    Easy Wi-Fi Access

    The Wi‑Fi was easy to connect to, and I was satisfied that the TV included BS channels. The front desk staff were helpful, and after completing the parking procedure, I could come and go freely, which was very convenient.

    Very satisfied

    If you don’t mind the location, it’s reasonably priced (perhaps because of where it is), and the restaurants (Japanese cuisine and buffet) were very delicious. This is now my go-to Accommodation in Osaka—Done.

    Breakfast Buffet

    This is my second stay. I love the morning buffet, and although the Room is a single, it feels spacious, tidy, and comfortable. There's also a humidifier, and everything I could possibly need is provided. It's close to the station, has parking available for cars, and there are plenty of parking lots nearby as well, so no worries at all.

    No Meals Included

    No Meals Included, but the room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. However, there was an odor in the room, so I used air freshener during my stay. Other than that, everything was fine.

    Hotel suitable for a family of four.

    We booked a slightly luxurious trip for our family of four. From the start, it was disappointing. When we arrived at the rotary by car, we saw someone who seemed to be a bell staff at the counter, but they neither helped with our luggage nor guided us to the parking lot. It was unclear why they were even standing there. The parking lot felt like parking in a scrap yard. As for the room, while it looked impressive in photos, upon entering, there was a damp smell. The promotional photos were overly polished; in reality, it just felt spacious and nothing more. The bathroom and toilet were cramped and combined into one space. The water pressure was very low, making it impossible to fill up the bathtub efficiently—if you even wanted to try filling it up at all. There was also a coffee maker provided as part of the service, but it leaked water badly. Honestly, my only impression is that it's just a large room. Considering this is an area with many hotels catering to adults and not being able to take children outside easily due to limited options nearby—it felt overpriced given such service quality.

    Souvenir Shop

    During the holiday period when accommodation prices were soaring, I was pleased to find an affordable stay, and even more delighted to be given a twin room. The breakfast was delicious, and the souvenir shop had a wide selection, so I bought a lot! I was also given a discount, which made me very satisfied! The bath is the usual old-fashioned one? It's narrow and has inconvenient steps. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but I recommend it!

    Business use

    I always use the Plaza Hotel when I'm on business trips. I'm very satisfied because they have smoking rooms and I can upgrade to a larger room for a small additional fee.
