  After returning home, I realized I had left my makeup pouch by the sink. I called right away, and the female staff member was very pleasant and helpful, which made me want to stay again. I immediately made a Reservation for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights at an APA Hotel in Tokyo for my next trip to the city.

  Inconvenient and difficult to use, and the breakfast is not good.

  There is only one elevator, and it is very small, making it difficult to use. The vending machine, coin laundry, and microwave are located next to the elevator in a very narrow room, making them extremely inconvenient to use. There is no humidifier in the Room despite being an APA hotel. When I requested a rental, I was told to come down to get it and was muttered at in strange Japanese, which was very unpleasant. I had to wait for the elevator again, go down all the way, and then face another delay with the crowded elevator—terrible!! The breakfast was overly seasoned and salty!! The vegetables and radish were hard. They claim it's supervised by a nutritionist but that seems false!! No nutritionist would prepare such food; even the rice had an unpleasant odor like bitterness—shocking!! The rice at Makuhari or Nishifunabashi locations is much sweeter with delicious side dishes; Koga branch was the worst.
