Great value for money & an excellent breakfast!

Due to various circumstances, I ended up staying one night in Tokyo. I wanted to keep the price down while still having reasonably good access, and this Hotel came up in my search. It’s close to Nihonbashi with great access to train lines, making it a convenient base for walking around the city and sightseeing. On top of that, the interior was clean, the bathroom and toilet felt very hygienic, and breakfast offered a decent variety—everything was delicious. It was a very good Hotel, so I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Thank you for your support.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the repeated last-minute changes due to my companion’s schedule. In the end, it became 2 nights + 2 nights with a one-night gap in between, but you kindly kept us in exactly the same Room throughout. The desk and bed are spacious, and the amenities are well stocked, so I’d love to stay here again. This trip also required doing laundry, and it was convenient to be able to check the machine status on a monitor from the Room. I ended up waking up early on laundry day, and when I went early in the morning it was available. The staff were also helpful in advising whether a small load or a standard course would be better. Breakfast was lovely and seemed especially appealing for women; I used it twice and there was no crowding either time. The pudding is delicious, though I’d be even happier if there were fruit as well. It’s also nice that you can get regular black tea from the lobby amenities. The only drawback is that there are only two elevators, and since reception is on the 2nd floor they get crowded and can take a while to arrive.

    Arriving right at 3:...

Arriving right at 3:00 PM, check-in was quite crowded, with guests lining up by numbered tickets (three kiosks). They guided us properly in order, and the front desk staff made a great impression. The bed sheets and duvet cover in the room felt a bit dusty. (It may have just been my imagination—if that’s simply the fabric, I apologize.) Overall, I felt it was a Hotel that exceeded its price. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but it was satisfying. The rice was delicious—I liked it so much that I immediately switched to Nanatsuboshi rice for home as well. If I had to mention one thing: the spinach on the fish kept under the heat lamp had dried out and the wakame seaweed had become quite crispy. I understand it may be difficult with limited staff, but if possible, it might help to check them at reasonable intervals. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Thank you for taking care of us for four days. It’s close to the station, but if you’re taking the train to Tokyo Station, you have to walk a bit, so it’s a little complicated. The Hotel itself was good. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the service is also good, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay again someday.

    The location was con...

The location was convenient and quiet, close to the nearest station and with a convenience store nearby. The Room was compact, but it didn’t feel cramped, and I stayed comfortably. Everyone at the front desk was kind and very pleasant.\n The air conditioner wasn’t cooling very well, and the bathtub drain was clogged so the water didn’t drain easily, which was inconvenient.\n Since the rate on the day I stayed was under 7,000 yen, considering that price point I think it’s a good Hotel.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Tokyo

Conveniently located just a short walk from Ningyocho Station on the Hibiya Line, I stayed here to relax since I had a late-night dinner planned in Ginza. It was extremely hot that day, and when I entered my Room the air conditioning wasn’t working well, but after I contacted them they responded immediately. I don’t usually have breakfast, but because it had such a good reputation I added it—and it was truly delicious. The only drawback was that it could be hard to get on the elevator (often full), but these days that’s understandable. Otherwise, everything including cleanliness was very satisfactory and very reasonably priced. I will stay again.

    Convenient access to the airport.

I stayed here on a trip to Tokyo. It was easy to use compared with other Business Hotels in the same class, and I would stay again if I have the chance. I didn’t use the dining options this time, but there are plenty of choices within walking distance, including a great bakery, so it wasn’t inconvenient. Tokyo Station and the Marunouchi area are also within walking distance as long as it’s not too hot. I often come up from outside Tokyo and stay overnight before traveling abroad. If you’re heading to the airport, rather than staying at a similar-level Hotel directly connected to Haneda Airport, I strongly recommend this Hotel near the Toei Line for much better value for money.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

These days, I’ve been seeing posts about poor cleaning at various hotels, and the lack of cleanliness was my biggest concern. I made a Reservation trusting the Reviews saying “It was clean,” and it really was!! Having a desk by the window and a small table made the Room very comfortable and practical. It also helped that there was a fairly large foldable mirror on the desk. However, since the overhead light was dim, I had to open the curtains to do my makeup, which was tough during this season when the sunlight is strong. One thing that bothered me was that the towels had an oily smell. Overall, it felt well-balanced for a nearby hotel stay, so I’d like to stay again.

    It was very good!

