    We stayed here during the Nebuta Festival.

    They kindly adjusted the beds to match our group size, which was very helpful. The breakfast desserts felt a bit lacking. I would have liked a little more variety and volume. Overall, the service was good, everything was kept clean, and we were able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Nebuta Festival.

    It was disappointing.

    Very different from the photos, the entire Room was dark and did not feel clean. The floor in particular had noticeable black stains, which really bothered me. An unpleasant odor filled the Room from the moment I entered, and the air felt stale. It got to the point where returning to the Room each night was painful. The Room was extremely small, with almost no space besides the bed. Also, I made a Reservation for a king bed Room, but it was actually just two single beds pushed together. The gap was uncomfortable, and it was impossible to sleep in the middle. Hygiene standards were very poor as well. There were oddly shaped hairs inside the sheets, and a dead insect was caught in the bathroom towel. This level of cleanliness was deeply unpleasant. Prices were set very high during the festival period, but please don’t be misled—this is effectively a Hotel at a level of 2,000 yen or less in quality. Overall, it was an unsatisfying stay, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

    The Nebuta display above the lobby is breathtaking.

    As soon as you step into the lobby, a Nebuta display welcomes you overhead. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were kind and helpful, making my first stay here smooth and enjoyable. I will visit again in August and November.

    This is my go-to accommodation in Aomori.

    Thank you as always. The front desk and lobby areas are spacious, making this Hotel very convenient to use. I will be staying again next month.

    Apple juice is the best!

    It was my first trip to Aomori, and I stayed for 4 nights. This hotel provides excellent service for the Accommodation Fee. The Nebuta display at the entrance is very beautiful. The free refill apple juice next to the front desk was incredibly delicious. Since I always walked about 15 minutes from the station, I enjoyed taking a break with some juice upon arrival. They were showing an introduction video about Aomori at the entrance; it would be nice if it could also be viewed in the Room.

    Delicious breakfast

    It is a Business Hotel, but it is very clean and has a great sense of cleanliness, making it very convenient to use. Breakfast is available from an early time, and the variety is more extensive than that of some Ryokans. The taste was excellent, which was highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

    A relaxing space with a pleasant fragrance.

    A Nebuta display welcomes you in the open atrium on the first floor. The front desk and floors are filled with a truly pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff provided excellent service during both check-in and check-out, making it a delightful experience. The bath facilities had strong water pressure in the showers, allowing for a refreshing hair wash! Additionally, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had wonderful scents and were available for purchase at the front desk. There were also items like Tsugaru Vidro glassware for sale, creating a charming space that lets you feel the atmosphere of Aomori! It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, so it feels slightly farther than other Hotels. However, as it is located along a large straight road, it felt safe even late at night.

    The Room is cold.

    Check-in at 8:00, the Room is cold. Even with the heater on, it doesn't warm up. I endured for about an hour but felt like catching a cold, so I contacted the front desk. They brought an electric heater. They explained that since the entire building is heated, individual Room temperature settings are not possible. Be careful if you're staying in winter! The Nebuta decorations at the entrance are beautiful, though... Also, there was a massage machine in the Room, but it blocked the passage and was in the way.

    Traveling with my daughter

    We stayed in a Hollywood Twin room. The lobby had an open ceiling with a Nebuta object, giving us the feeling of being at a festival. Even though there were group guests staying, we were able to enjoy a quiet stay, perhaps because our room was on the 11th floor. The breakfast menu was also abundant and satisfying. Thank you very much.
