    The building was new...

    The building was new, spotless, and very clean. The Room was well cleaned, and daily housekeeping was done properly. The pajamas provided were comfortable and felt luxurious. The coffee machine and ice were available at any time, and we could also have matcha latte and cocoa; with ice, we could make an iced latte. Coming back to the Hotel on a hot day and having a cold drink right away was the best. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in the Room, which really helped when traveling with children. I thought we might be able to try Omori nori seaweed, but it wasn’t included at breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied considering the price and location.

    I might not actively choose it.

    I made a Reservation because the airweave bed was appealing. The building and the Room were clean, and the all-you-can-drink welcome drinks were a great touch, but Kamata was a bit inconvenient for me personally. It’s also tough for smokers that there is no designated smoking area in or around the Hotel. Late at night, some guests who seem to want to smoke end up gathering around the Hotel, creating an unusual atmosphere. Since this could bother nearby residents, I think the Hotel should address this as soon as possible.

    Excellent location. The Room feels unfinished, but it’s not bad.

    If you’re using Haneda Airport, the location is excellent. It’s just a short walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. On the west side of the station, there are affordable, Kamata-style shopping streets and restaurants, and access to central Tokyo isn’t bad either. The Room is (slightly) more spacious than you’d expect for the price, and the interior feels nicely done with cost-effective materials. Service varies depending on the staff member, but that can’t really be helped. For this price, it’s fine.

    This Hotel was so nice—you’ll love it.

    We kept saying to each other, “This place is really nice,” again and again—about the café space, amenities, the compact yet very user-friendly Room, and how good the breakfast tasted. There were so many thoughtful touches too, like a charger set, a foldable table, and an extra-large luggage rack—we loved it. Access to Haneda Airport is excellent as well.

    Clean, friendly, and the best Hotel!

    Located about a 2-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station, this Hotel also offers easy access from Haneda. It looked new and clean from the outside, and the interior was stylish and spotless as well. We left our luggage first and checked in later. Three women stayed together. One bed was an extra bed, but it was nearly the same size as the other two, so it didn’t bother us. The bathroom was separated by a door beyond the toilet and sink area, so it wasn’t a typical unit bath. We could wash comfortably in a spacious washing area, and we could fill the bathtub too! By twisting the shower head, you can switch to a mist setting, which felt amazing. Overall, the design was simple yet stylish—sleek with no wasted space—and we loved the refined atmosphere. As great as the Room was, what impressed us most was the staff’s service. One of my friends felt unwell and overheated during our stay; when we contacted the front desk, they immediately prepared a large ice pack wrapped in a towel and kindly lent us a thermometer. When we checked out, they asked with genuine concern things like, “Are you feeling better?” and “Did your clothes get dirty?” They were truly wonderful. This is definitely a Hotel I want to stay at again on my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much!

    It was a disappointing Hotel.

    The air purifier was broken. The Room was small, and the foldable table made the space feel cramped and difficult to use when opened. I don’t think I will stay here again.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    Just a 3-minute walk from the station, which was very convenient, and it was great to have plenty of convenience stores nearby. It was also nice that guests can enjoy free drinks at the café. All the staff were very kind and courteous, which left a great impression. The Room is minimal in size but I didn’t feel inconvenienced, and the large-screen TV was great with lots to watch. I gave 3 stars only because the bathroom was quite small, but it was well cleaned and comfortable to use. I would like to stay again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I was completely exhausted right after returning home, but I slept very well. I was especially happy with the clean, functional Room and the deep bathtub. The staff were also kind and attentive. This time I could only stay for about 12 hours, so next time I’d like to stay longer.

    離島大好き

    Comfortable!

    We stayed for two nights: the first night my daughter and I, and the second night my daughter stayed on her own. I had an early flight the next morning, and my daughter had errands near Haneda Airport for two days, so we chose this Hotel close to Haneda for the first time—and it was very comfortable. It’s very convenient, with quick access from Keikyu Kamata to both Haneda and Shinagawa. We booked a ReFa Room, which was great overall. The only issue was that the ReFa shower head stayed in a mist-like spray and we couldn’t adjust it, so it felt cold during the shower. Was there a way to change the setting? We tried pressing what looked like buttons, but nothing changed. My daughter also said she felt cold throughout our stay (lol). Other than that, it’s almost directly connected to the station and very convenient—plenty of convenience stores nearby, Don Quijote at the station, and lots of restaurants. The Hotel also offers free drinks and a comfortable free-use lounge area. This side is quiet, the bed in the Room was great for sleeping well, and we plan to stay again next time. Thank you!

    First!

    I always saw your Hotel from the Keikyu train window and thought it would be convenient to stay here for an early departure. This time, I stayed at your Hotel to catch an early flight! The drink service available even late at night was great! It was also closer to Kamata Station than I expected, making it easy to get there. I will definitely stay again for another early departure!

    Great value for money

    Stayed with family before a flight from Haneda. Unfortunately, it was raining during check-in, but the partially covered route from Keikyu Kamata Station was helpful. Plus, there were elevators or escalators almost directly from the platform. The triple room wasn’t particularly spacious, but having a separate bath and toilet was excellent, and the Airweave beds were comfortable. The café open until late at night is great for adults, but since there are no soft drinks available, it’s not ideal for families with kids. Breakfast included yogurt and delicious croissants. However, gyoza and Neapolitan pasta weren’t something our family would eat in the morning. Considering rising hotel prices in Tokyo, paying in the 20,000 yen range on a Saturday during Golden Week offered great value. Would definitely stay again when needing accommodation near Haneda.

    Stay the night before your overseas trip.

    I had to go to Haneda Airport before 6 o'clock, so I used this Hotel for an overnight stay. It was a clean Hotel and it was nice that cafe drinks were free in the lounge. I could take them back to the Room and drink, and the front desk staff were kind. I would like to use it again.

    Conveniently located near Keikyu Kamata Station.

    Although it is located in a place that is not easily visible from the main street, once you enter, it is immediately there, quiet, with spacious Rooms, and I had a comfortable stay.

    週末ホテルステイしたい

    The smell was strong.

    I often used this hotel because I liked its proximity to Haneda Airport, but during my recent visit, I noticed a slight odor as soon as I reached the guest room floor. The room itself smelled even worse (like body odor?), and I couldn't stay without keeping the window open at all times. I tried to ventilate using the air conditioner, but it also smelled bad, so I turned it off immediately. Additionally, the shower curtain had an odor, and the smell was strong everywhere I went. I have used this hotel many times before, but I am considering looking for another hotel.
