    This was my second stay. The property was thoroughly cleaned, and the building was new and spotless. In particular, the front desk service was excellent, and the staff were well trained. It is a Hotel I am glad I stayed at. I plan to Reserve again for a third stay.

    I arrived early before check-in time, intending to just leave my luggage, but to my surprise, I was informed that I could check in 2 hours early. Not only that, but I was also told the Room was ready for immediate use. On top of it all, since there were vacancies on the day, they kindly upgraded my Room for free—such an amazing service! The hospitality was exceptional. I enjoyed a wonderful stay in a spacious Room, relaxing on the massage chair and enjoying the theater setup. Thank you so much for an incredible experience!

    Room odor

    The room had a noticeable smell, possibly because it was new. It felt small for the price. When the luggage rack was opened, there was no space to walk through.

    Relax in a studio room, perfect for family trips.

    Due to our family’s schedules aligning, we quickly searched for accommodation on IKYU.com. Although we thought same-day reservations for a family of four (couple + two sons) might be difficult, we found several rooms that could accommodate us in one space and decided on this one. 【Room】 Spacious and clean, located on the top 9th floor. The window side was entirely glass, offering a sense of openness and an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. The massage chair had detailed settings like foot massage options. 【Bathroom & Sink Area】 Opening the door revealed a bath and two parallel sinks with a spacious dressing area equipped with mirrors. The toilet was separate. The showerhead was by ReFa. Our sons mentioned their hair felt smoother and easier to manage, likely due to the provided shampoo & conditioner. The beddings were clean and comfortable as well. 【Breakfast】 Though not an expansive venue, every seat was conveniently close to the food area. Unique offerings included seafood bowls and wine; however, we opted for French toast from the live kitchen station—a highlight with plenty of delicious toppings available. 【Parking】 There seemed to be limited dedicated parking spaces. With many similar hotels nearby, finding available parking took some effort. 【Location】 About a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station or Canal City Hakata. There were also two convenience stores nearby. As heavy rain coincided with our trip, we extended our stay by another night upon request. This spontaneous 2-night/3-day trip turned out to be a great success thanks in part to the hotel’s convenience and comfort. We would love to stay in this room again during future family trips! Thank you very much to all hotel staff!

    The clean and spacious rooms were very satisfying.

    The room is spacious enough to open a large suitcase. High-quality amenities were provided. The pajamas were a pleasant surprise.

    Comfortable space

    I chose this hotel because it offers separate bath and toilet facilities and allows smoking. Since it was my friend's birthday, I had bought a surprise cake. When I called in advance to request forks and plates, the staff kindly accommodated my request. As a non-smoker, I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell in the room. The location was convenient for accessing both Hakata and Tenjin, making my stay comfortable. With an 11:00 AM checkout time, I could relax without rushing. The bathtub, hair oil, and other amenities were well-prepared, which added extra points for me. When I checked into the room, there was some trash on the sofa and slight cigarette burns on the carpet that caught my attention. However, overall it was a pleasant stay. I would consider staying here again if given another opportunity.

    I was very disappointed as I had high expectations for the premium experience. Overall, it lacked cleanliness. - Dust had accumulated in the corners of the Room - The bathroom had pink mold, and the floor was slippery

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay due to the live event.

    I stayed with my niece and we were both very satisfied. We chose this Hotel because the bathroom and toilet are separate, there is a washing area, the breakfast reviews were good, and it has convenient access to PayPay Dome. Although it was slightly inconvenient to use the toilet when someone was in the bath, we managed by communicating beforehand. The nearest exit is Gion Station Exit 3, but for those with heavy suitcases, I recommend using Exit 6 with an elevator instead of taking the stairs. We enjoyed breakfast on both days of our stay. There were so many options that we couldn’t try everything at once but enjoyed them over two days. Everything was delicious! The freshly made French toast was amazing, as well as the seafood rice bowl and curry. There were plenty of marinated dishes that could be used creatively like making sandwiches with bread or adding variety to meals. Additionally, there were many types of dried fruits which softened nicely when left in yogurt for a while—highly recommended! The only thing I felt could improve would be having more PREMIUM-like amenities; hence I gave it 4 stars instead of full marks. However, overall it’s nearly perfect! I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality! Nearby attractions such as Kushida Shrine, Canal City Hakata’s fountain show, an eel restaurant, and a donut shop are also highly recommended!

    We stayed here as a family of three during our trip to Fukuoka. When our child had a nosebleed late at night and got blood on the sheets, the staff responded kindly and were incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!

    Compact

    Compact, clean, and reasonably priced. However, prices can become unusually high on weekends, so more stable pricing would be appreciated. Other than slow and interrupted mirroring for YouTube and a hard sofa, there are no issues.

    Before your stay, a QR code was sent via email for check-in at the machine, but instead, I had to line up at the counter and fill out a handwritten accommodation card for check-in. I wondered why.

    Whenever I visit, it is a comfortable and pleasant Hotel. This time, I sent several questions via email before my stay, and they responded politely, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. It is conveniently located near Gion Station on the Airport Line and Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma Line, with a convenience store and supermarket in close proximity, and Kushida Shrine is within a 5-minute walk. Although prices are rising with the increase in inbound tourism (sigh), it remains my top priority when visiting Hakata.

    I stayed here to watch a play at Hakataza. Before the play, I took a bus from Hakata Station to Sumiyoshi Shrine, and then walked a bit to Kushida Shrine near the hotel. The subway station and convenience stores are also nearby, which is convenient. I always used to choose hotels with large public baths, but since I sometimes couldn't enjoy them comfortably, I've recently been opting for separate bath and toilet facilities. The room and bathroom here were very clean, and the design ensured that the toilet wasn't visible from the bathtub, allowing for a compact yet relaxing experience. Additionally, I borrowed a ReFa hair iron, and it was nice to have the option to choose between straight or curl. The staff were cheerful, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakata. Thank you very much.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I used this hotel for my first trip to Hakata. I was looking for a hotel with clean water facilities, and since it was a new and clean hotel, I was very satisfied. It was within walking distance from Hakata Station, with a convenience store nearby, and easy access to the subway and buses, yet it was reasonably priced, which I really liked. All the staff greeted me with smiles and responded politely, so I was able to have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not the usual buffet menu, but I could enjoy Hakata cuisine with a wide variety of dishes, which was great for a business hotel. I would like to use it again when I travel.
