    A reliably great Dormy experience.

    The Onsen was excellent. Unfortunately, the Room was not cleaned well. There were clumps of dust in every corner.

    Dormy Inn is the best.

    My first trip to Morioka in a year, and my first Dormy Inn stay in a while. This time I made a Reservation for a twin room, and it was on the same floor as the large public bath—so convenient. My travel companion, who hates hassle, was genuinely impressed! The Onsen, sauna, and outdoor relaxation area were incredibly soothing. The breakfast reimen noodles were delicious; personally, I preferred Dormy Inn’s over some of the city’s famous spots. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but there were plenty of nearby restaurants for dinner, so it wasn’t an issue. I was disappointed that the amenity socks were no longer available (they used to be there, right?). Still, I’ll definitely be back!

    The rooms are very clean, the bath is excellent, and the late-night ramen and takeaway coffee are all great. The price is affordable, so we were very satisfied.

    The Onsen was excellent.

    This was my second stay. It’s a little far from Morioka Station, but it’s just a one-meter taxi ride. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner is easy. Best of all is the large public bath. The Onsen water has a silky feel and is wonderful, warming you through to the core. The post-bath ice cream and late-night soba have become something I really look forward to. Thank you for taking such good care of me.\nI will definitely stay again next time.

    Perfect for sightseeing in Morioka

    This Hotel is a little different from other Business Hotels. It even has an open-air bath, the breakfast is delicious, and the late-night soba service is the best. Next time I come to Morioka, I will definitely stay at this Hotel!

    An amazing silky-smooth, skin-beautifying Onsen!

    I love Dormy Inn properties with large public baths and stay at them often, and the bath here is excellent as well—fully equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, open-air bath, and pot baths. The indoor bath uses recirculated Onsen water drawn from Hachimantai, and even after just three minutes my skin felt incredibly smooth and silky, even between my toes—an outstanding beautifying Onsen. I’m glad I found such impressively good water again after a long time. The Hotel is clean and in a perfect location: the downtown area is just a short walk away, and it’s also within walking distance from the station. There’s a FamilyMart about a 3-minute walk away.

    This is my third stay.

    I always stay here when I come back home to visit family. This time I was in town for a reunion, so it was a quick one-night stay with an early check-out the next day, but everything was consistently excellent—from the parking arrangements for guests arriving by car to the bath and the breakfast buffet. I’d like to continue staying here regularly in the future. I’m really glad there’s a Dormy Inn in my hometown.

    Dormy Inn offers delicious meals, and this location is particularly noteworthy for its tasty cuisine.

    Walking from the station can be a nice bit of exercise, except during extreme heat or cold.

    Delicious Breakfast

    The breakfast was diverse and included local specialties, which were very delicious. The baths had both indoor and outdoor options, leaving the skin feeling smooth. Having towels available for the bath was a great touch! However, it was disappointing that several shower stations in the washing area were broken.

    Would love to visit again.

    It was my first stay at Dormy Inn. The large public bath uses Hachimantai's beautifying hot spring, leaving my skin smooth and moisturized. While the self-service amenities were convenient, I think it would be nice to have soft disposable body towels available. The complimentary ice cream at night and lactic acid drinks in the morning were delightful and delicious. The Room was new, efficiently arranged, and very clean. There were unique services like jelly in the refrigerator and late-night ramen, which are not commonly found in other business hotels. I can see why it has so many fans. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

    The Onsen is particularly appealing.

    Recently, accommodation fees have increased, making it harder to use for business trips. However, I found an affordable timing and stayed for one night. No matter how many times I visit, staying at Dormy Inn Morioka is always relaxing. The highlight is the Morden no Yu (Onsen) in the large public bath. The alkaline spring with a pH of 8.5 leaves your skin feeling smooth. Additionally, Dormy Inn's original ice cream has recently been introduced and was delicious. Looking forward to staying at Dormy Inn Morioka made my business trip more enjoyable. It’s a wonderful hotel that I would love to stay at again if the price fits my budget.

    The cold noodles served at breakfast are delicious.

    The breakfast is exceptional. Even when you're full, you can't resist trying the cold noodles. It would be great if the lockers in the women's public bath could be improved, as they are currently narrow and inconvenient to use.

    The breakfast buffet is healthy, featuring delicious items like jarred seafood and freshly made Morioka cold noodles, prepared by friendly staff with warm smiles. The large public bath offers silky smooth water that leaves you feeling warm afterward. While the stones in the open-air bath are set in concrete and the grass is artificial, which may lack charm, it seems to be a deliberate choice. Amenities include toothbrushes and cotton swabs available near the elevator for self-service; however, there were no tissues or skincare products provided in the room, which was surprising. Guests need to bring both large and small towels from their Room to the public bath and return them afterward. Since only one of each towel is provided per guest, it might discourage multiple visits if they remain damp. Additional towels can be requested at the front desk as noted, and there are services like post-bath ice cream available. Understanding that this Hotel focuses on selective efficiency will enhance your stay experience.

    First Stay at Dormy Inn

    Stayed for 2 nights. The dryness in the room was unbearable. I never imagined there would be a hotel without a humidifier in the room, so I didn’t check its availability when making the reservation. Naturally, my throat became sore, and on the second night, despite it being freezing cold in winter, I had to sleep with the window open. My mother, who stayed in the adjacent room, shared the same opinion. To the hotel manager: perhaps you should try staying here yourself? Aside from this one issue, everything else was absolutely satisfactory, which makes it all the more disappointing. Unless humidifiers are installed in rooms moving forward, I won’t consider staying here again. There’s no point risking my health just to stay at this accommodation...

    Same-day Reservation - Glad there was availability.

    The staff's service was excellent. This time, we decided to stay suddenly and made a same-day Reservation, so only Rooms without breakfast were available. Even so, there were plenty of services, and we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

    Maybe not again...

    The service, breakfast, and bath were all very good. However, unfortunately, there was something very concerning in the room... I think it was probably from the drainpipe in the bathroom, but the smell was strong. It was quite smelly. And, I hate to think so, but I could hear snoring from the next room... Are the walls too thin...?
