    Connecting rooms available for up to 6 guests, perfect for three generations of families.

    We stayed in a connecting room with three generations of our family, totaling six people. The two rooms allowed free movement between them, making it enjoyable for the grandchildren to interact with their grandparents. However, we felt that being able to close the door at bedtime would have provided more privacy and a calmer rest. We hope this can be improved so that doors can be freely opened and closed. For meals, we enjoyed the "Wa" course while the children had kids' bento boxes, allowing us to dine at ease. The food was delicious, and having an all-you-can-drink option was great. The children were also happy with their free drink options, making it a satisfying dining experience. We look forward to staying again!

    Convenient Hotel

    This was my second stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to use. The Room was clean, but there was a lingering sweet scent that caught my attention. It smelled more like incense or men's hair product rather than perfume. I understand such scents can be hard to remove, but it did bother me a little.

    It was amazing!

    I was drawn to the Hotel with a natural Onsen and made a Reservation. Taking relaxing baths in the morning and evening left me feeling very refreshed. It also made my Nara sightseeing more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again when I visit Nara next time.

    I made a Reservation to stay at a Hotel with a large public bath while visiting a friend in Nara. The Room was clean, and I could relax in the public bath. The amenities were excellent, and I would love to stay here again! It was a great trip, and I am very satisfied.

    Conveniently located in front of the station

    Conveniently located in front of Nara Station. The Room was very functional and felt more spacious than its actual size. The public bath was also clean and pleasant. Breakfast was typical of a Business Hotel and felt slightly overpriced, but everything else was satisfactory.

    There is a comfortable large Onsen bath.

    The large public bath provides towels and bath towels, making it convenient to visit empty-handed. It was not crowded, which was great. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and you can enjoy tea porridge. The guest rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

    Always comfortable

    I have used this place several times. The Room is clean, and it's nice that towels are always available in the large public bath. However, I feel uncomfortable having to wait for a two-person table at the breakfast venue when four-person tables are available. If there are several four-person tables open, it might be acceptable to use them for two people as well. This is something I hope can be reconsidered.

    Fully automated yet comfortable, conveniently located near Nara Station with many convenience stores nearby.

    The multi-story parking is a tight fit for cars with a width of 185cm, so please plan accordingly if your car is larger. I always stay here when visiting Nara Museum. The facility is modern, and the Onsen is spacious and relaxing. Security measures are well in place, making it safe for women to enjoy the bath comfortably. Everything is automated, and having two room cards is convenient. You can get the card for the women's bath at the front desk. While you need to bring necessary amenities with you, towels are provided in the bathing area, and you can walk around in your room wear. Razors are also available in the bathroom, so there's no hassle. I'm a repeat guest!

    Clean

    The Room was clean and tidy. We requested two connecting Rooms, so we had an enjoyable time until late at night. However, the Hotel was hard to find as it was hidden behind a building. We had lunch, but the rice was sticky and not tasty; however, the crab cream croquette was very delicious.

    Necessary and sufficient

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to JR Nara Station, has an Onsen, and offers reasonable prices. You need to handle the check-in process yourself, but the receptionist kindly assisted me, so it was fine. It might be a bit confusing if you're alone during busy hours. Having separate rooms for the toilet, sink, and bath is a thoughtful touch for Japanese guests. Amenities are only available on the first floor, which is fine, but I found it a bit odd that there was no tea. Perhaps I should have asked at the reception desk.

    Necessary and sufficient

    I stayed with no meals included. The accommodation is conveniently located near JR Nara Station, making it easy for sightseeing and shopping. A city loop bus departs from the opposite side of the station. The station facilities include restaurants and a supermarket, so getting food was not an issue. Amenities and coffee packs are available on the lobby floor to take to your room, and the coffee brewed in-room was delicious. There is an ice machine on the 8th floor, which is a great facility for those who enjoy drinks in their room. Overall, I found it to be a sufficient hotel with all necessary amenities provided without any major issues. However, upon entering my room, there was initially a strong sewage smell near the entrance area. I debated whether to inform the front desk but noticed that the drain cover in the bathroom sink was lifted; pressing it down with a trash bin improved the situation slightly. Additionally, possibly due to having a large public bath facility on-site, there were slight humidity and odor issues noticeable even around areas like the lobby. Since this facility has abundant water-related features available for guests' comfort, I felt that better management of water-related areas would enhance its appeal further. Hotels with large public baths are rare treasures—please keep up your efforts moving forward!

