    Enhance Your Stay with a Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. While more places now won’t provide housekeeping unless you request it, I really appreciated that they cleaned the room while I was out even after 2:00 PM. Having the toilet and bath separated also made my Multiple Night Stay feel much more relaxing. The amenities were Sekkisei, and the breakfast was delicious. Because the Hotel is located near several expressways, I noticed some outside noise at night. Overall, it was a Hotel with a high level of satisfaction.

    Excellent amenities

    I stayed here just to sleep because I had an early departure the next morning, but the amenities were amazing—far beyond what I expected for the price. The hair dryer was great too. I recommended it to my coworkers.

    The Room appeared clean at first glance, but the wallpaper near the bathroom was peeling and slightly concerning. The bathroom amenities in the guest room were excellent.

    Unfortunately, this time didn't work out.

    This was my second stay following last week. While I had a very good impression last time, this time was disappointing. First, upon entering the room, there was an unusual noise, seemingly coming from around the refrigerator, which made me slightly uneasy. The toilet bowl had stains left behind, which was unpleasant. To make matters worse, the front cover of the humidifier suddenly fell off and kept falling no matter how many times I tried to fix it back in place, so I gave up. The accommodation is conveniently located near TCAT with easy access to Otemachi via the Hanzomon Line, making it a great choice for business trips. However, based on this experience, I'm uncertain about staying again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Good value for money

    It was a 2-night, 3-day stay for business purposes. The amenities and items provided in the guest room were quite comprehensive for the price. The coin laundries on the 4th and 7th floors were very convenient, as their availability could be checked from the TV in the guest room. The reception staff were polite, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. However, the customer feedback form was stuck to the desk, and there was something like jam on the desk. I couldn't clean it with tissues, so I used my own wet wipes to clean it before using the desk. Additionally, while the unit bath was clean, there was a smell resembling mildew. Considering the price, it was sufficient, but the stay left a slight sense of dissatisfaction.

    A bit small, but just right for a one-night stay.

    I used it during a business trip. I think the response from the front desk staff was very good. The moment I entered the Room, I felt it was quite small, but it was comfortable enough just for sleeping. However, there were noticeable deductions, such as the toilet seat being left up and the wallpaper peeling off.
