    Consistently high quality

    I stayed here on a business trip. It’s conveniently located near the station, yet it was quiet, so I could relax. Best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was spacious. They also provided bath salts, so I was able to soak and unwind after a long day.

    Good Hotel

    We visited Hiroshima for a family trip and stayed in two Rooms—my husband and I, and our two daughters (one in high school and one in university). We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews saying the bathroom and toilet are separate and very clean, and that was exactly our experience. The property felt new and spotless, with easy access from the station and a great location. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious, and it was a hit with our family. We also appreciated being able to borrow a ReFa hair curling iron at the front desk—our high school daughter was especially happy. Having the bathroom and toilet separated also made everyone’s stay more comfortable. There was just one thing that concerned me: there was black buildup inside the shower head holder. I noticed it when removing the shower head, which surprised me. Since I’m not very tall, I naturally look up from below when using the shower, and from that angle the dirt inside the holder was clearly visible and unpleasant. It stood out more on the inside than on the outside—perhaps an easy spot to miss during routine cleaning—but it did catch my eye as a guest. I also noticed some black residue around the shower head holes and near the bottom of the door area. Because everything else about this Hotel was so clean, that part felt disappointing. It seemed like something that could be removed with a brush, so more thorough cleaning would have made the stay even better. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and my family was very satisfied overall. If we visit Hiroshima again, this is an Accommodation we would gladly choose again.

    During our Multiple ...

    During our Multiple Night Stay, we requested housekeeping because our 1-year-old grandchild walks around barefoot. The stated cleaning time was 10:00–13:00, but when we returned to the Room at 14:00 to put our grandchild down for a nap, housekeeping arrived and we were asked to wait at the front desk. As a result, our grandchild missed nap time and couldn’t sleep, became cranky from the evening onward, and it was very difficult. The housekeeper said things like “We were short-staffed today so we’re running late” and “You could have specified a cleaning time.” I understand it can be challenging, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance. The Facility and location are excellent, and the staff are always courteous. Since opening, we have stayed at this Hotel every year whenever it is available in Hiroshima City, and I expect we will continue to do so. However, I would like you to ensure adequate staffing levels.

    I always stay at this Hotel when visiting Hiroshima for its convenience. Overall, I am satisfied, but I would like to mention two concerns. 1) Staff service: Some staff members used to be cheerful, but a few now respond in a rather matter-of-fact way, which feels inconsistent. In the service industry, I believe a friendly attitude is expected. 2) Room cleanliness and bathroom maintenance: As I have pointed out before, there is dust on the lamp stand and the bathroom maintenance does not seem thorough. I suspect this may be related to the Hotel’s ventilation system. Because the bathroom ventilation is strong, air from the Room flows into the bathroom, which may cause dirt to accumulate more easily in the changing area and bathroom. This is noticeable during my stay, so housekeeping should clean with this situation in mind. Also, it is unclear whether buildup is affecting drainage, but when removing the stopper, the water drains poorly.

    I have stayed here many times.

    I visit Hiroshima several times a year and often stay at this Hotel. Sometimes it’s hard to get a Reservation, but when there’s availability I book immediately. It’s very convenient—close to Hiroshima Station and the bus terminal. The Room is spacious, and the bathtub is large with a separate washing area. I’ve also made a Reservation for August.

    Convenient location! A clean and comfortable Hotel.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days as a family of three with a child under 2. The location—just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station—the separate toilet and bath with a washing area, and the convenience store downstairs were the deciding factors for our Reservation. As it’s still a new Facility, everything was very clean overall! We stayed in a Room on the 19th floor, and the large windows offered a great view. We could see lots of buses and cars stopping at the station rotary, which our child loved. Also, having a massage chair was wonderful for relieving sightseeing fatigue. Breakfast was served on the top (20th) floor, and we were able to enjoy our meal feeling refreshed in the morning. The staff at the entrance to the breakfast venue were all very kind. The buffet was fairly standard but had quite a good variety, and there were small changes over the two days, which we enjoyed. It’s especially appreciated when traveling with children. As mentioned in other Reviews, housekeeping may need some improvement. Right after check-in, when I pulled back the top duvet on the bed, I found two hairs. There was also black mold in hard-to-see areas of the bathroom quite often. And during cleaning we requested on day two, used cups were left sitting out on the table… which was disappointing. Housekeeping staff also chatted loudly in a foreign language in the hallway for quite some time in the morning—some additional guidance may be needed. That said, both the hair dryer in our Room and the hair iron available to borrow free of charge were ReFa products and very easy to use. The front desk staff were all extremely polite as well, so we would definitely like to stay again when visiting Hiroshima. The self-serve amenities selection was also very well stocked and convenient to use. (As others have requested too, I’d love it if cotton pads could be added.)

