  Why is the rating low despite being close to the station?

  The facility appears to have only its exterior renovated. The entrance is on the second floor and difficult to locate from outside. The room rate with breakfast included (semi-double) is expensive. The room is small, and stains on the walls are clearly noticeable. The duvet was also yellowed. The bathroom with a bathtub is extremely cramped. The breakfast restaurant was crowded, making it hard to move around. Even international guests seemed confused by the congestion. Above all, the food tasted bad and felt cheaply made. Completely unsatisfactory breakfast experience. I would never stay here again.