This is easily one of the top Business Hotels I’ve stayed at! The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally polite and quick to respond—their smiles, greetings, and overall service were outstanding. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo! The only thing that concerned me was some limescale buildup under the bathroom faucet. Other than that, everything was truly great! The homemade breakfast pudding was delicious too!

    The front desk staff...

The front desk staff proactively called the elevator for me and, when needed, guided me to the emergency stairs to go down from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, which was very helpful. Their attentiveness and consideration eliminated small sources of stress and really enhanced my overall satisfaction.

The Hotel was kept very clean, and we were able to relax comfortably.

It was a clean Hotel overall, and everything from check-in to check-out could be handled by machine. Staff were also always at the front desk, so there was nothing to worry about. The amenities you can take up to your Room, such as toothbrushes, were well stocked, and there were also drip coffee packs and tea packs. At night, I wasn’t bothered at all by noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, and I slept very well. As Reviews had said in advance—more about quality than quantity—the breakfast let me enjoy delicious food at a relaxed pace and I was very satisfied. It was also nice that I could take a cafe latte back to my Room. The location is easy to find and just steps from the station. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would like to stay again.

    Very satisfied with the breakfast!

It had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel for a business trip, so I chose this place based on breakfast satisfaction. It was exactly as expected—my mood lifted from the morning! I’m a rice person, and the Nanatsuboshi rice was excellent, with wonderfully thoughtful side dishes to go with it. Of course, there were plenty of options for bread lovers as well. With smoothies and mixed fruit, the nutritional balance was also very good. The Room was spacious too, and I’d love to stay again!

The location is convenient and the room is comfortable, but I was bothered by noise late at night.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Ningyocho Station. It was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Nihonbashi Takashimaya and around a 20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. The guest room was relatively spacious, and the Facilities were well equipped, so I was able to stay comfortably. However, one disappointing point was that the laundry room on the second floor is available 24 hours a day. When other guests used the washing machines late at night, vibrations could be felt even in the guest rooms on the fourth floor. Especially when lying down, the vibration noise from the washing machines was quite noticeable. I stayed for three nights, but I woke up every night because of this noise. I hope the Hotel staff will read this Review and consider some improvements.

    Great!

The Deluxe Twin Room isn’t very spacious, but it was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom felt just like bathing at home, which was great. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were excellent—especially for my hair! I usually apply a treatment spray after bathing, but I forgot this time… and still my hair was amazingly moisturized and glossy. I was surprised—no bedhead at all. Breakfast was also wonderful; the French toast was outstanding. It’s rare to see raw eggs offered with rice, but the yolk color was beautiful—rice with a raw egg was the best. The rice, bread, pork miso soup, and scrambled eggs were all delicious, and I had a really enjoyable time. I’d be even happier if you could also provide natto and nori—I’d love to have them available.

    Delicious breakfast.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights. Every morning, the meal in the dining area was delicious, and the staff were efficient and welcoming with smiles, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The Room was compact yet had everything I needed. The interior was lovely, and it was a relaxing Room. It would have been even better if makeup cotton pads had been included among the amenities. Overall, everything felt well balanced, and it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    I liked the surrounding environment.

I initially thought there would be few shops in the business district, but there are various stores, including convenience stores. Not only is the hotel great, but I also really liked the surrounding environment. The hotel room is sufficient. Accommodation costs vary significantly depending on the date, which is understandable since it's just 10 minutes to Ginza.

    The location is convenient.

It was my first time using this accommodation, but being a JR West-affiliated hotel gave me a sense of security. I chose it because I wanted to visit Kudanshita. The room was spacious and easy to use. The breakfast smoothies were delicious and refreshing, making me feel awake. I thought the high-quality offerings were excellent. The amenities showed attention to detail, which added to the sense of comfort. Even the elevator had a pleasant fragrance, but on the morning of my second night, there was a strong garlic smell when I got off at my floor, which was disappointing. Other than that, I was satisfied overall and would like to stay again if given the chance.

    A cost-effective Hotel.

New and clean, with a very delicious breakfast. The room is quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The rental pajamas come in larger sizes, which are comfortable and easy to wear—highly appreciated. Compared to nearby business hotels, the accommodation cost is very reasonable. Of course, the staff's courteous service leaves a great impression. A favorite hotel of mine.

