  It was spacious and relaxing.

  The bathroom has a washing area and is separate from the toilet. The Room is spacious, and the furnishings have a retro feel. The chandelier also adds to the atmosphere.

  Was this formerly a love hotel?

  I stayed for one night during Golden Week. The Hotel is not on a main road, and you have to drive down a very narrow street to reach it. I believe I had requested parking, but none was prepared, so I ended up using a nearby parking lot that required going up and down stairs. Carrying large luggage was very difficult. Also, the website said there was a free drink service, but when I asked at the front desk, they told me they no longer offer it—what is that? It felt like false advertising. The Room made me wonder if it used to be a love hotel; there was a large step inside that made it inconvenient to use. The only good point was the spacious bathroom, which had a jet bath and a TV. There was nothing about this Hotel that I would recommend.

First, we sincerely apologize that, due to insufficient updates to our website, the wording may have led you to believe that the drink service previously offered is still available. Providing accurate information is fundamental to hotel operations, and this was an oversight on our part. We have corrected it immediately upon receiving your feedback. Regarding parking, we do not accept Reservation; spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis (9 spaces). When the lot is full, we will direct guests to nearby parking facilities. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you while carrying your luggage. Hotel Concerto Nagasaki opened under its current name and is now in its 9th year. All of our staff take pride in operating this hotel each day with the sole aim of providing a comfortable stay for everyone visiting Nagasaki.   Service is top-class.

  The front desk staff provided exceptional service—quickly addressing any issues and always prioritizing the guests. Their level of care was so impressive that it left me feeling humbled. The restaurant staff, especially the woman who served us for four days, greeted us with a wonderful smile and showed incredible attention to detail and care. After returning home, I couldn’t help but share my experience with family and friends over the phone and on social media. This was my fourth visit to Nagasaki, but this stay has been the most satisfying by far. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much!

  Check-in was after 8...

  Check-in was after 8 PM, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. The Room was spacious, and although it felt a bit unfamiliar at first, I gradually got used to it and found it very comfortable. The water quality was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly. I would love to visit again!

  A Hotel Unlike a Typical Business Hotel

  Differences between images and reality

  I was astonished by the difference between the images and reality.... There were traces of a love hotel renovation here and there.... For a Junior Suite at 35,000 yen, it was too disappointing, and I doubted IKYU's research ability.. "The staff did their best, so it worked out somehow, but it's okay not to publish this. I just hope for an improvement in IKYU's research ability...."
