    This is a beautiful Hotel.

    A clean and beautiful Hotel. The hospitality is excellent, and the large public bath is a welcome amenity.

    Compact, but more than satisfying!

    This was my second time staying alone, so I chose this compact Hotel. Overall, it felt clean and well equipped, and although the breakfast buffet had a limited selection, the ingredients were good and I was satisfied. There was also a large public bath, which was more than enough. The Room had drawers with an LED light and a mirror (other Hotels often have dim Rooms, making it hard to do makeup), and the Room itself felt new and clean. The male staff member at the breakfast live kitchen also made a good impression—the roast beef and the potatoes with cheese were delicious. Since I stayed two nights, I thought it would be nice to have some daily changes. The miso soup with Hanasaki crab was delicious! However, none of the ingredients in the soup curry seemed fully cooked, so everything was too hard to eat. It’s a shame because there were various items like pumpkin and eggplant. 　One thing I noticed is that it would have been nice to have a hand towel at the sink (I always wipe around when the sink gets wet). I’ve written several points for improvement, but considering it was a reasonably priced stay, I think it was sufficient overall.

    Stay for three families

    This was my second stay. This time, I traveled with my elderly mother. They accommodated the Room request I had shared in advance, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

    A comfortable Hotel in a great location

    Conveniently located near the North Exit of Sapporo Station, the Hotel is new, and although the Room was a bit small, it was comfortable. There is no bottled water in the Room, but the water from the floor’s water dispenser was delicious. If I had to mention one concern, in the large public bath the hot water was not continuously flowing, which made me worry about hygiene. Also, guests who arrive before check-in are required to store their luggage in lockers (two uses per person), but I would appreciate more flexibility—if a cleaned and available Room exists, it would be nice to be allowed to use it before check-in time.

    Bathing Etiquette

    The Hotel was close to the station and very clean—I would have liked to stay another night. However, I had read the Reviews and expected the large public bath to be crowded, but it was even worse than I imagined. Also, some foreign guests were walking around the changing area wearing outdoor slippers, so I decided not to use it. That said, when I called the front desk because I wanted something to tie my hair back, they brought it right away. The staff left a very good impression. But by the time they arrived, the changing area had become completely full, so in the end I didn’t use it. It was disappointing because my grandchild was really looking forward to the large public bath.

    A new Hotel in a quiet setting

    It’s close to Sapporo Station and on the opposite side from the main downtown area, which made it quiet and relaxing. Hokkaido University is also nearby, so you can enjoy a casual walk. The Hotel is new and very comfortable, with a large public bath as well. I’d like to stay here again.

    All our staff are exceptionally kind and attentive.

    I stayed for two nights. The Room isn’t large, but it’s thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. There were ice and purified water dispensers (probably) on each floor, which is eco-friendly and convenient. Two 500 ml bottled waters were also provided in the Room. My Room faced Hokkaido University, and the view was great. The bed quality was excellent, and I slept very well. Breakfast was buffet-style, with both Japanese and Western options that felt carefully prepared. I didn’t have time to try jingisukan during my trip, but there was a jingisukan-flavored stir-fry at breakfast, which I really enjoyed. It wasn’t available on the first morning but was offered on the last day, so it seems to change daily—but I wouldn’t mind having it every day. A wide variety of dishes were served in small portions and seemed to be replenished frequently, which gave a well-managed impression. There was carving service for roast beef and raclette cheese; both were delicious, and it felt rare for a Hotel in this price range. Since both ingredients are likely costly, it might work well to offer smaller portions per serving with a ticket system allowing two servings. Personally I would have liked a bit more raclette cheese, but it’s hard to ask—while some guests might request quite a lot. The chairs in the breakfast restaurant were also very comfortable. For a Business Hotel, it feels quite upscale—great for leisure as well—with easy access from the station. The free locker service after checkout was especially thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. All staff members were pleasant, and I had no complaints at all. As an extra note: I forgot something when leaving; I called about it afterward and they handled everything politely and properly, which really helped. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Thank you very much.

    It was a trip for two with my high school–aged son. Returning to nostalgic Sapporo, we stayed at this Hotel that I had often passed by since it opened. The check-in was handled very politely and kindly, and it helped ease our fatigue. Thank you very much. The Room was also great. I really liked the wide writing desk along the window—it made it easy to get work done. Also, in addition to amenities like coffee and tea, it was wonderful to be able to freely fill up on delicious filtered water. We didn’t use the bath, fitness facilities, or dining, but even so, we felt it was a very pleasant and relaxing Hotel. It’s right in front of Hokkaido University’s main gate, so it seems ideal for students and for those visiting Hokkaido University for work as well. The Accommodation rate was reasonable too, and we felt we got great value from our stay. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Sapporo on business or traveling. Thank you very much.

