  I was looking forwar...

  I was looking forward to my stay because the Reviews were good, but the bed was a narrow single and felt very cramped, reminding me of an overseas university dorm. Also, I was very bothered by an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

We sincerely apologize that, despite your expectations after reading the Review, we were unable to provide a fully satisfying stay due to the bed size in your Room and an odor in the bathroom. Regarding bed size, immediate changes may be difficult due to Facility limitations; however, we are continuously working to create a more comfortable environment. We also take your comments about the bathroom odor seriously and have been strengthening our daily cleaning procedures and Facility inspections. Although some time has passed since your post, we would like to express our gratitude for your feedback and once again offer our sincere apologies. We will continue striving to improve our services so that all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay at our Hotel.

  Accommodation

  Stayed in an "Omakase" room. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant! However, the lobby in the morning was crowded, making it difficult to pass through, although check-out was smooth.

  It was comfortable.

  I made a reservation with an unspecified room due to a sudden need to stay on the day, but you prepared a wonderful twin room for me. Thank you very much. There was nothing to complain about the room, but I would like to point out two areas for improvement: the bathroom had a slight odor, and the night coffee service felt somewhat incomplete. When I checked at 10:30 PM, the curry was sold out, and although I wasn't expecting it, I was left with a strange sense of disappointment. I'm sure restocking is difficult, but I thought it might be better to eliminate the light meals and just offer coffee and cookies (with restocking). I intend to use your service again. Thank you very much.
