    This was my first four-night stay since the COVID-19 pandemic. The welcome sweets, 24-hour drink service, and the newly introduced laundry compression machine were very helpful. The front desk staff were courteous at all times, and I had a comfortable stay. The lighting is bright enough for working and doing makeup as well. However, it was disappointing that on some days the bath towels had a slight damp smell.

    The location right behind the Kabuki-za was excellent, and the staff were very kind. I would like to stay here again when I go to see Kabuki.

    The service was excellent.

    I stayed with no meals included for a trip outside the city center, and I was very satisfied with the courteous service provided even before my stay, as well as the pleasant experience on the day of check-in. Although I occasionally stay at other hotels when visiting the city, I strongly feel that I would love to use this accommodation again.
