    It was very clean!

    The Room was clean and felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. Both the property and the Room were stylish, and having a foldable makeup mirror in the Room was very helpful. Everything was well maintained and spotless. All of the housekeeping staff we passed in the hallway greeted us, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. I wish we had used the café as well, so I’d like to do so on our next stay.

    The Room is clean. The desk area is convenient but a bit dim. The hair dryer airflow is somewhat weak. The shower pressure is good. The unit bath and tub are small but sufficient. Breakfast is tasty, but during a Multiple Night Stay the menu stays the same, so it can get repetitive. Note that breakfast ends exactly at 9:30. It’s close to the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which is handy.

    The bed was very comfortable, and there was a long shelf next to it, which was great because I didn’t have to put my suitcase on the floor. Amenities were available at the front desk, and the drip coffee was delicious. The TV was large and supported YouTube, so I could enjoy the post-live afterglow! The only thing that bothered me was that when I entered the bathroom, there was a slight drain odor. While showering, possibly due to the upper floors, drainage was poor and water collected in the bathtub. The Room was clean, and I didn’t mind the brightness because there were plenty of indirect lights.

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    This was my first stay, and the front desk staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was served on a single plate, making it easy to eat, and it was freshly prepared, so it was delicious and satisfying. I would like to make a Reservation again next time. Thank you very much.

    We stayed here for our daughter’s move and graduation ceremony. The refrigerator did not cool well, and when we asked the front desk, they said they could store items for us, but it was inconvenient so we did not use that option. From the third day, the Wi‑Fi also stopped working; no matter how many times we reset it, it never connected again until our last day.

    A new Hotel with con...

    A new Hotel with convenient transportation access. Upon entering the Room, it felt dim due to limited lighting and was hard to see. It had a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. The walls of the Room seemed thin, as every sound of water being used and flowing during the night echoed clearly. Since it was a short stay, I decided to accept it as it is.

    Simmons beds for ultimate comfort

    There was a large construction site next door, and I was worried about sleeping at night, but after an early dinner, the construction noise stopped by 6:00 PM, and it was quiet. The room was about the size of a Business Hotel but very clean, and the Simmons bed was particularly comfortable. Due to the construction, access requires some caution, but the Hotel staff were kind, and it was convenient with trains and supermarkets nearby. I would love to stay again.

    The bathroom was disappointing...

    I arrived early, but I was very grateful to be shown to a cleaned Room. The Room was clean and pleasant; however, the bathtub took a long time to fill, and even at the highest setting, the water temperature was too low. I ended up giving up and using the shower instead. Improving both water pressure and temperature would make this Hotel even more comfortable.

    The location is very convenient, being close to Sannomiya Station, but the Hotel itself is overall average. There were two points of concern. While it is understandable that toothbrushes and razors are not provided in the Room, the fact that Room wear is not prepared in the Room and must be brought from the front desk is quite inconvenient, especially when carrying a lot of luggage. Additionally, the shower temperature fluctuated significantly during use, making it very difficult to use. I hope these issues will be considered for improvement.

    Comfortable Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, the banana cake purchased at the on-site café upon arrival was very delicious. I have stayed here before, and with many restaurants nearby, finding food is never an issue. The room was clean and provided a comfortable stay.

    The Room was clean.

    Close to Sannomiya Station with good accessibility. The Facility was new and pleasant, but it was disappointing that there was no free coffee service or bottled water in the refrigerator. The bed was spacious and comfortable, but it was placed on a raised platform, which caused me to bump my feet multiple times and get injured due to the height difference from the flooring. It felt dangerous at night when visibility was low, and even during the day despite being visible. I wonder why this design choice was made... very disappointing.

