  This time was disappointing.

  I stay at this Hotel from time to time, but this time my stay was disappointing. It started with a smirk from one female front desk staff member, and the bath towels in my Room were badly frayed (so much that I wondered if they were tasseled towels). The fabric was also worn thin. Smirking in front of guests is unacceptable—I felt like I was being mocked. At breakfast, after entering the restaurant there were two lines. I went to the back line because it seemed less crowded, but it had fewer dishes. When I later checked the other line, it had various items such as desserts and natto. I want the food to be arranged fairly. Overall, I felt the quality has declined.

  I was amazed by the variety of the breakfast buffet! I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

  The environment is good and the Facility is new and nice. I would like to use it again.

  I like it.

  I always stay at Route Inn in Yahaba when visiting Morioka. I never get to use the bath, but the breakfast buffet is satisfying. However, it takes time to replenish items that have run out. I wish there was someone who could handle it quickly. I always feel that the Room smells. It feels dark. The gray and black sofa and bed cover... can't they be changed to something a bit more tasteful...? It's calming, though. Even so, I still like to use it.