    Many Daiwa Roynet Ho...

    Many Daiwa Roynet Hotels offer separate toilet and bath areas, which is why I like to choose them. I often stay at this Hiroshima Station location when attending baseball games at Mazda Stadium, and I think this was about my third time. This was my first time booking with breakfast, and the breakfast venue was wonderful—on a high floor with great views, a wide variety of dishes, and a bright presentation. Even though it was a cloudy morning, it made me feel very refreshed. I would like to stay again.

    This is a clean Hotel and one of my favorites.

    I stayed here once near Fukuyama Station and it has become one of my favorite hotels. I really like that newer hotels have separate bath and toilet areas. My top priority when choosing a hotel is having the bath and toilet separated. My wife was happy that they provided toner and lotion.

    Everything was satisfactory.

    Just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, it’s a convenient location for leaving your luggage before check-in and heading out sightseeing. The Hotel is very new and spotless. The Room is spacious and relaxing. It’s also great that the bathroom and toilet are separate, and both are large and clean. Since breakfast time overlaps for many guests, I expected it to be crowded, but the staff at the entrance efficiently guided guests to tables, so turnover was excellent and we were seated smoothly. The buffet offers a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes with well-balanced seasoning; everything I tried was delicious, and the coffee was great too—completely satisfying. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.

    "If you're unsure where to stay in Hiroshima, you'll end up coming back here."

    When staying in Hiroshima, I almost always choose this Hotel. The Rooms are spacious and clean, and the sink area, bathroom, and toilet are separated, making the layout very convenient. The amenities are also well stocked. Check-in and check-out can be done via self-service payment machines rather than at the counter, so everything goes smoothly. Previously, when I made a Reservation under an assigned Plan, I was given a universal-access Room on a smoking floor. The cigarette smell was strong and unpleasant, so I paid an additional fee to Change the Reservation to a different Room. This time I requested an ocean-side Room with a good view, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable location where you can see Miyajima in the distance. I have stayed at many Hotels in the city, but my wife especially likes this one as well, and we would definitely like to stay here again. The staff are courteous and leave a great impression. This time we explored the Hikarimachi area on the Shinkansen exit side rather than around Hiroshima Station. There are many well-known spots such as Nishikido’s main store as well as Kakiden, Isonobo, and Icchan Honten, so we could enjoy ourselves at a relaxed pace while avoiding the crowds near the station. It’s also conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station—ideal as a base for sightseeing. For breakfast, “Orphan” near the Hotel is a hidden gem that I recommend. It was a highly satisfying stay where we could fully enjoy both relaxation and great food.

    Breakfast in the sky is 100% satisfying.

    Daiwa Roynet Hotel recently has its front desk on a floor in the teens. You can reach the front desk by a regular elevator, and to access the guest room floors you need to use a separate elevator and tap your card key—solid security. Of course, the view from the Room is also great. Being able to choose various amenities on the front desk floor and take only what you need is convenient, since you don’t have to take unnecessary items. I couldn’t use the gym this time, but I’d like to try it next time. The Room was also spacious enough. Above all, breakfast was on the top floor; as in Kagoshima, here in Hiroshima you can enjoy an almost 270-degree panoramic view. The morning buffet had Hiroshima-style touches, with ramen and okonomiyaki, and even homemade bread. Everything was delicious along with the view. Check-in and check-out were quick because I’m a Daiwa Roynet member and could skip some steps. The staff’s explanations at the check-in machine were also very polite. Thank you. I’d like to stay again, and I’d also like to try other Hotels in this group.

    Great value for money

    Used for business purposes. Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the first floor. The Room was clean, and breakfast was decent. The bath was well-equipped for a Business Hotel. Great value for money.

    Located not far from the station, all rooms are on high floors with new interiors, offering great views and a quiet, comfortable stay even near the station. After an early morning Shinkansen ride from Tokyo and a full day of work, it was wonderful to relax in the bath. The Room was spacious with a desk that made working easy. Amenities are self-service from the lobby and include skincare products and cleansing items. On the first floor of the Hotel, there is a convenience store and dining options, while the station area offers restaurants and shops for added convenience. I would like to stay here again for my next business trip to Hiroshima.

