    Located in the heart of Tenjin with excellent access.

    This Hotel is conveniently located near Tenjin Subway Station, surrounded by many historic buildings and restaurants in a stylish neighborhood. I would like to stay here again. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the curry and mentaiko.

    It was comfortable.

    This Hotel was clean, and the staff were courteous. I had a comfortable stay without being bothered by noise in the Hotel. I will stay here again next time.

    Clean

    Conveniently located close to both the station and major sightseeing spots. The room was also clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast included Hakata specialties and was delicious. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    The Executive Twin offers great value for money.

    The Executive Twin is on the 10th floor and comes with a terrace, so it’s very comfortable unless it’s extremely hot. The view is excellent, with a park right in front. The massage chair and the bathroom with a large window were also great. The living area is right by the entrance, so if that doesn’t bother you, everything else is flawless: the toilet is new and clean, and it’s close to the elevator (though all Rooms are). No complaints. There are plenty of options within a 5-minute walk—izakaya pubs, stylish small-plate restaurants, sushi places, you name it. However, many places are closed on Sundays and the area feels quiet, so if you want dinner nearby that day, your choices will be more limited. Breakfast was an average buffet with a limited selection, but the staff member in charge was incredibly kind and helped my slow-moving parents by picking up various items for them. That kindness really meant a lot. The juice was delicious too. Amenities are minimal essentials only, so bring what you need. If you make a Reservation for parking in advance, you can park right at the Hotel entrance. If you call ahead and pay an additional fee per policy requirements, they can also accommodate early parking or early check-in—so if you’d like to leave your car or luggage before sightseeing, it’s worth asking the Hotel. They were very flexible and helpful. The simple single Room is very small (the bed is large), making it hard even to open a suitcase—so I feel it’s really only suitable for solo stays. The bath/toilet unit was combined but clean. If you think of it as a Business Hotel rather than a city hotel: it’s very clean with a great location. On higher floors especially, the view is good—highly recommended.

    Excellent! Just steps away from Tenjin and Nakasu.

    On Saturday, April 11, we stayed in the special Room on the 10th floor. This Hotel has everything you could need. The laundry facilities, vending machines, complimentary coffee service, and even a thoughtfully curated bookshelf... and the Room was wonderful. From the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the cherry blossoms in Fukuoka Central Park, and we could also see the lights of Nakasu. The bath in the Room was excellent, and there were several shampoo options to choose from—my wife was very satisfied. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it, but when I visit Fukuoka, I’m thinking of making this my regular Accommodation. The front desk staff were also fantastic. Considering the price, we were extremely satisfied.

    A comfortable Hotel!

    I’ve visited Hakata several times, but this was my first time staying in the Tenjin area—and I’m already determined to stay here again next time! The Hotel and the room were thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time in real comfort. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of Tenjin Station with great access. They also kindly stored my luggage until the evening after checkout, which was a big help. Thank you very much.

    The location is convenient, but if you have a lot of luggage, getting to the nearest station may be a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff provided very pleasant service. As soon as I got off the elevator on the way to my Room, I noticed an unpleasant odor like sewage, which concerned me. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A Hotel Safe for Solo Female Travelers

    I stayed here on a weekend when there was a live event at the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka. Hotels in the city were all expensive, and I went over budget, but among the business hotels with good access and safety that I searched for, this hotel lived up to its reputation, and I am satisfied. After enjoying late-night ramen in Nakasu, it was convenient to walk back to the hotel quickly. The facilities inside were clean and comfortable, including the bed and bathroom.

    The Hotel staff provides excellent service.

    The location is excellent, making it a perfect Business Hotel. The hotel staff provides great service, and the clean Room is more than satisfactory. Plus, the coffee milk pudding at breakfast is delicious! I would like to make this my regular Accommodation when visiting Fukuoka.

    The bath is amazing!!

    I was looking for a hotel to visit the Christmas Market in Fukuoka and found this Hotel right next to Chuo Park, the venue in Tenjin. It even has a balcony on the top floor! The Christmas illuminations visible from the balcony were beautiful, and it was so convenient to return to the Hotel right after enjoying the market. The location was perfect. And above all, the bath!! It was spacious with a jacuzzi—absolutely amazing. I liked this Hotel so much that I extended my checkout by an hour to relax until the last moment. I would love to stay here again!

    As luxurious as a first-class Hotel!

    When making the reservation, I was excited by the great location (right in front of Tenjin), beautiful view (the greenery of Tenjin Central Park from the window), spacious room, and affordable price! Upon visiting, it exceeded my expectations with complete satisfaction. From check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and excellent service. The female staff at the breakfast venue were also attentive and thoughtful—everything felt like a first-class hotel!

    Great location and excellent Room. The staff's smiles are wonderful. The Room is spacious, with access to a balcony where you can enjoy the greenery of the park. The private bath in the Room offers unparalleled comfort. I will stay again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed this time looking forward to visiting Panstock and Suzuya Main Store. The convenient location was helpful for getting anywhere. The compact room was user-friendly, and the double bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff's response was pleasant as well. It was such a comfortable stay that two nights felt insufficient... It has become one of the hotels I want to stay at when visiting Fukuoka. Thank you very much.

    It was lovely.

    I booked this place because it was close to the concert venue (Across), but it exceeded my expectations. The view from the park view room, the layout of the room, the pleasant response from the front desk staff, and the breakfast, although in a small space, were all delicious (especially the curry with lots of ingredients). I was very satisfied. I would love to stay again.