    Carefully Selected Breakfast

    I stayed for one night with my mother. We were very satisfied with the bedding, the temporary luggage lockers, and the carefully prepared breakfast. The breakfast in particular offered a great selection of Hokkaido specialties, and everything tasted outstanding. The 2-year aged potatoes and raclette cheese I tried for the first time were truly unforgettable. If you stay here, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included.

    It was just a short walk from the North Exit.

    It was truly just a short walk from Sapporo Station North Exit. It rained a little on the way, and they even lent me an umbrella.\nI really appreciated the luggage storage service. Breakfast was also very delicious.\nThere were laundry facilities, and the Room was spacious and easy to use.

    A new Hotel with well-equipped Facilities, but overwhelmed by inbound tourism.

    I stayed here recently. Since it’s new, the Room was clean and well equipped, with plenty of outlets. The staff were also helpful. However, I did a Multiple Night Stay in Sapporo for the first time in a while and was surprised by how many inbound travelers there were—especially families staying multiple nights. I was bothered by heavy thumping noises like a sports day until late at night and endured it until 2:00 a.m. The front desk checked but said they couldn’t identify the source. Even if they had, there isn’t much they can do, and asking that kind of guest to be quiet doesn’t help. It’s close to the station, new, reasonably priced, and overall good—but it wasn’t a good fit for me. I also saw Japanese guests staying silent in the bath area out of consideration for inbound guests. The changing area is not a place to chat loudly. I wish there were some limit on the proportion of inbound guests. That said, if you’re used to easygoing overseas travelers at your own pace, I can recommend it—because there were many inbound guests.

    This is a new Hotel, and many of our guests are inbound families.

    A new Hotel with well-equipped Facilities. There are power outlets by the pillow, and everything is clean. The bath, toilet, and sink are in the same space, but there was a slight sewage smell. More than that, there were many inbound families, mainly from Korea and Chinese-speaking regions. It was noisy at night and I couldn’t sleep until late.

    Disappointing given the high expectations.

    This is a wonderful Hotel that I have used regularly since it opened. It’s very clean, and the interior has a calm, relaxing atmosphere—excellent. I stay at many Hotels, and in Sapporo this one is easily in my top three. However, during my most recent stay, I was surprised for the first time by how bad the limescale buildup in the bathtub was. If it were an inexpensive Business Hotel, I could accept it, but this Hotel had been flawless until now, so it was disappointing. I would like this to be added to the cleaning inspection checklist. Also, compared with before, the breakfast quality has declined. I hope these disappointing issues do not become more frequent going forward.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    I felt the entire Hotel, including the guest rooms, was very well cleaned. It is conveniently located close to the station. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable to stay in. There are mineral water dispensers on each floor, and I was able to fill my own bottle or a plastic bottle. I think this is a great initiative from an environmental protection perspective. It was disappointing that the large public bath could get crowded at times, but it was helpful that there was a separate powder room.

    A clean Hotel near the station

    It was close to the station, the Facility was new, and it smelled nice the moment I walked in, making my stay very comfortable. There was also a guest-only café at the entrance, which was convenient and easy to use. One thing I noticed was that the cup provided for getting water was a really large cup without a lid, so I wished it had been a lidded cup or a bottle.

    2-night stay in Sapporo

    I stayed at this Hotel for two nights on my first trip to Hokkaido in 15 years. I chose it because it is close to Sapporo Station, has an Onsen or large public bath, and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. These three points were the deciding factors. I had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there were not many washing stations in the large public bath, and there were not many seasonal Hokkaido vegetables at breakfast. I was impressed that the hair dryer in the large public bath was a ReFa, and that the tumbler in my Room kept ice water cold until the next day so I could enjoy it. I was fortunate with both the season and the weather during those days, and it became a wonderful trip to Sapporo, Furano, and Biei that I truly enjoyed. Thank you for taking care of me.

    The pinnacle of upper-middle-class hotels

    I chose this place because it was affordable, looked clean, and was in a great location. As it turned out, both the Room and the large public bath were very clean. Since we were on a high floor, the view was great as well, making for a comfortable stay. As for amenities, the hair dryer and shower had strong airflow/water pressure, but the range is narrow so they were a bit difficult to use. I honestly didn’t expect much from the breakfast buffet at this price point, but there was a wide variety and everything tasted better than I imagined. I personally liked the lobster bisque and the pudding. I was also very satisfied to be able to enjoy local items like milk and cheese. Around 30,000 yen for this is an absolute steal.

    The breakfast is excellent.

