    Absolutely!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility is new and spotless, and the bathroom and bathtub are properly spacious. The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly visible from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat soup was delicious! They also served excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied. It’s a Business Hotel that could easily feel impersonal, but I discovered some great books at the library café at night, and the staff’s posted recommendations for local restaurants felt warm and welcoming. I often stay at Hotels that cost JPY 20,000–30,000 per night, but this place is more than good enough.

    It is a good Hotel.

    The staff were very kind, and the Room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were also clean. The only downside was that a part next to the toilet bowl was broken and had come off, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety, but it was just right for me. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely like to stay again.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly.

    It was my first time in Osaka, and the hotel was conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. It was clean and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed for one night. The Room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The breakfast venue is a library room, with an atmosphere like a stylish café. The food was delicious as well. As the name suggests, I was able to spend a truly relaxing time. I would like to stay again.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    I had stayed at other Hotels in the same group several times, so I decided to stay here as well. It’s a bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka Station, and the streets are quiet at night with no convenience store nearby, which was slightly inconvenient, but I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was high quality despite being free. The menu was well balanced. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    They were very kind.

    This was my first time staying here, and I really appreciated the thorough explanation of the system and how to use it. The complimentary breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, from the day before the Yodogawa Marathon to the day after the race. It was very convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the venue with no hills, and there were several convenience stores along the way. Shin-Osaka Station is also just a 5-minute walk away. By registering as a member, I was able to check in at 14:00 instead of the usual 15:00, and since two of us registered, our checkout was extended until 12:00, which was extremely helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious. All of the staff had wonderful smiles and were very pleasant, making it a great trip.

    Highly recommended around Shin-Osaka Station.

    The Room was spacious and clean. The Hotel was quiet as well. I was impressed by the very polite response through email regarding my prior requests. Breakfast had a reasonable variety, with particularly delicious side dishes. Restocking was smooth, and the original smoothies were also delightful. I would love to stay again next time.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station (about a 7-minute walk) and very convenient. The room was a clean twin, and it was great that there was no step between the toilet and the room, making it barrier-free. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying as well. I would like to use this place again. I always make my reservations through IKYU.com.

    Osaka Expo

    I used this place when visiting the Expo. Since I was unfamiliar with Osaka, it took a bit of time to get there from Shin-Osaka Station, but the front desk staff were very pleasant both upon arrival and departure. The Room was clean and comfortable, which was great.

    Less than a 5-minute...

    Less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station's main entrance, the location is convenient and easy to find. The room, including the bathroom, was functional and clean. Rooms facing the railway can be noisy due to train sounds, so requesting a quieter room might be a good idea. The complimentary breakfast (included in the accommodation fee) was quite satisfying and delicious. Next to the entrance, beverages like coffee, cold water, and tea are available outside of breakfast hours, which was very appreciated. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful. This accommodation has become a great option for my stays in Osaka!

    Used during the Osaka Expo.

    I stayed here to visit the Osaka Expo. Before making the reservation, I called to ask a few questions about the reservation process and the room. The explanations were clear, and the response was excellent. On the day of use, I arrived before noon with plans to leave my luggage and head to the Expo. When I tried to organize my belongings before leaving, I was kindly guided with a smile to use the café space near the entrance, which was very helpful. (On my return as well, another staff member kindly allowed me to use the café space with a smile.) The café space had cold lemon water and peach tea when I checked. It was a hot day, so it was very refreshing and delicious. (I believe there was coffee as well.) Additionally, ice and water were freely available, allowing me to fill my bottle with ice for staying cool at the Expo—this helped greatly. At night when we returned to the hotel, there was a coin drop game being held that children seemed thoroughly enjoying. The room itself was clean; both bathroom and toilet were spotless which made for a comfortable stay. In morning breakfast started from 6:30 AM complimentary basis exceeded expectations taste-wise though regretfully couldn’t leisurely enjoy due-to scheduled departure around 7:10 AM One note regarding access route between station-hotel while straightforward overall initially navigating underpasses etc might require map assistance especially JR South Exit felt closer relatively speaking Would love returning next time visiting Shin-Osaka area! Huge thanks entire team!!

    Overall, excellent!

    I made a reservation for a plan with a 12:00 checkout (2 nights). The complimentary breakfast was of such high quality that I would have been willing to pay for it, and the room was clean! The front desk staff were all very polite, making it a wonderful stay! Thank you very much!

    Breakfast and the Room are excellent.

    The Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a bed larger than a single size, allowing for a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and breakfast were also satisfying and enjoyable. Thank you! However, it was slightly disappointing that there were no women's amenities like lotion, which are commonly provided in many Hotels nowadays. Overall though, it was a great value for money and a wonderful Hotel experience.

    Excellent service! No complaints except for breakfast.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay due to the Expo. On the morning of my stay, the receptionist who took care of my luggage was friendly and provided helpful information about the Expo. On the first night, when I returned to stay, they kindly offered me a leg pillow, saying, "Your legs must be tired." The "Honey Apple" tea bags were delicious, and when I mentioned wanting to buy them after returning home, they printed out the sales website for me. What disappointed me was the breakfast buffet. Although rice was available, it leaned heavily towards Western dishes and didn’t even include fish. The taste was mediocre, and I couldn’t eat enough to feel full, leaving me hungry by lunchtime. The same menu on the next day added to my disappointment.

    Convenient Hotel

    A Business Hotel near Shin-Osaka Station. I chose it for its location, price, and room size, but it turned out to be even better than expected. Is there really another hotel in this area with such cleanliness, breakfast included, and under 10,000 yen? **[Pros]** - Convenient access from the station - Affordable pricing - Smooth self-check-in (might be challenging for older guests) - Strong security measures - Clean and spacious rooms - Clean bathroom and toilet facilities - Breakfast included (taste is average) - Free coffee and tea available in the lounge **[Neutral Points]** *(Slight concerns but not deal-breakers at this price)*: - Even on higher floors, the view is mostly of nearby buildings or rooftop equipment. - The room can feel a bit stuffy. - Pajamas are unisex gowns only. - The lounge is quite basic; may not be suitable for work purposes. - Close to the station but slightly tricky to find initially.

    The sound of the train...

    Stayed for 2 nights. The bathroom was clean, but the Room had a ceiling light and a household air conditioner, making it feel less like a Hotel and more like staying at a friend's house. Amenities were limited to just a toothbrush; there were no hairbands, shower caps, or skincare products. As others have mentioned, my Room was on the railway side, and the noise from passing trains was extremely loud. Considering I stayed for 2 nights, I would have appreciated being assigned to a Room on the road side instead. The breakfast selection was quite good for a Business Hotel; however, serving garlic stir-fry in the morning might not be ideal.
