    It was close to the station, simple, and comfortable.

    It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

    A Relaxing Accommodation in Sannomiya

    It felt clean, and the surroundings were quiet, making it a relaxing Accommodation. Breakfast was delicious, and I was able to enjoy it in a calm, spacious setting. This is just my personal preference, but I would have liked a few more items. I understand there are space limitations, so the current selection may be optimal—just for your reference. I would like to stay here again.

    I stay here regularly, and the Hotel gets the basics right—the Room is thoroughly cleaned and truly comfortable. I’ll be back again.

    Hospitality

    I visited Sannomiya for an event. My family stayed here and praised the excellent hospitality. It’s close to the nearest station, conveniently located for Glion Arena, and a clean, comfortable Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when there’s another event.

    OK if you don’t expect meticulous attention to detail or a spotless level of cleanliness.

    At check-in, they confirm your name, number of guests, and Room number in a loud voice. People behind you in line can hear it, with no consideration at that level. At the amenity and water station, there was trash and dust on the MUJI tray holding the amenities. In the elevator, dirt on the silver parts such as the buttons was noticeable. Once in the Room, I felt that areas around the phone and lights, as well as trays in the bathroom for shampoo and conditioner, were probably not included in their cleaning manual. If these things do not bother you, I think it is a good Hotel.

    So cheap it makes you worry.

    I stay at various Business Hotels for work, and at this price, the cleanliness and spaciousness here are a great value. I consider it a volunteer-level price that makes me willing to overlook somewhat poor service.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    As last year, I stayed here again for the Luminarie. Even at over 70, the location is great—you can easily walk from Sannomiya to Motomachi, Chinatown, and Meriken Park. The room has a semi-double bed plus a round table and two chairs, which is very convenient. The bathtub is generously sized, and I also appreciated the complimentary bath salts! One concern: the step up into the bathroom is a bit high (could be dangerous for older guests).

    It was terrible.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Despite prior confirmation, the parking lot was unavailable, leading to changes in plans and additional expenses. The Room had issues with the foldable refrigerator door, causing noticeable noise leakage. To make matters worse, despite a checkout time of 11:00 AM, cleaning staff knocked around 9:50 AM asking if cleaning was done—this happened on both days, making it feel like we were being rushed out. Meals were disappointing as well; the menu lacked variety over the two days and some items were already out of stock even around 8:00 AM. I’ve used this place multiple times before but have noticed a decline in quality over time—this stay was particularly bad. I will no longer recommend it to friends or others.

    Hotel I would like to use again

    Stayed for 2 nights. The Room was clean, compact, but comfortable. Unlike many Hotels nowadays that use disposable plastic cups to prevent theft, this Hotel provided ceramic cups with saucers, which was a nice touch. I will stay here again!

    Within walking distance to the station, equipped with parking, a spacious bathroom and washroom, separate toilet, and a Room with ample space. I always use this place when staying in Kobe. I would appreciate having a trash bin in the washroom and paper or towels for hand drying in the toilet.

    Located at a conveni...

    Located at a convenient distance from the station, just a step away from the bustling main street into a quiet business district, it was easy to find. It was perfectly convenient for visiting various destinations this time. The Room and other facilities were neat and tidy, allowing for a comfortable stay. The two young staff members handling housekeeping were also very pleasant. Thank you very much!

    The toilet and bathroom are separate, but there is no door for the washbasin area.

    I stayed in a twin room. It was nice that the toilet and bathroom were separate, which is rare for a Business Hotel. The washbasin area and bathroom were also separated, and of course, the bathroom had a door. However, the washbasin area did not have a door. Since I think most people change clothes in the washbasin area, it felt odd not to have a door there. It’s not an issue when staying alone, but this time I stayed with another person. That said, it seems this style is not unique to this Hotel. From now on, I’ll make sure to check in advance.

    It wasn't that bad.

    Based on other reviews, I was expecting poor service from the female front desk staff, but when I checked in after 10 PM, all the staff were male. The person who assisted me was a foreign trainee who spoke very quickly, making it hard to understand him, but otherwise, the experience was average. I wanted to ask if there were any basic skincare sets available but decided not to since I wasn’t sure if they understood Japanese. The guest floor reportedly had a musty smell according to my companion (I didn’t notice as I was wearing a mask). The room itself was fairly spacious with high ceilings and bay windows that prevented it from feeling cramped. However, there wasn’t much space to open suitcases fully. There were limited charging ports for smartphones. Given the heatwave during our stay, it was disappointing that the fridge didn’t have a freezer compartment. When opening the locker for clothes storage, there was an unpleasant odor. As mentioned in other reviews, the TV is unnecessarily large! The sink being right next to the entrance without any dressing area made things inconvenient. Although the bathroom itself was spacious, it lacked both a stool and washbasin bowl which made its usability less than ideal. Surprisingly for modern hotels these days, the hairdryer’s power output was too weak—I wish they’d invest more in better hairdryers instead of oversized TVs. While not overly dirty overall at first glance—there were issues like dusty cup holders near sinks which discouraged their use entirely; face towels provided felt too thin and flimsy. On positive notes though: having separate vanity/dresser spaces within rooms themselves proved useful addition alongside existing facilities already present elsewhere throughout premises! It would also help greatly if small trash bins could be placed near sinks—even inexpensive ones would suffice here! Breakfast-wise opted against trying despite pre-booked plans included meals due largely negative feedback seen beforehand online coupled w/time constraints involved ultimately deciding skip altogether instead saving effort elsewhere meantime… Despite listing various shortcomings above overall impression remains mixed leaning towards neutral-positive given larger-than-average room sizes paired w/spacious bathrooms offered relative affordability makes reasonable value-for-money choice depending priorities/preferences individual travelers concerned

    It was a very clean and beautiful Room.