The breakfast was delicious as always. I wonder how it would be during a Multiple Night Stay, as I'm curious about the variety of the menu. Personally, having some bread (even small-sized) would be nice. The Room was a twin, and I appreciated that the bath and toilet were separate. The sink area was relatively spacious, and since there was extra wall space, adding a shelf could improve convenience. There were minor issues such as forgetting to provide the breakfast coupon and an incomplete shoehorn, but overall, I think the level is higher compared to standard business hotels. I plan to continue using this place for my trips to Tokyo in the future.

    A clean Hotel.

The interior facilities are new and comfortable. The water facilities are average. The bedding allowed for a good night's sleep. Despite being close to Otemachi, the price is very affordable, which is appreciated. Prices tend to drop closer to the date, making last-minute reservations feel like a great deal on certain days. I hope this price and quality continue. I did not have meals here, so I cannot comment on that. There is a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient.

As a member of Via Inn, I frequently use this hotel. The addition of skincare products at the amenity corner next to the front desk has been very helpful. The Room is clean, and staying in a Deluxe Twin with a separate bathroom allowed for a relaxing and comfortable experience. Breakfast does not have an extensive variety, but the pork miso soup is hearty and well-prepared, and the pudding made with premium eggs is exceptionally delicious. If I had to point out any drawbacks, it would be the morning elevator congestion and the lack of non-flavored tea bags at breakfast.

    I was satisfied.

This was my first time staying here. Despite checking in after 9 PM, the staff provided courteous service. The Room had a table with electric appliances like a kettle, a double bed, and a two-seater chair in the back. The bathroom included a bathtub, offering more space than expected for business accommodations. I requested a quiet Room and had both restful sleep and refreshing mornings. The meals were both Japanese and Western-style; I enjoyed smoothies, coffee, rice, and almost everything except bread. Everything was delicious, and I was personally very satisfied. I would love to stay here again. It’s conveniently located near Ningyocho Station with easy access to Tokyo Station, Marunouchi, and the Imperial Palace for walks.

    A highly satisfying Hotel.

This is my second time staying at Via Inn. During my stay in Okayama in March, I enjoyed a breakfast menu featuring local ingredients, which offered a unique satisfaction compared to regular Business Hotels. This time, the breakfast was even higher in quality and truly excellent. While the variety of dishes was not extensive, each item was carefully selected and delicious. The croissants, with their rich buttery flavor and crispy texture, were particularly impressive. As for the Room, it offers sufficient space at 14 square meters; however, the compactness of the bathroom area was a bit disappointing. Additionally, slightly increasing the water pressure of the shower would enhance comfort further. That said, Ningyocho's location retains an old-town charm and is conveniently accessible from Tokyo Station by taxi for under 1,000 yen. Overall, this Hotel provides great satisfaction for both sightseeing and business purposes.

Business Stay - No Meals Included

I recently stayed in a Hotel where I could enjoy a clean and comfortable Room after encountering concerns about bathroom and toilet floors at other places. However, I rated the Facility 4 stars due to the humidifier. The maintenance light was on, and when I removed the water cap, the opening appeared slightly discolored. While it didn’t bother me much, some guests who use humidifiers might be more concerned, so improvement would be appreciated. Other than that, everything deserves a 5-star rating, and the front desk staff were very polite and attentive. I will definitely stay again!

The best value-for-money Hotel in the past 20 years

I have been using IKYU.com for about 20 years, staying at various business hotels and hotels in Tokyo, but this is my first time posting. That’s how impressed I was with the value for money. It truly lives up to the reviews. For a business hotel in a lower price range, the service, facilities, staff, and breakfast quality are outstanding. The male receptionist provided excellent service. The room was new, clean, spacious, and easy to use—just as described in the reviews—and it was genuinely quiet (they selected a quiet room for me). I am sensitive to noise but didn’t hear any outside sounds while sleeping. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptional—at least at a four-star hotel level. Whenever I need accommodation near Tokyo Station again, I will definitely stay here and recommend it to others as well. Absolutely unbeatable value for money!

    New, clean, and comfortable

Stayed one night in Tokyo to see a live concert at the Budokan. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I searched for a low-cost hotel and found this Hotel. It is a JR West-affiliated Hotel, new and clean. It has more ingenuity than a regular Business Hotel, and efforts to enhance design, such as wall panels, were noticeable. The window side is designed like a café counter desk, allowing you to place luggage, use a laptop, and even have meals with items bought from the convenience store across the street.
