    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation with Daiwa again after a long time. The staff are always courteous, which makes the stay very pleasant. It was a shame I couldn’t stay in Room 201 this time, but the Room on the 9th floor had a great view and I was able to relax. A clean Room is always nice. I stayed with my girlfriend, and I wanted to ask: has the breakfast chef changed? It felt less lively than before, and there were no greetings or smiles, which was disappointing. Also, this may be minor, but the sausages were cold and not crisp—has the quality been lowered? If possible, I’d appreciate it if hot items could be served hot.

    Second stay

    I stayed here for the first time last year and was satisfied overall, so I chose this Accommodation again. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to sightsee hands-free. Thank you very much. The Room was comfortable. In particular, the bathtub was spacious so I could relax and recover from fatigue, and the shower water pressure was strong—one of the reasons I returned. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyama.

    We stayed for two nights as a couple. The Hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Toyama Station, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including sashimi, somen noodles, and bread, and everything was delicious. The staff were also efficient and attentive. We would be happy to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

    Thank you for hosting us for a three-night stay.

    The best part was that during our Multiple Night Stay, we could request towel replacement simply by putting the towels in the in-room bag and hanging it on the door. There were also new trash bags provided, so if we tied up our trash into one bag and left it out the next day, it would be collected as well. Since housekeeping did not enter the Room during our stay, we could relax and spend time just like at home without worrying. There are also restaurants near the Hotel where you can enjoy Toyama’s seafood (great value), so I can recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

    It was a great Hotel.

    This is my third time staying in Toyama. I previously stayed at popular Accommodations near the station, choosing them based on Reviews saying they were good, but both times were disappointing. This time I was a little worried, but it was the best so far. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was breakfast. Whether it’s due to local tastes or the restaurant’s style, every dish was on the sweet side. Even the soy sauce options were only sweet ones, which didn’t suit me. If they offered two types, guests could choose, but unfortunately they didn’t. It’s close to the station, so I might not have needed to have breakfast at the Hotel in the first place.

    Standard Daiwa Net Hotel

    Conveniently located in front of Toyama Station with excellent access, and the Hotel meets the standard Daiwa Roynet Hotel specifications, so my stay was comfortable. I was also happy that there were bath additives, including a medicinal bath option.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a twin Room, but it was compact and well laid out, so I had a comfortable stay. The cleaning was thorough as well. In particular, there was a separate area for showering in the bathroom, so shampoo and other toiletries didn’t splash into the bathtub, making it comfortable to soak in the tub.

    Chose this place again this year for its location, value for money, and modernity.

    The bath comes with a washing area, and the water facilities are new and easy to use. These reasons alone made me choose this place again. Its proximity to the station and the popular sushi restaurant next door are also big pluses. However, the parking lot next door tends to fill up quickly, which is a downside. I look forward to staying here again next year. Thank you in advance!

    One more chair.

    I always choose Daiwa Roynet Hotel for hotels near local stations. The main reason is the separate washroom and bathroom, which is a deciding factor for me. This time was no exception, and I was satisfied overall, but it was disappointing that there was only one chair in the twin Room. I wish there had been at least two chairs so we could relax without sitting on the bed. I hope to continue using your services in the future, so I would appreciate your consideration on this matter.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I have used Daiwa Roynet Hotels multiple times, but this was my first stay at this accommodation. The room and lobby were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The bathtub was roomy, and the shower's water pressure and design were convenient and easy to use. Some hotels have inconvenient shower designs, so this was a pleasant surprise. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also very handy. I appreciated the amenity style where you can take only what you need to your room—it's efficient with no waste. The availability of drip coffee was also a nice touch. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyama. Thank you!

    It was comfortable for parents and children.

    We stayed at the accommodation with our 2-year-old son since we couldn't go out during Golden Week. The purpose was to ride the tram and visit the Tomica facility at Takaoka Aeon Mall. It was my first trip to Toyama in nearly 20 years since my university days, and I was very excited. Our must-haves for choosing an accommodation were "Hollywood twin beds to prevent our son from falling" and "separate bath and toilet," both of which were met, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. Although it was a different bed than usual for our son, he slept soundly until morning, so both my husband and I could rest well. The bathroom was very clean, and we received bath salts as well. We enjoyed soaking in the tub at leisure. Since we prioritized cost, the room felt slightly small; however, as we spent most of our time outside, it wasn't an issue. Was it because we had a child that we were assigned a lower floor? Unfortunately, our room only had a view of the parking lot. It would have been better if cars or trams could be seen since our son loves them. It was a short one-night trip but a wonderful experience overall. Our son cried when leaving Takaoka Aeon Mall because he didn’t want to go home—so it seems we'll be visiting again soon! When that happens, we'd love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    The Best Business Hotel

    I chose to stay at a Business Hotel because I wanted to enjoy delicious local cuisine at restaurants outside. The front desk and amenities were efficient, smooth, and well-organized. We stayed in a twin Room for three people, and the extra bed was just as comfortable as the other beds. The Room wasn't particularly spacious but didn't feel cramped either, likely because the "bathtub + shower," sink, and toilet were designed to maximize space. It was clean and comfortable. The cost-performance was excellent, making it an outstanding Business Hotel. I would love to stay here again!

    Golden Week

    This time, I mistakenly reserved a smoking room and managed to get by with an extra deodorizing spray provided. While it was my mistake in completing the reservation, is having smoking rooms still necessary in this day and age? The air from the air conditioner and purifier smelled of tobacco, so I had to sleep with the window open all night.

    I unexpectedly extended my trip to Toyama and booked a stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was very convenient, allowing me to enjoy dinner at a highly-rated local izakaya and take a stroll through Kansui Park, home to the world’s most beautiful Starbucks. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The front desk staff kindly provided detailed information about parking and the coin laundry. This Hotel made me want to visit Toyama again.     Convenient

    The entrance is a bit hard to find, but everything else was great. The rental car could be parked in the lot right behind. The twin Room had a massage chair, which was very helpful as I was tired. Even without a large public bath, the bathroom in the Room was spacious with a washing area, and I could relax with bath salts. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and the station is also close, making it very convenient. It’s clean, and the staff are kind; I’d love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Very convenient.

    It is very close to Toyama Station, about a 5-minute walk. It was snowing when I arrived, which was a bit inconvenient, but if the weather is good, I would choose this place again the next time I come to Toyama. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good.

    The quality of service is important.

    This is about my third stay, and I thought the maintenance of the building and room was excellent. Compared to other properties, I was particularly impressed with the thorough cleaning of the room. Despite having many furnishings and small items in the room, everything was neatly arranged and comfortable. They also paid attention to my room requests, which gives a sense of security as a guest. Although check-in and check-out procedures are automated these days, I think the quality of service, including minor interactions at the front desk, is high. It's the result of the efforts of all the staff. My only request is that I would like a chair in the bathroom. I felt like staying again the next time I visit Toyama. Everyone on the staff, please keep up the good work.
