    South Exit of Ota Station as seen from an upper floor

    I was impressed by the view from the 10th-floor room—seeing the familiar scenery around Ota Station I always use felt completely different. The self-serve coffee available from 6:30 a.m. was much appreciated. I checked in at 10:00 p.m. and it was a short stay, but I was able to relax comfortably. Thank you very much. (I rated it 3 stars because I did not use the Onsen.)

    Very satisfied!

    The front desk staff were very cheerful and friendly, which was wonderful. I was also happy to be able to enjoy complimentary welcome coffee at any time. Breakfast was a buffet with a great variety of options, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Parking

    This Route Inn has limited parking spaces, and when the lot is full, guests are provided with a map to find nearby parking. However, after checking in and going out for work, I returned to find the parking lot full. It was challenging to locate alternative parking at night in an unfamiliar area.

    Functional and clean Business Hotel near the station

    Conveniently located with excellent access to Ota Station. The building is new and clean. As expected from a "Grand" property, the reception area and elevator hall are more spacious compared to the "Route Inn Sakurai Ekimae" used earlier this month. While the dinner menu at the restaurant was identical, the quality of the buffet breakfast here is significantly better. The Room is also clean, making it an overall satisfying Hotel experience.

    A good Hotel with a large Onsen bath.

    The reservation for a single room was changed to a semi-double room due to the hotel's circumstances, allowing for a more comfortable stay. The onsen with an open-air bath, facility, and breakfast were all excellent.

    I used it during a b...

    I used it during a business trip. The room was spacious enough for a business hotel, with a desk, making it comfortable to stay. The large public bath had an open-air bath as big as those in an onsen ryokan, and there was also a sauna, which was very relaxing. Regarding the facility, it was a bit disappointing that the ice machine and vending machine corner were only on the 1st floor, but the coffee service and the comfort of the smoking area were positive points. I had bread for breakfast, and the croissant was crispy and delicious. However, I thought there was room for improvement as there were fewer Western-style side dishes compared to Japanese-style ones. Overall satisfaction was very high, and I would like to visit again as a base for sightseeing in the Ota and Ashikaga area.

    It was very good.

    I stayed for the first time for two nights on a business trip. I have stayed at other Route Inns before, but compared to others, the large public bath was spacious and comfortable. The meals were also delicious. I would like to stay again when I visit the area.

    The downlights are bright, making it easy to work.

    Clean and pleasant. There is a downlight on the ceiling above the table (desk), which is bright and makes it very comfortable for preparing business documents.

    Very close to the st...

    Very close to the station and convenient. There's a convenience store on the way, so it's not inconvenient at all. The room facilities are perfectly adequate for business. If you've settled the bill in advance, you only need to return the card key when leaving, so you can check out early in the morning without any hassle.

    Working on the PC was comfortable with the downlights.

    Used for a business trip. Being in front of the station, transportation was perfect. Perhaps because it hasn't been long since it opened, the room was clean and tidy. Also, the downlight on the table for PC work was bright, making it easy to work. (Twin room)
