    Convenient access to the Midosuji Subway Line.

    I stayed in Osaka for three nights on business. Choosing this Hotel for its convenient transportation was a good decision. At first, I got lost because the exit number wasn’t written in the Hotel’s directions, so I ended up taking the opposite (farther) exit. Exit 6 has an elevator, which was very helpful from the next day since I had luggage. Everything else was average. ¥33,000 for three nights felt a little expensive.

    The location was excellent, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and enjoy nearby restaurants without any trouble. The night view from the room was beautiful. Personally, I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate, and it had a shower room instead of a bathtub (I did not use the public bath). I chose a breakfast-included plan, and the food was delicious. It seemed like there were many international guests staying at this accommodation. Although there were some minor concerns (pillow comfort, room temperature, noise levels, free services), they were within an acceptable range. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

    Repeat guaranteed

    I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    Great location and delicious breakfast.

    I stayed here for the Expo. The access is very convenient as it’s about 10 meters from Daikokucho Station's exit (with an elevator), which is next to Namba Station. There are also many convenience stores nearby. Since it’s a relatively new Hotel, it’s clean. The Room is on the smaller side, but the soundproofing is better compared to similar business hotels in Tokyo (e.g., you can’t hear sounds from neighboring rooms' toilets). Breakfast was great with a DIY seafood bowl option! I made a seafood yukhoe using raw egg and yukhoe sauce provided. For the women’s bath, while the bathing area itself was fine and there was an open-air bath, the changing space felt narrow and less private as it was located along a passageway. Overall, I found this place clean with good access and breakfast, so I’d like to stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    It was great.

    Conveniently located near the station and a convenience store, surrounded by restaurants, making it very accessible. We traveled from the Kanto region and had no trouble finding it. The Hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the guest rooms were easy to use. We stayed with breakfast included, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I even went for seconds! The menu was also suitable for children. We didn’t use the large public bath due to time constraints, so I can’t comment on that, but it’s definitely a Hotel we’d like to stay at again.

    The customer service was excellent and very pleasant.

    The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out, which was very helpful. The location is excellent, being really close to the station and a convenience store nearby. The public bath was great for relieving my tired body, though it was a bit small, which is understandable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. However, regarding the Room, it seems like the air conditioner might have been broken. Even when I set the temperature to 17 degrees, it didn’t cool down... It kept making clicking noises throughout the night as well. Since I returned late at night and left early in the morning, I didn’t mention this issue at that time. Despite this one disappointment, I would still like to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Osaka!

    I was looking forward to it, but...

    The reviews were good, so I had high expectations. The room was compact but well-designed. However, I noticed an odor that bothered me. The toilet had a slight smell (like sewage), and there was also an odor on the bed, futon, and pillow—perhaps animal-like or body odor? It seemed ingrained and was a bit difficult to tolerate (not cigarette-related). Honestly, this is the first time I've been so bothered by a room's smell... Was it just bad luck this time? Luggage storage is free on the day of your stay but charged from the next day onward. Please take note of this.

    Great location

    Stayed with three people before and after the Expo. The location is very convenient, being close to Daikokucho Station and surrounded by several late-night dining options. However, the air conditioning was inefficient, making temperature control difficult, possibly due to the building's materials. Additionally, there were noticeable cleanliness issues: extensive stains on the wallpaper in the room, black mold-like discoloration (possibly deterioration) in the shower grout, and a lack of overall cleanliness that caused discomfort. The toilet paper quality was surprisingly low—similar to what you'd find in a standard supermarket restroom—perhaps as a cost-cutting measure. Considering it was during Expo season with high-season pricing and breakfast included, I felt it lacked value for money. Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable.

    Good.

    We stayed for 3 nights as a family right after the summer vacation started, visiting Osaka for the Kansai Expo and USJ. The Room was spacious even with an extra bed added. Daily cleaning service was provided, and the beds, towels, and in-room wear were replaced with fresh ones, making it very pleasant to return after sightseeing. Having a bath was great! Although it was slightly crowded, we could stretch our legs and relax in the warm water. Breakfast seemed to alternate daily but remained enjoyable without getting repetitive. There were options like mixed juice, takoyaki, and okonomiyaki as well. Conveniently located with a convenience store and coin laundry right outside the entrance. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Three high school se...

    Three high school senior daughters stayed for their graduation trip. They said it was nice that cookies were available in the room to take freely. They mentioned they could see stars from the open-air bath. The location is very convenient, being close to the center of Namba. Thank you very much.

    Price-oriented

    The front desk can be handled by part-time staff, not hotel staff. The nails are overly decorated, lacking a sense of cleanliness. Well, if it's a Business Hotel, I'm satisfied. It's unsettling that there's a mysterious door in the Room but no safe. I think there are better Hotels at the same price. I will never stay at this Hotel again.
