guests.
