    The Room layout is a bit disappointing.

    It was a pleasant building and Hotel with new Facilities. However, since we chose a small 15 m² Room, it was unavoidable, but as two people in a twin Room there was hardly any space to pass each other. Next time, I will choose the Room more carefully. Also, due to the layout, it seemed the only way to turn the entrance light on and off was to climb onto the bed and use the switch on the headboard, which might be difficult for elderly guests.

    The location was great.

    Given the location, it was great value and I’m glad I could stay for a reasonable price. However, I couldn’t quite figure out how to use the shower. It was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

    I chose a room with a separate bath and toilet. The top floor offered great views, and I was able to relax at my leisure.

    Expectations…

    The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The lobby was also clean and nice. The Room was surprising—the moment I opened the door, there was the bed right away! I was like, “What?!” (lol) I’ve never stayed at a Hotel like this before. The bathroom had a separate washing area, and it was bright with natural light coming in from outside. In the Room, there were only bath towels and face towels provided—I wished there had been one more towel. It said there was a convenience store nearby, so I thought it would be downstairs in the Hotel, but there wasn’t one unless you went to the station. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. I’ve tried many breakfast buffets, and this one was quite poor—there wasn’t anything exciting about it. Room cleaning was excellent. When I was dozing off, the sound of the train made me feel like I was on a train (lol).

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s visible from the station, so it’s easy to find. The route to the Hotel is well-lit, with restaurants and convenience stores along the way. Since the Hotel is new, I had a very comfortable stay. The Room is compact but well designed and convenient, and the bed was spacious, so I could rest well. The front desk staff were all very polite, kind, and pleasant. I would like to stay here again.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Breakfast was served at a soba restaurant, and the Japanese and Western buffet was very delicious. The property is conveniently located near the station, with a supermarket and convenience stores just nearby.

    Used for Lady Gaga's concert

    This is my second stay. It was more affordable than last time, and my friend who stayed with me was very satisfied. The room was bright, and the bathroom had a window, giving it a different feel from typical business hotels. There are many great dining options nearby, and I would like to use this accommodation again for future stays in Osaka.

    Stayed for three nig...

    Stayed for three nights in a triple room with one adult and two children during our trip to the Osaka Expo and Universal Studios. Since we had large luggage and children, the staff kindly approached us at check-in, assisted with screen operations, and even offered to change our room floor when my child requested a "room with a train view." (I declined as I prioritized sleep.) Their flexibility left a great first impression. The room was spacious, equipped with a large TV and internet access. The kids were entertained and relaxed on the sofa. Although the air conditioning took some time to cool down, it worked fine. The refrigerator, safe, and hairdryer were all functional at standard hotel levels. My child with dust allergies had no issues during our stay, indicating that cleaning was thorough. The bathroom was an essential factor in choosing this hotel since I bathe together with my children. The bathtub offered an outside view which made it convenient to carry sleepy kids straight to bed after late returns at night—choosing this hotel turned out to be the right decision. We declined daily room cleaning during our stay but appreciated fresh towels, garbage bags, and bottled water provided daily in blue bags hung outside our door. This thoughtful service made for a comfortable stay (especially on hot days when water was much appreciated). The only issue we encountered was not being able to use the washing machines even once during our stay—they were always occupied whenever we checked (mainly at night). With only two washer-dryer units available for free use, competition seemed high as each cycle takes over an hour. It would have been more convenient if there were separate machines for washing and drying or additional units available since laundry is essential for longer stays. For subsequent nights of our trip elsewhere, we stayed in accommodations offering in-room laundry facilities; hence we gave up on using them here this time around but hope improvements will be made by next visit. Previously stayed at Hanshin Hotel but would love another opportunity here again next time! Overall very satisfied—thank you!

    I wanted to use the ...

    I wanted to use the washing machine, but one of the three machines was out of order. The remaining two were occupied with people waiting in line, so I ended up doing laundry in my Room and had to go to a convenience store to buy socks, which was inconvenient. I also couldn't rest well as I had to constantly check the availability at night and dry my clothes. Additionally, the noise from passing trains outside was slightly bothersome.

    Convenient location near the station. Equipped with a bath washing area and separate toilet.

    Stayed here for an event at Grand Cube Osaka, just a 15-minute walk away. Only one stop to Osaka Station, making access very convenient! The bathroom with a washing area allowed for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue. However, the train noise was slightly noticeable.

    They were delighted.

    A friend from Shimonoseki stayed this time. They said they slept soundly and were very pleased. It was worth recommending! However, the price has gone up significantly. Perhaps it's because of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, but it feels more than double. It might become unaffordable to stay here.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Convenient Hotel located near Fukushima Station, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Room is compact yet very clean and functional. However, the light switch for the washroom being only by the bed is quite inconvenient. The shower and toilet are very small and difficult to use.

    This was my first ti...

    This was my first time staying here to use the area near Sakurajima Station. The nearest station is [Fukushima Station]. After exiting the station gates, turn right immediately and walk straight; it will be on your left-hand side. Please note that you will get wet in the rain as you need to walk outside. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and dining options are mainly in the bar district. The Room is simple with a sink inside, along with a toilet and shower room. Both the Facility and Room were clean.

    Hotel noisy due to JR trains

    Located right next to the JR railway tracks, the noise from the trains can be quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room is small and has an inconvenient layout considering the Accommodation Fee. Personally, I found it less than satisfactory. Although labeled as "Annex," it does not feel particularly new.

    I occasionally use your services.

    I have family in Fukushima, and when there are various events, I look for accommodations with several Hotels as candidates. I end up staying here about once every three times. Some people might dislike the lively atmosphere of the bars under the guard near the Hotel, but everyone seems to be enjoying themselves, and there are no particular issues. Personally, I think it's better than being too quiet! The Room is functional and not very playful, but if your primary purpose is just to stay, there's no problem. Also, the breakfast includes soba noodles, making it a rather unique buffet.

    No parking available.

    The only disappointment is the lack of parking. Since there is no affiliated parking lot, Hotel Hanshin in the same group is better if you are driving. I thought it was an annex, but it was different in various ways. The front desk service is excellent, and it's convenient to use the washing machine for free. The area is full of restaurants, giving it the feel of an upscale business hotel. Thank you for the gift for my companion's birthday stay.

    If you're in Osaka, this Hotel

    It is convenient as it has good access to both Universal Studios and the Dome, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby. It is really nice to have a washbasin right after entering the hotel room. I really like the scent of the hand soap. I had a comfortable stay this time as well. I will make a reservation again when I go to Osaka.

    Stayed for one night...

    Stayed for one night due to a live event nearby. Whenever I stay at a Hotel, I always clean with disinfectant wipes. There were visible stains here and there. Why are easily removable stains overlooked... There were curly hairs inside the refrigerator. I was looking forward to it because the Review was good, but I felt a bit sad. The front desk service was good, which made it even more disappointing. It's something I can clean myself, but even small things can tarnish travel memories, so I hope for improvement next time to prevent others from having the same experience.

    The proximity to the station is the best feature.

    Despite being next to the tracks, I personally think it's quite quiet. There are many bars and eateries, so you can enjoy without any inconvenience. The Room only has a shower, but I think that's sufficient. Check-in and check-out are done quickly with a machine. I think I would use it again if I have the chance.

    The bathroom in the room is clean, and the water pressure is good. The quality of the towels is better than other business hotels. I always use this hotel. However, this time, when I was lying on the bed, my neck started to itch, and when my daughter checked, there was a clear red mark that looked like an insect bite. It seems that many foreigners also stay here, so if possible, please ensure thorough vacuuming of the mattresses and carpets.
