    I slept well!

    I usually can’t sleep well in a Hotel, but I ended up dozing off without realizing it all three nights. The sleep felt much deeper than usual—even a 30-minute nap after waking up felt like I’d slept for about two hours, which really surprised me. The bath was also spacious and relaxing, and thanks to that I stayed in good shape even when we were out late, making it a great trip overall. One small thing: I was a bit disappointed there were no skincare amenities. However, there was no inconvenience at all since both a convenience store and Don Quijote were nearby. Thank you very much.

    This Hotel is highly recommended.

    I chose this Hotel because it was close to public transit stations and near the shops I wanted to visit in Ginza, making the location ideal for my personal purpose this time. Another reason was that I had previously stayed at the affiliated “remm plus Kobe Sannomiya” and was satisfied with it. I arrived before check-in time, and when I asked to leave my luggage, the staff were very pleasant and handled it quickly. Check-out was also easy; a staff member helped me and it was completed in one minute. I knew from the start that the Room would be small, but at breakfast as well, the staff worked hard and responded cheerfully. Considering the value for money, I felt there was nothing more I could ask for. I was satisfied with “remm plus Ginza” this time too. For anyone unsure which Hotel to choose in Tokyo, I would recommend this as a great-value Hotel. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

    There was a lot of hair on the floor.

    This was my second stay, about three years after the first. When I entered the Room, it felt a bit unclean and there was a faint odor, so I didn’t feel comfortable eating food there, although the Room itself was spacious and nice. In the toilet, when I sat down, I saw about three long hairs right in front of me (I have short hair). I considered it acceptable and picked them up with toilet paper and threw them away. However, there were still more—about five hairs in total. I had made a Reservation for three nights, but I paid a Cancellation Fee of 4,000 yen to cancel the day before check-in, then canceled the remaining two nights and rebooked at another Hotel. I had planned to stay here again a month later as well, but canceled immediately. That said, since check-out is at 12:00 and check-in is at 2:00 p.m., housekeeping may have a tough schedule. Because the stay time is relatively long, this Accommodation may be fine for those who are not concerned about cleanliness.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This time, I stayed on a Plan without breakfast. Although it’s in Ginza, Shimbashi and Shiodome stations are closer and more convenient. It was also great to have a convenience store on the first floor of the same building. The twin Room was spacious, with the bath and toilet separated, and checkout was at 12:00, so I could relax and take my time. The staff were also very helpful.

    The Room layout has some issues.

    Stayed in a Twin Room. There seem to be multiple room layouts, and the Room we stayed in this time had the beds right by the door as soon as you opened it. It also felt smaller than the Room we had last time. The location is great, and both the accommodation rate and the concierge service are good, but this time we were disappointed with the Room.

    I’d prefer a Room without a massage chair.

    Every Room in Rem’s rooms has a large massage chair, even though the space is small. It can be very obstructive when walking around the Room, so I would like to choose a floor without massage chairs if available.

    Comfortable and clean recommended Hotel

    The Room's amenities were excellent and very clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I was satisfied with the staff's kind assistance. The only slightly disappointing aspect was that it is somewhat far from the station, taking about 7-8 minutes on foot. However, overall, it is a highly recommended Hotel.

    Convenient and clean

    There are various Hotels from Higashi-Ginza to Ginza 1-chome and Yurakucho, but being close to the station makes it very convenient for me to enjoy both day and night. Also, the new Rooms are clean with no strange smells. I think the bath and toilet are also quite clean. I have stayed at Hotels that have aged a bit, but this is different. In the end, cleanliness is the most important. One disappointing thing is that there are only plastic cups instead of ceramic teacups or glass glasses. Even though I came to Ginza to forget about everyday life. I hope they will do their best.

    It was comfortable!

    The location was great, and I had a comfortable stay. The staff's response was kind and wonderful. I was delighted to receive chocolates in the room and yogurt at the front desk. The convenience was better than expected, and I enjoyed Ginza. I will stay again when I watch a play next time. Thank you very much.

    A great location for wandering around the Ginza and Shimbashi areas.

    I have stayed at a Hotel in the same group in Osaka Umeda, and it had the same check-in system. I think it's a very efficient system. My conversation with the Hotel staff was limited to the initial explanation of amenities, and after that, there was zero interaction over the three days. Therefore, I cannot evaluate the personal service. More than half of the guests were from overseas, and various languages were being spoken in the elevator. Not only the Hotel but also nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and department stores were filled with foreigners. I think the Hotel is becoming more international. There was a washing area in the bathtub, which was nice, but there was no washbasin, which felt a bit odd. It's conveniently located, which is a good point. In the Ginza area Hotels, compared to 2-3 years ago, the accommodation tariff has increased significantly, which might also be due to the inbound effect. My wife and I take a trip to tour Tokyo's museums once a year, but the increase far exceeding the inflation rate is tough for pensioners.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was clean. The staff's response was pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay. There was no bathtub, but the shower was comfortable, so I was satisfied. There is a door between the shower and the washroom, so the washroom did not get flooded and was comfortable. The bed was soft, which I liked.
