  First time staying here.

  It was good value for the price. I would like towels to be available in the large public bath.

  The Hotel is good.

  The Hotel was nice, but it was a long walk from the station. It was also too far to walk to Grantowa.

  The bath and meals were great. The Room wear had a slightly old-fashioned smell, so I couldn't wear it, but everything else was perfect.

  I had a relaxing time.

  The front desk service was kind and excellent. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax. I would love to use it again next time. Thank you very much.

  It was a comfortable stay.

  Check-in was smooth, the Room was clean, and the bathroom area was spacious and comfortable. Unlike other Route Inn hotels, it was disappointing that the TV wasn't a smart TV and couldn't play YouTube or similar services. However, breakfast was delicious and overall very comfortable, so I would like to stay here again.

  Check-in

  Stayed in Masuda for a live event. As a result, check-in coincided with others, leading to a queue. There were three staff members at the reception. I wished someone could guide the line. I wondered if it's always like this when there's a live event. However, I understood that they were doing their best to respond politely! The room was clean and there was an onsen! The breakfast buffet was also good.

  Clean and friendly accommodation

  We used this place for sightseeing with family, and both the room and the bath were clean, and the reception was kind. The room bath was small, so we went to the large public bath, which was clean.
