    I’d like you to help me celebrate special occasions.

    Because the opening day happens to be my birthday, I’ve stayed here on the opening date almost every year since it opened (except in 2020 due to COVID), but I’ve never received any kind of acknowledgment. In the second year, I received a handwritten note saying something like “Thank you again this year,” but nothing since then. It’s a bit disappointing. I don’t need gifts, but I’d appreciate even a brief message.

    I love Onsen.

    I was surprised to find an Onsen Accommodation in a place like Shinjuku. Only a small Room was available, but I was able to relax thanks to the Onsen. I’d like to visit again. If possible, I hope you can bring back the late-night snack time.

    Perfect for a New Year's stay.

    Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

    This was my third st...

    This was my third stay. This time, I stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday. The check-in process was smooth as it was done via a machine. Also, since it was during the New Year period, I enjoyed the seasonal touches in the breakfast. I reserved a high-floor room, and the view was stunning with clear sights of distant mountains. As it’s winter, using the heater made the air dry; having a humidifier might be helpful. I used the large public bath during less crowded times in the evening and morning, so I could relax comfortably. The sunset view from the open-air bath was beautiful. However, there were some hairs on the floor of the changing room due to many users; thankfully, there were cleaning tools available for quick tidying up. I always look forward to enjoying ice cream at the entrance of the large public bath—this time they had cookies & cream and matcha azuki flavors available. It’s rare to find an accommodation where you can enjoy an onsen in central Tokyo; I would love to stay here again!

    We had a great time.

    Stayed for one night on Friday. The accommodation felt like a mix between a Ryokan and a Business Hotel, combining the best aspects of both. The large bath was available right after check-in, with only 1-2 other guests present, and later became private as I stayed longer. The only concern in the large bath was that the standing shower seemed to be broken (or gave that impression). However, it had a spacious feel thanks to its large windows. The tatami flooring in the room was comfortable, and though compact, it provided a relaxing atmosphere—a very pleasant room overall. I only had breakfast during my stay, but not only was it delicious; warm dishes were served warm, showcasing Ryokan-like quality. Considering the recent rise in accommodation costs, this facility offers excellent value for money.

    Used by my parents.

    I made a reservation and used the accommodation for my parents who came to Tokyo from the countryside. It was a very lovely Ryokan, but perhaps because of the strict security, it seemed complicated for my parents, and they did not use the Onsen. Next time, I would like to stay together and spend a relaxing time.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first time staying here. I think it is a rare accommodation in Shinjuku where you can enjoy an onsen. With its Japanese-style design, it seems to be popular among foreign guests, and I had a comfortable stay. The amenity set from Three was included, which was very nice. It would be helpful if shower caps were provided in the room or the large public bath area. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    Thank you for the wonderful experience. The room is not very spacious, but it is efficient, neat, and beautiful. It felt new and was impeccably clean, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were kind and provided polite service that was pleasant. The decorative flowers were stunningly beautiful and eye-catching! I used the large public bath four times during my one-night stay. It was always quiet, allowing me to relax in the bath at leisure. Enjoying the view of the skyscrapers in Nishi-Shinjuku from the open-air bath—what a luxurious happiness! The highlight of my stay was dinner at Natsushita Fuyukami restaurant. The presentation of each dish was exquisite, the food delicious, and the staff's attentiveness exceeded perfection for me. Thank you for making me feel so happy!

    Stylish Hotel in Shinjuku

    I stayed during the Obon holiday. Although it is a bit far from the station, the staff's service was excellent. The Room was stylish, and there was a large public bath, offering a unique experience compared to typical city Hotels. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Regular accommodation for Tokyo sightseeing

    Is it possible to find such a quiet and relaxing accommodation with great value in Tokyo? While it's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Gyoen Station, breakfast is served as a carefully prepared Japanese meal in the dining area, giving the feeling of staying at a ryokan. It seems there are more international guests than Japanese ones, but most people have good manners even in the large public bath. I've stayed here several times and have never had an unpleasant experience. On the contrary, despite being in the city center, this accommodation offers a calming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. For dinner, I usually enjoy UberEATS deliveries, but I think it would be nice to try their Japanese course meal in the elegant and serene dining area sometime. The price isn't extremely cheap, but after staying once, you'll likely feel it's worth the cost for what you get. This is an accommodation I want to keep coming back to whenever I visit Tokyo!

    Onsen Water

    Overall, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable for a good rest. However, the hem of one yukata was coming undone and caught on my toes. The hot water felt nice, but the amount of water in the bathtub was low, and there was a slight chlorine-like smell that bothered me. In the open-air bath, some debris was floating. The atmosphere of the Ryokan was pleasant, and I would like to stay again in the future; however, I hope for improvements regarding the hot water.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    It was wonderful to step on tatami, wear tabi, soak in the open-air bath, and spend a relaxing time. Thank you very much. The seasonal flowers and the scent of incense felt like a dream. I now understand why everyone recommends the breakfast—it was delicious. If I may make one suggestion, it would be great to have one more face towel in the Room.

    It seems that despite using it every year, it hasn't been remembered.

    The hotel's opening anniversary coincides with my birthday, so I have stayed here every year since its opening (except during the 2020 COVID-19 state of emergency). Although nothing was mentioned about this before, this year at check-in, a staff member asked if I had stayed before, and I shared the story. They said, "Congratulations," which made me very happy. Even though the price has increased and I was considering stopping, I'm now thinking of staying again next year.

    Room restroom

    The room was 1703, but I noticed an odor in the restroom. The next day, there were no vacancies for the same room, so I moved to a smaller room on a lower floor where the restroom was fine. The rooms are lovely, so I hope to have a more pleasant stay next time. I really like this place and have stayed here many times, so I'm looking forward to my next visit.

    Highly satisfied!

    I stayed here for an event in Tokyo and was very grateful for the staff's kind response to my mistake. The Room was beautiful, and the Onsen was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and I definitely want to try dinner next time. The staff's service was outstanding, and I will surely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you for making my trip to Tokyo enjoyable!

    Always satisfied

    I have used this Property multiple times. Although it is a bit far from the station, the Onsen is absolutely amazing. At night, you can enjoy the Onsen while admiring the night view of Shinjuku, and in the morning, you can relax with a pleasant view. Being able to experience this in Shinjuku is a highlight of my business trips. The service is excellent, and I am always satisfied during my stay.

    I stayed during the New Year.

    Many foreign guests were staying. The Facility was clean. The Room only had a shower, but there was a large public bath and an open-air bath with Onsen water transported from Hakone, so it was not a problem. Breakfast was served individually, and drinks and salads were available in a buffet style. It had a casual feel, yet also a sense of luxury, making for a pleasant stay.

    We hope you had a happy New Year.

    I stayed at the property to spend New Year's Eve and New Year's Day at the onsen, and there were various New Year's events that I hadn't imagined when making the reservation, allowing me to have an enjoyable time. The meals at the events were carefully prepared, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind, and I felt happy. The dinner I had at the restaurant was also elaborate and very delicious. One disappointing thing was that, although I understood it and it couldn't be helped, the heating couldn't be adjusted in the room, and it got cold after some time from bathing. I thought I would bring something like a shawl next time.