    We would be delighte...

    We would be delighted if the New Year's Day breakfast could feature a touch of traditional Osechi-style dishes. We feel that the variety and presentation of salads could be improved. The tofu was incredibly delicious, and we truly enjoyed it.

    The convention center is nearby, and the Facility was clean and comfortable. The meals included plenty of vegetables, and the smoothies were delicious. Everything necessary was provided, and unlike many Business Hotels that lack a makeup mirror in the living area, this one had it, which was very helpful for getting ready before work. The potato salad with Hiroshima greens and other creative touches made it enjoyable even for someone like me who eats only small portions—it exceeded my expectations. One minor issue was that on the second day I only wanted to exchange towels but didn’t realize I needed to leave a card along with them; clearer instructions about placing both in the bag would have helped avoid inconvenience for the front desk staff who kindly delivered towels later. Other than that, I was generally satisfied and would love to stay again!

    This was the best Hotel I have stayed at recently. I would give the highest rating in every category. I believe it was because there were vacant Rooms on the day, but I was provided with a higher-grade Room than the one I had booked. The breakfast had a wide variety and, above all, it was delicious. Are all Daiwa Roynet Hotels of the same quality? I would love to stay at a Daiwa Roynet Hotel again next time.

    Close to the station and clean

    It is about a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building, and a supermarket across the street, making it very convenient. The front desk is located on the 13th floor, and all Rooms are on high floors, offering a panoramic view. The front desk staff were polite, and thank you for taking care of our luggage.

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Close to Hiroshima Station. The service was excellent. The Room's toilet and bath were glass-walled and sparkling clean, but there was pink mold left in the bath area; other than that, everything was great. Above all, the breakfast was outstanding. They use ceramic dishes and plates, which sets them apart from other Hotels. Having a Seven-Eleven on the first floor was also convenient.

    An ideal Hotel for exploring Hiroshima.

    Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days during Golden Week. Conveniently located near Hiroshima Station, with a convenience store right below the Hotel. The Room was a Superior Twin, which was more spacious and comfortable than expected. The separate bath and toilet were also a plus. Breakfast could have had more variety, but considering the price, it was sufficient. Amenities were satisfactory as well. Having a coin laundry available was very helpful. Breakfast at around 7 AM when it opened was extremely crowded, but on the last day, we went around 8 AM and found it relatively quiet, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. If your schedule allows, having breakfast slightly later might be better. Overall, this Hotel is an excellent base for sightseeing in Hiroshima. Would love to stay again if given the chance!

    Originally planned for a one-night stay, but extended to two nights due to an earlier arrival. I liked the separate bath area and enjoyed the view from the high floor, though I barely opened the curtains. On the first day, I arrived at Hiroshima Station before 7 PM, but most specialty bento boxes were sold out at the station building. Thankfully, there was a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. As for amenities, I already knew from other hotels in this chain that only one face towel and one bath towel are provided without a hand towel—this was slightly disappointing. I also noticed there might not have been green tea in the amenity corner on the lobby floor (or perhaps I just missed it). Sometimes I'd prefer green tea over black tea. Overall, I'm satisfied as I generally like this hotel chain. However, compared to another Hotel I usually visit within this chain, soundproofing seemed weaker—or maybe it was just noisy neighbors—as door slamming sounds were frequent. Additionally, voices of cleaning staff chatting loudly stood out more than expected. I couldn't try okonomiyaki during my stay; it seemed available for breakfast on checkout day but had to skip due to lunch plans that day. If visiting Hiroshima again in the future, I'd consider staying here once more!

    Since last year, I started using Daiwa Roynet, and it is rare for a Business Hotel to have separate bathroom and toilet, making it comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious, allowing for a very pleasant bathing experience. I have already made a Reservation at another Daiwa Roynet for my business trip next month. It is a recommended Hotel.

    I could see it immed...

    I could see it immediately from the Shinkansen exit and arrived without getting lost. Since I used it on a snowy day, I was grateful for the bath specification that allowed me to soak in the tub and warm up. The Room was also clean, and I enjoyed a variety of dishes, including Hiroshima specialties, on the 20th floor with a good view for breakfast. I noticed that the breakfast service seemed busy, with not enough staff in the hall, resulting in a shortage of available tables and delays in replenishing dishes, but when I spoke up, they responded politely. When I checked in, I was approached and went to the front desk, but was eventually directed to the automatic check-in, so it might have been better to guide me there from the start and offer support if anyone was unsure how to use it.