    This was my first stay, and the room was very clean. The bathroom and toilet were combined, but the space was spacious enough not to feel cramped. The bathtub was also relatively large. All the facilities were clean and satisfactory. Although the room faced the road, it was quiet on the 4th floor with no noticeable noise. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store just 1-2 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient. However, I did not notice any shop within the hotel itself. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, making it highly accessible. I would love to stay here again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the quiet area where I could relax. The provided amenities, including a skincare set for women, were well-prepared and convenient. The only issue was the smell of the shower curtain, which bothered me slightly. Other than that, the staff were kind and attentive, making my stay very satisfying.

    Not well-cleaned

    We noticed hair in the bathroom that clearly did not belong to us, as was the case during our previous stay. This time, we chose not to report it. Additionally, the breakfast items were mostly out of stock and not replenished promptly, possibly due to the later timing. While we understand the price increase, unfortunately, we felt that this stay did not provide sufficient value for its cost.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Despite arriving late near midnight, the check-in process was smooth. In the morning, I stayed until the last possible moment and was able to enjoy a very comfortable stay without being disturbed by cleaning noises from other rooms, which is often an issue at other Hotels.

    Concerns...

    Regarding room cleaning, there were no issues with bed-making, the bathroom, or the toilet. However, it was disappointing to find dust accumulated on top of the TV despite it being a flat-screen model (I removed it with a tissue). There was also a storage area next to the TV with glass doors that had fingerprints and smudges left uncleaned. Another point is about breakfast. A customer mentioned to staff that "there's not much oden left." Normally, one would expect a response like "Understood," but instead, the staff replied, "Please take all of what's available now." This came across as if they were discouraging requests for replenishment despite there being only two types of oden left and fewer than ten pieces in total. Honestly, if I had been told this directly, I would have responded back. On a positive note, the front desk staff provided very polite service and explanations. They also greeted us cheerfully during check-out. However, there seems to be some inconsistency in service levels depending on who you interact with. Overall, I think this is a good hotel considering its price point but believe there's room for improvement by adopting more customer-focused perspectives. Apologies for leaving such critical feedback; however, addressing these points could enhance guest satisfaction and even justify higher rates while maintaining its reputation as an affordable hotel option.

    Convenient location

    Conveniently located near the station. The Room was clean, the TV was large, and the Facility was excellent, making for a satisfying stay. What I appreciated most was the affordable parking fee.

    Excellent accessibility, a clean and functional Hotel

    I stayed for three nights to enjoy the Kobe Luminarie, explore the city of Kobe, and savor delicious food. I chose the Hotel close to the Luminarie venue, and it was the perfect choice. The building was more impressive than I had expected, and the Room was functional. The bathroom and other facilities were spotless. Thanks to the bath salts provided, I was able to relax even more. If I may add a suggestion, I would have preferred separate-type pajamas. I really loved both the city of Kobe and the Property, so I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent!

    I chose this accommodation for its reasonable price without prior research for the purpose of visiting the Luminarie, but the location was excellent and convenient for getting anywhere, with a convenience store nearby, making it comfortable. The Room was spacious and relatively large for a single. It was a bit disappointing that there was no view, but given the location, it couldn't be helped.

    The service is good, but it could be more thorough.

    Good service, quiet environment, and close to a convenience store, so I use it occasionally. The downside is the cleaning. There is a lot of dust, and the bathroom smells moldy. Employees, please check it once. Also, the breakfast is generally of an unacceptable grade.

    It was comfortable.

    After finishing my errands, it took 2 hours to get from Sannomiya to my home in Kyoto. Since I had time the next day, I chose this property at the last minute. Just to sleep comfortably. It wasn't expensive, not cramped, and the room, bath, and toilet were clean. I enjoyed a comfortable space with a table and sofa. I would like to use it again.

    The location and cos...

    The location and cost performance are exceptionally good, and above all, the room is clean and the cleaning is excellent. I stayed for four days, so there were some differences depending on the day, but I was impressed with the work up to the third day. Thank you very much. At the front desk, on the first day during check-in, I encountered someone whose attitude instantly put me in a bad mood, but the other staff, especially the person who assisted me on the last day, were warm and kind. There seems to be a significant difference depending on the person. Due to the location, the view from the window is only the wall and windows of the building across the street, which gives a sense of confinement, but I thought it was a good hotel when you are mostly out for work.
