    Conveniently located.

    Thank you for a very comfortable stay. I couldn’t stay for long, but the location was extremely convenient and made getting around easy. I’d love to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

    Convenient Location

    The airport bus stop is right in front, and it’s conveniently located near Namba Station. There’s also a convenience store on the first floor, making it even more ideal.

    Breakfast is not recommended.

    I stayed in a Standard Double Room for single use for a multiple night stay of 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the station. Since it was a double room for single use, the room size did not feel stressful even if it was small. There was an automated check-in machine. Amenities were available at the front desk to take as needed. An ice machine was located next to the front desk, and there was also a laundry facility. The bathroom was a unit bath type. As I booked knowing it’s a business hotel, I didn’t have any particular complaints except for breakfast. I went around 9 AM... and there was almost nothing left to eat... It’s not like there were large crowds since it's a small place, but most of the food had run out—literally nothing left except taking the last piece of something here or there! Although reviews mentioned that breakfast is delicious, I found both the quality and variety hard to understand at this level. The staff's service wasn’t bad, but I felt they were trying too hard to cut costs on both quality and quantity. In that case, instead of offering buffet-style meals, an order-based system might have been better in my opinion. While I felt wasting my breakfast voucher unfortunate, I skipped breakfast entirely on my second morning…

    Directions from the station to the Hotel

    The clean Room was generally satisfactory. However, regarding the directions from the station to the Hotel, while it was close to Exit 7 of Osaka Namba Station, there were many stairs at Exit 7, which was honestly tough. It was easier to go out from Marui instead.

    I visited USJ.

    Check-in was smooth with the help of the staff next door. The amenities were excellent, including not only a toothbrush set but also face masks, bath additives, and skincare products, all available for free selection. The Room was just the right size and thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was very delicious. It was served at the Italian restaurant on the first floor, and everything from pizza to pasta and bread was incredibly tasty and satisfying. The Hotel is located immediately to the left after exiting Exit 7. A convenience store is connected to the first-floor entrance, making it very convenient. It was a very comfortable Hotel stay.

    Good access and well-equipped amenities.

    Located right in front of the airport limousine bus stop at Namba Station. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and the Hotel is well-equipped with amenities ranging from basic skincare products to sunscreen and hair styling products, making it truly convenient.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    I was planning a Multiple Night Stay for a business trip from Tokyo, so I chose this plan with breakfast included. The room is somewhat small, but since it's a solo business trip, there was nothing lacking or excessive, so no problem. If I were to be picky, I would have liked an internet-compatible TV. I worked on my laptop, so it was good that I could use the LAN, but it was unfortunate that there was no cable. I procured one at a nearby electronics store. The WIFI is working without any issues. Breakfast is at an Italian restaurant on the first floor, and I was able to have a properly cooked warm meal. It's a buffet style with a moderate amount of menu options, but the cooked dishes were delicious, and the staff's service was very pleasant. About half of the menu items change daily. Price-wise, it's not cheap, but considering the current times, it's within an acceptable range. I have another Multiple Night Stay business trip planned within the year, so I would like to use it again.