    The breakfast was so delicious that I ate too much and couldn’t manage lunch that day… Hotel breakfast: Two kinds of rice (white rice and corn rice), plus a variety of breads. With the white rice, there were great sides like cod roe, atka mackerel, salmon, pork, and zangi (Japanese fried chicken), so I ended up eating plenty of rice even in the morning. There was even crab in the miso soup. The pumpkin gnocchi with tender simmered beef was amazing (so good I went back for seconds—the sweetness of the pumpkin and the melt-in-your-mouth beef were incredible). They also poured hot raclette cheese over potatoes right in front of you—so creamy. The sweetness of Kitaakari potatoes with the salty cheese was perfect. The salad was crisp too, with sweet cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, carrots, lots more vegetables, plus salmon and cheese—such a luxurious salad to enjoy in the morning. Roast beef was popular and had run out… next time. For dessert, the pudding with perfectly sweet caramel was delicious. There was sweet milk as well—I added it to my coffee for a café latte on the side. Everything was wonderful… I wanted to eat more, but I was completely full. There were so many options that it’s impossible to try everything… I’ll be back. The dining hall staff also created such a pleasant atmosphere—it made for a truly happy breakfast time.

    The Accommodation exceeded my expectations with its excellent location near the station, convenient access, clean interior, and solid security. Also, what scent is the aroma used in the lobby? It smelled amazingly wonderful and was soothing every time I passed by.

    It was comfortable.

    I made a Reservation because the Hotel is relatively new and has a large public bath. It’s within walking distance of Sapporo Station, and there’s a local Seicomart right in front of the Hotel, making it easy to pick up regional foods and drinks. The service was more than adequate for a Business Hotel. The Facility was also convenient, with a water dispenser and an ice vending machine on the floor. As for the large public bath, the tub is bigger than necessary—if there were a sauna even at the expense of some space, it would be perfect. With its great location near the station and close to Hokkaido University, there are plenty of izakayas as well as sushi spots popular with office workers and seafood izakayas nearby, which was very handy. It also seems there’s a car rental shop in the basement, so next time I’d like to consider touring by car.

    Everything is top-notch—an astonishing level of quality.

    The interior and exterior design of the building is stylish. The Facility and amenities are carefully selected and well balanced, with nothing missing or excessive. The exceptionally delicious breakfast is thoughtfully composed—neither wasteful nor overdone—and features plenty of local ingredients. The in-house staff provide attentive, professional service. Plus, it’s very close to the station. The only minor drawback is that there is no Japanese tea at breakfast, but that may be because packaged Japanese tea tends to be lower quality; if so, it’s true that it wouldn’t suit this Hotel.

    Great location, and the staff are highly professional.

    I expected it to be a slightly upscale Business Hotel, but the staff’s manners were excellent, and their warm, welcoming service felt on par with a first-class Hotel. It’s also conveniently located near the station and Hokkaido University, and having a car rental shop in the basement is very handy. If I had to ask for one more thing, a drop-off area would have made it even better.

    Everyone at the front desk and those nearby kindly explained anything I didn’t understand about the Facility, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was convenient, and there was also a drink service in the lounge, which I enjoyed. I hope you will continue this service. When I asked if you could freeze an extra-large ice pack I had brought for sweets on the way home, you gladly agreed, which helped me a lot. Thanks to that, I was able to bring back the cream-based desserts from Sapporo without worry during the long trip home. Thank you very much.

    The service was excellent.

    Overall, the service attitude and the Facility were very good. However, I didn’t realize that you need to hold the room key card over the reader before you can press the elevator buttons, which was confusing. There was a notice in the elevator, but I would have appreciated being escorted to the elevator and shown how to use it.

    A clean and quiet Hotel

    Whenever I travel to Hokkaido, I stay here. It is a very clean and quiet Hotel, so I keep coming back again and again. If I have time in the morning, I also choose the breakfast; there is a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. This is my favorite Hotel in Sapporo.

    Overall, the satisfaction level is quite high.

    I stayed for a two-night stay for a concert. It’s close to the JR Sapporo Station ticket gates, and the surrounding area is fairly quiet. The guests were not overwhelmingly foreign, either. My room was on a high floor near the elevator; it was compact but clean and comfortable. One drawback was that the light at the sink was too dim for doing makeup, and its position made it hard to see. The double-bed mattress was somewhat firm with decent bounce, but the whole bed felt like it moved and wobbled, which wasn’t to my liking. Since I booked one room per person, the in-room bathroom (with a washing area) was sufficient, so I didn’t use the public bath. Breakfast was almost the same on both days (only the rice and soup changed), so as someone staying multiple nights, I’d appreciate it if you could remove the sweets and put that effort into adding more variety. All staff were polite and pleasant. When I come back to Sapporo for another concert or similar event, this will be my first-choice Hotel. Thank you very much.

    Highly satisfied

    Relax and unwind.

    With a Seicomart nearby and a delicious soup curry restaurant close by, you won’t have any trouble even with No Meals Included—this is the best Hotel. Definitely coming back!!
