    The location was excellent and very convenient!

    This was my first time staying here. The access from the airport is excellent (by taxi or bus), and it was especially helpful since I stayed during a typhoon. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and among the Hotels I have used recently for business trips, this was the best. I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Miyazaki.

    The Room is very clean.

    The Room was spotless and felt very clean. Breakfast was delicious, but it was disappointing that the French toast is made to order and takes about 15–20 minutes. Overall, it was a comfortable Hotel with excellent value for money.

    Comfortable Hotel

    This was my first visit for work. While it is a bit far from Miyazaki Station, there is a convenient bus stop near the airport, making access to Miyazaki Station easy. Although most restaurants are concentrated around Miyazaki Station and slightly farther away, the distance is manageable for a pleasant walk. The amenity bar next to the front desk was well-stocked, and breakfast offerings changed slightly each day, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Thank you!

    There were two bugs on the pillow.

    The response when I called about a potential late check-in and the confirmation of parking availability were excellent. Additionally, the location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown, making dining options easily accessible. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate and that the pajamas provided were a two-piece type. The room initially appeared clean; however, there were concerns regarding cleanliness as there was noticeable mold in the bathroom area and a broken refrigerator. What shocked me most was finding two live insects on the pillow (which later research suggested resembled booklice). When I contacted the front desk, they promptly offered to bring a replacement pillow and confirmed seeing the insects. However, squashing them on-site left me feeling uncomfortable. While they kindly proposed switching rooms afterward, their initial suggestion of just replacing the pillow made it hard for me to feel at ease enough to sleep. I had intended not to leave this review if an apology had been offered during checkout. Unfortunately, perhaps due to lack of communication between staff members, no acknowledgment or apology was made. Therefore, I am sharing this feedback in hopes of future improvements.
