  I’m satisfied.

  I stayed here during the Expo. It’s a bit far from the station, but the shuttle bus was very helpful. I couldn’t make it in time for the large public bath, but since it was a hot day, a shower was enough.

  First Time at Osaka Hotel

  I stayed at a hotel in Osaka for the first time. The property and the reception area were different, but when I first went to the property, I was kindly guided to the reception area! The other staff members were also kind, and their customer service was excellent. I unexpectedly had a multiple night stay about two days prior, and the response and coordination were handled properly, which was really great. Thank you very much!!