    A clean, compact, and lovely Hotel

    The Room, bath, and Facility were very comfortable and clean, which made for a highly satisfying stay. However, the "PHOTO NG" sign in the bathing Facility may not clearly convey that bringing cameras or smartphones is prohibited. As a result, there was a guest (a young woman holding Korean scrubbing gloves) who brought her smartphone into the bath area and operated it while soaking in the tub, which made me feel uneasy. For the privacy and comfort of other guests, I kindly request reconsideration of signage to explicitly state "No cameras or smartphones allowed" in the bath area. The bath itself was excellent, and I would love to stay again. I hope for an environment where guests can continue to enjoy their stay with peace of mind.

    Well-equipped smoking rooms

    This is my second stay. The guest rooms at Daiwa Roynet have separate toilets and bathrooms, and smoking rooms are also available, which is greatly appreciated by smokers. I hope for the continued availability of smoking rooms and smoking floors, even as the number of non-smokers increases.

    Spacious common areas for a comfortable Hotel stay.

    The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making for a pleasant stay. There were ice creams available in the post-bath area, creating an atmosphere similar to staying at an Onsen Ryokan. The overall space was spacious and comfortable, making it exceptionally enjoyable for a hotel of this class. I would definitely like to stay again.

    I relaxed at the Onsen.

    Simple, but the Onsen is very relaxing. After bathing, your body stays warm and doesn't cool down easily. Perhaps due to the good quality of the water, my skin dryness improved remarkably. The Hotel allows you to spend time in the provided indoor wear, which is very comfortable, and they have plenty of towels in the large public bath. The ReFa hairdryer was also very pleasant to use. The Room is clean, and the samue and bed covers, as well as the room's hanger rack, are all deer-themed, symbolizing Nara, providing a wonderful sense of relaxation. The access from the station is good, and the staff's service was excellent. Of course, the cost performance is also top-notch. Next time, I would like to try the meals as well. Thank you very much.

    We stayed with our family on the day of the Nara Marathon. It was about 2 minutes from Nara Station, and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. The onsen's large public bath was clean and allowed us to relax and unwind. The room was simple and well-cleaned. We were satisfied!

    Perfect, but...

    There are few places to eat in the vicinity. With no options, we rotated for four days. Other than that, it was perfect. The lively bath is not the responsibility of the Hotel. It was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you.

    Great value for money!

    This was my first time using Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The location, room comfort, and the price including dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. The large public bath was pleasant, and the service was impeccable. The highlight was the dinner. I didn't have high expectations (sorry), but it was a full-course Japanese meal, and the local ingredients and menu were excellent. Everything was delicious, especially the amberjack sashimi and the milk-based beef hot pot, which had a great flavor. The glass wine and beer were reasonably priced, which I found considerate. Is this common across the whole country for Daiwa Roynet Hotel? If so, I might choose Daiwa Roynet from now on. It's a Hotel I definitely want to use again.

    Relax at the Onsen

    Stayed in a twin room with family. One of the beds was a semi-double, spacious, and the room was comfortable, which was very satisfying. The Onsen was clean, the Facility was well-equipped, and there was a relaxing area and ice cream provided after bathing, which was delightful. I would love to use it again.

    The large public bath was also nice (although it seems there were some days when it was a bit lukewarm). It was convenient that I didn't have to bring a towel from the room (this is helpful for someone like me who often forgets things). There were also lotion and emulsion available at the front desk, which was nice. The lighting in the bathroom (and the room) was bright. The cleaning was done well, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The hotel is close to the station, and there are many places to eat, which is convenient. The futon was pleasantly clean (the bed might have been a bit soft). I was able to comfortably stay in the futon all night. The bus stop is close, making it convenient to go to tourist spots. It's a very convenient location. Even when I go to other areas, I would like to choose this hotel from now on. It was a very good hotel.

    It was clean and comfortable.

    The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, which was delightful. They changed our room to a larger one as it was available. The public bath was clean, and there were Dyson and Refa hair dryers. Towels are provided in the public bath, so you don't need to bring them from your room. The area around JR Nara Station is a bit quiet. The parking fee was 1,500 yen per night.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient as it was close to Nara Station and they stored our luggage after checkout. There was a shop across from the hotel that sold local specialties, which was great for buying bento boxes for the return trip. The powder room in the hot spring was private, allowing for privacy and a leisurely preparation. There were two coin laundries, and it was nice to be able to check the congestion status. However, a foreign guest mistakenly purchased a TV card and was unable to use it, which was troublesome. It would be helpful to have explanations in English for long-term travelers. There was a slight odor in some areas, possibly due to the quality of the hot spring water. (Shower booth)
