  Oh wow...

  At check-out, I was charged again for breakfast, the 2-hour extension, and parking—even though I had already paid for them. I was surprised this could happen and left feeling disappointed.

  Very close to the st...

  Very close to the station with excellent convenience. A reliable APA Hotel, I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The only minor complaint is that I wish the bathroom was a bit more spacious.

  Accommodation on the Top Floor

  This was my first stay at an APA Hotel. I chose to stay on the top floor, where individual air conditioning settings are available, as I dislike centralized air conditioning mentioned in reviews. It was comfortable to adjust the temperature myself. The bed was larger than expected and very comfortable for single use. Other facilities were minimal but sufficient, making it ideal for a business hotel stay. I thought it might be a bit of a walk from the station, but it took less than 3 minutes—very convenient location near the station. For breakfast, having more variety or local specialties would be appreciated. In terms of cost performance, I might skip breakfast next time. As an accommodation-focused hotel, I found it to be excellent overall. By the way, although this didn’t affect me this time, I think it would be helpful if information about elevator maintenance or stoppages is included on the website or during reservation notices.

  The parking lot was ...

  The parking lot was a bit hard to find, and the bath and other facilities felt like a typical Business Hotel! No complaints for just staying normally!

  Clean and conveniently located near the station, with no noticeable smell in the smoking Room.

  I am a non-smoker, but the room I stayed in was for smokers. I didn't mind the smell of tobacco. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet, and for those on a multiple night stay, the menu seemed to have little variety. I wished there was also bread.
