    Used again for a homecoming visit.

    The check-in time was during the dark hours, but the area was well-lit and had pedestrians, making it safe to walk. There is a convenience store next door, so you can shop even after placing your luggage in your Room. I would like to use this place again next time.

    Conveniently located near the station

    This time, I used the service for a trip back home. Living along the Sotetsu Line in Yokohama, I was drawn to the Sotetsu brand. I was amazed by the variety of amenities! It seems I can reduce my luggage a bit next time. By booking early and paying with a credit card, it became much more affordable, allowing me to upgrade my lunch and enjoy a happy 4-day stay.

    The room was relaxing.

    The location was easy to find, just a short walk from JR and Hanshin Sannomiya Station (Hankyu is also nearby but requires a bit more walking), right next to a 7-Eleven. The area felt lively with many people passing by and plenty of restaurants around. At the front desk, there was only one staff member, and check-in/out was done via self-service machines (the staff kindly explained how to use them). It seems payment is card-only. The staff were friendly. Amenities like pajamas and toothbrushes were available near the elevator for guests to take before heading to their Room. I would have preferred if these items were already placed in the Room. The pajamas came in one size only but had separate top and bottom pieces, which was nice; however, the elastic waistband felt tight. The Room (Deluxe Twin) had separate bath and toilet areas, which were clean and comfortable. Disposable slippers were provided—a nice touch. There wasn’t complimentary bottled water; instead, tap water seemed purified for drinking purposes. While I enjoyed my stay overall due to its comfort, when it came time to sleep, I could hear faint elevator operation sounds ("whirring") as well as arrival chimes ("ping"). Closing the bathroom door helped reduce this noise somewhat. Despite requesting an upper-floor Room away from noise due to my sensitivity, it turned out that my Room was adjacent to the elevator—something I hadn’t anticipated since this particular layout appears unique on each floor based on diagrams provided. If not for these noises—and if YouTube access had been available on TV—it would have been perfect! Although I managed some sleep eventually during early morning hours despite being disturbed by "whirring" sounds again later-onward until waking up fully rested afterward feeling mixed emotions about whether choosing another type/location might better suit future preferences altogether given trade-offs between proximity convenience versus quieter alternatives elsewhere potentially involving compromises regarding en-suite facilities availability/options accordingly reconsidered further deliberation required ultimately deciding upon final course action taken moving forward ahead planning stages upcoming trips stays respectively adjusted expectations aligned accordingly preferences tailored needs met satisfaction guaranteed optimal outcomes achieved desired results attained fulfilled aspirations realized dreams come true memorable experiences cherished forever treasured moments shared loved ones appreciated valued respected honored celebrated remembered fondly always cherished     Close to the station and clean

    Conveniently located near the station with excellent accessibility. The amenities were well-equipped, and the Room was very clean. The unlimited cod roe and handmade tamagoyaki at breakfast were delicious, though it seemed challenging for only two staff members to handle the busy breakfast hours. Depending on the Room, train noise might be noticeable, but overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

    An experience beyond expectations

    The Room is not spacious but has everything you need and does not feel cramped. Although we requested no cleaning, towel and tissue replacements were efficiently handled, which was appreciated. The breakfast was delicious. Additionally, being close to Sannomiya Bus Terminal made going out very convenient!

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for one night to watch the Koshien Senbatsu. I was looking forward to the breakfast, but since I had to be at the stadium by 7:30, I only had a quick meal of rice with raw egg and miso soup after checking out. Next time, I hope to fully enjoy it. The room was compact yet functional and not inconvenient. However, as the desk and chair faced the window, it was difficult to watch TV while seated there, so I ate dinner sitting on the bed. It might be better if you could reconsider this arrangement considering the position of the air purifier. When making my reservation, I requested LL-sized nightwear if possible. While many places usually say they only have free-size options without LL sizes available, there was LL-sized nightwear in my room this time, which made me very happy—thank you! I didn’t use the bath during my stay (hence rated it a 3), but there were no particular issues with it. Amenities and coffee items were located next to the check-in machine on the first floor; thanks to guidance from front desk staff, I didn’t miss them and could take what I needed. The chamomile tea bags were a delightful touch! When arriving via the entrance near the train tracks side initially, there seemed to be no shops around which made me feel uneasy; however, using another exit revealed stores like takeout shops and drugstores nearby—so convenience wasn’t an issue after all! There are three elevators available; however during check-in time multiple inbound families happened coincidentally causing slight waiting times for elevators then—it may depend on timing though! If rushing during checkout hours perhaps leaving earlier would help avoid delays too

    I have stayed at Sotetsu Fresa several times. While the rooms are not particularly spacious, I find it to be very cost-effective.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Conveniently located near the station with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet, possibly due to soundproofing. Breakfast was average, but the dishes were old, some with scratches or water stains, which was concerning. The flow for lining up wasn’t ideal and took time; allowing access to food from both sides might reduce stress. Many guests may be in a hurry during breakfast hours. It was helpful that luggage could be stored until the end of the day after check-out. Thank you!

    The staff's service was excellent.

    The location, Facility, and amenities are average, but the staff's service was excellent. At other Hotels, when leaving luggage, they often emphasize that they won't be responsible if it gets damaged. However, here they accepted my paper bag of snacks with a smile. When I struggled to show the QR code on my smartphone during check-in, a female staff member quickly printed it out from the front desk PC for me. Such thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated when I was tired. This is unrelated to the staff's service, but I have one request: As someone who easily gets lost, I found the access images from each station on your official website very helpful. However, since it's not a barrier-free route and involves stairs when carrying large luggage, it can be quite challenging. Once the renovation work at Sannomiya Station is completed, there might be some improvement in this regard. It would be appreciated if you could also include barrier-free routes in your information.

    LIVE participation with Stays

    Stayed for 2 nights It's about a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, making it convenient for both the Port Liner station and sightseeing. Having a convenience store next door is helpful. Cashless automatic check-in and check-out is easy. It was great to see the freight trains passing by at night from the 14th floor. Thank you very much.

    I was made to go through unnecessary trouble.

    Although we usually receive a QR code for check-in via short message, this time it was not provided. Upon inquiring by phone, we were informed that check-in can be completed by entering your name, even without a QR code.

    I used the Hotel for...

    I used the Hotel for a late-night arrival on the weekend. The check-in was fully automated, so I didn't have to worry about the arrival time, which was helpful. The Facility was new, so I was generally satisfied. However, as soon as I entered the Room, I noticed a slight smell of tobacco. It was faint, so it might not have been tobacco, but even after running the air purifier overnight, it was still there the next morning. I hope the cleaning method can be improved. (If someone smoked in the non-smoking Room, I think the Hotel is also a victim...)
