    Great location and a great view.

    Conveniently located, with a prime view of the castle right from your room. The bed is spacious, and the Facilities are compactly arranged with nothing lacking. This Hotel is perfect for a casual solo stay.

    Enjoy the best view of Kumamoto Castle.

    This was my second stay this year. As the name “Kumamoto Castle View” suggests, it’s in the best location for viewing Kumamoto Castle. On the day I stayed, I enjoyed the view twice—at night and again in the morning. It truly felt like a privilege reserved for guests. One thing I noticed this time was that there was no notepad. There were pens, so I found myself scrambling to figure out where to write notes.

    As expected of Japan.

    They were thoughtful and attentive, right down to the smallest details. They even provided directions to the smoking area. I would recommend this place to guests from outside Japan as well. If you just need a place to sleep, this is my first choice!

    This Accommodation offered excellent value for money and is conveniently located near Kumamoto Castle!

    I chose this Accommodation because it offered great value in Kumamoto City and had a high Review rating. From the Room, I could see Kumamoto Castle, and although it was unfortunately raining, I still enjoyed the beautiful view. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was especially impressed by how delicious the curry was! At night, it was close to the nightlife area with easy access, making it convenient for enjoying meals and drinks. Overall, I was very satisfied—an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again!

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Although my stay was last-minute for work, I had a comfortable time. The location was convenient and close to the downtown area. I would have appreciated more vegetables at breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I had a very comfortable stay!

    I love the view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop, and I always enjoy staying here. The Room is simple yet comfortable. There is a wall-mounted mirror and an outlet by the table where you can dry your hair or do your makeup, and a hair dryer is also placed within easy reach. It may be a small detail, but I really appreciate the thoughtful layout designed for ease of use.

    Perfect.

    The front desk staff were polite and kind. When I was confused about how to use the elevator, they kindly explained it to me. The Facility felt new, and the Hotel was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Room is like a typical Business Hotel, but it was very well cleaned. The unit bath and toilet were also comfortable, with none of the unpleasant odors you sometimes find. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a welcome drink and a bottle of mineral water in the Room. Since it was Valentine’s Day, they even gave me a dorayaki as a gift—those little services really made me happy. I stayed here for the Kumamoto Castle Marathon this time; the location is convenient and the price is reasonable. I’d like to stay here again for next year’s Kumamoto Castle Marathon as well. Just one thing: there was a guest survey in the Room, but I couldn’t find a pen, so I wasn’t able to fill it out. Still—99.9 points and a gold medal!

    Clean and satisfying.

    I stayed here for a business trip. Located near Kamitori in Kumamoto City, the area is surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for dining and shopping after work. The staff were consistently polite and kind, ensuring a pleasant stay. The Room was sufficiently clean and perfect for business use. Breakfast offered more than 10 freshly prepared dishes, including fish, meat, salad, pickles, and miso soup—well-balanced and enjoyable every morning. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the Hotel, making transportation easy as well. With its excellent location, service, and breakfast quality, this Hotel is highly recommended not only for business but also for sightseeing or leisure trips.

    Few complaints except for the distance from the station.

    The location is inconvenient as it is far from the station. 15 minutes by tram from Kumamoto Station, then a 5-minute walk. Relatively close to the downtown area, but for business trips, being near the station is more convenient. The Room is very small with no space to open a suitcase. However, there’s no odor and the Facility is relatively clean. The bed has good firmness. Breakfast includes a tray with many small dishes; the rice was delicious and worth getting seconds. Aside from its distance from the station, it’s relatively satisfactory overall. The view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop is beautiful but not necessarily a reason to choose this Hotel for business use. It’s an unremarkable yet decent Hotel with few negatives or standout positives.

    A Hotel with an excellent location offering a full view of Kumamoto Castle. The staff are very kind and truly value their guests. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you very much!

    Surely a view of Kumamoto Castle

    The location is excellent, and the compact, eco-friendly accommodation is perfect for a relaxed stay. The view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop terrace is truly spectacular.

    Good value for money

    You can see Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop, and you will be satisfied with the night illumination and the morning view. I was satisfied with the Room's bed and Facility, but the only downside was that the air conditioning in the bathroom was a bit noisy.