    Comfortable space

    I stayed here for a training session in Sannomiya. Although my stay was short, arriving at 9:30 PM and leaving at 8:30 AM the next morning, I was able to relax and enjoy my time. After taking a bath, I found myself chatting until 12:30 AM without realizing it. I believe this was thanks to the simple Room design and calming lighting. Having a welcome drink or mineral water would have made it perfect.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Convenient location with easy access to taxis, making transportation very smooth. The bed was very comfortable. It would be even better with a view from the window, but it is sufficient for solo travelers. The staff were also kind and helpful.

    The construction near the station made it difficult to reach the Hotel without taking a detour. However, the entrance was free of any strange aroma, and the Room was not cramped, which was nice. That said, watching YouTube became inconvenient as it would suddenly switch to terrestrial TV or turn off by itself. It made me wonder if the walls were so thin that neighboring remotes interfered or if there was an issue with the TV itself. I appreciated being able to borrow extra towels since it was hot.

    Conveniently located accommodation with easy access by car or train, right next to the station and a supermarket, with parking available. The exterior is modern and stylish, featuring elevator card key security for added safety. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and attentive. Amenities can be picked up at the front desk, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The room requires careful door closure to avoid it staying open, which was a bit surprising. There is a distinct smell typical of older hotel rooms, but air conditioning and refrigerator function without issues. For sightseeing-focused trips, this accommodation offers great value considering its location and room size.

    Thank you to the staff for their courteous service. By the way, there were many coin lockers at JR Shin-Kobe Station, which was helpful.

    An efficient and comfortable Hotel right next to Sannomiya Station

    The location was great, just about a five-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Station. The check-in process was simple and efficient, as check-out only required returning the card key to the collection box. Additionally, the security was excellent, as the elevator required a card key to operate, and the breakfast was very delicious. I would like to stay here again.

    The Room was reasonably spacious and the TV was large, which was nice. The large sausages at breakfast were delicious, and I was satisfied with the drink bar. However, it was disappointing that the hairdryer had dust on it. That's a negative point.

    Regular Stays

    Although it is close to the station, it is inexplicably affordable and the rooms are clean, so I have used it many times since it opened. Large hotels can be too crowded and unsettling, but this one has a moderate number of rooms, so you don't run into others in the elevator. The café may be closed and the amenities have become fewer, but both the exterior and interior have a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere. Overall, I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

    The location was difficult to find, but

    When I called, I was guided accurately. Thank you very much. I looked at Google Maps and headed from the station, but even though it didn't seem that far, I couldn't reach it and was troubled. I was planning to go to a concert held on the day, so I'm glad I made it in time... The Room was clean and I had a comfortable stay.

    The bath is disappointing.

    Even though it's a new Hotel, it's a bit disappointing that you have to adjust the temperature of the bath with the blue and red for water and hot water.

    Stylish, clean, and comfortable Business Hotel

    - I stayed for two nights for personal reasons, and the only things I received at check-in were a card key and a QR code to access the hotel information. With the eco plan, there was no sheet change on the second day, and for check-out, you simply drop the key in a box on each floor, so there's no need to stop by the front desk. It's a no-frills, sufficient service. Both the shared areas and the rooms have modern interior design, and the bedding was clean and smooth, making for a very satisfying stay. - Additionally, the security is solid, the room is spacious, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Sannomiya Station, making it extremely accessible. The cost performance is also excellent, leaving nothing to be desired. - I called the front desk twice with small questions about nearby parking, and they responded promptly and accurately. The front desk staff seems competent. Speaking of which, I didn't see any foreign staff, which have been increasing recently, at this hotel. - There are many similar hotels, but if I'm in Kansai again, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel. The reason the bath gets three stars is that there is no large public bath, and the unit bath in the room is nothing special. However, the unit bath is sufficiently sized, and the water pressure is not bad for a high floor, so I have no particular complaints. Thank you for a comfortable two nights!

    It's a pity that BS broadcasting cannot be viewed.

    Even though there was a large TV in the Room, we couldn't watch BS broadcasts. When we checked with the front desk, they said, "BS broadcasts are not available." It's strange that a new Hotel doesn't have BS reception Facility.
