    Conveniently located just steps from Exit 5 of Tameike-Sanno Station.

    Convenient location and a modern building. Many international guests stay here. There are no restaurants nearby. Good as a Business Hotel, and the Room is functional. The bathtub is extremely small—so small I wondered whether international guests can use it comfortably. The bed sheets had an unpleasant sweaty foot odor. Two foreign female cleaning staff were noticeable, getting into the elevator with guests and spending a long time cleaning the toilet area; I wish they were more considerate of guests. If these issues are improved, I would like to stay again because of the convenient location and low price.

    A lovely space

    It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

    The bed was against ...

    The bed was against the wall, with the foot of the bed facing the TV, leaving very little space. When I woke up early to get some water, I had to step over my husband to reach the refrigerator, which was inconvenient. The toilet seat was also cold, which was disappointing for me. Thank you for the complimentary juice and water. I was surprised to see a foreign guest showering in the public bath while wearing lingerie.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay. I chose it for the convenient location and the sense of safety in the area. I had two complaints: 1. The toilet seat was cold. 2. The vending machine on the 7th floor did not accept the new 1,000-yen bills. I wanted to have a beer after my bath, but I didn’t have any old bills or coins, so I couldn’t buy one. Changing and going down to the front desk felt like too much trouble, so I gave up. I can overlook #2, but because of #1, I’ll think twice about staying at APA Hotels in winter in the future.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I chose a high-floor view Room. You can see Hie Shrine from the window, and the interior was luxurious, providing an indulgent space. The rooftop open-air bath was excellent. I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay.

    It was an affordable stay, possibly due to the off-peak season. The facilities were well-equipped, making it perfect for business use. However, if I had to mention something, the scent of perfume seemed a bit strong, though I am not sure if this applies to all rooms.

    Extremely user-friendly

    The room is compact but very functional. It features a large TV, a curtain by the bed for restful sleep, and air conditioning, lights, and outlets conveniently located by the bedside for easy access. Each paper cup is individually wrapped for cleanliness, and the remote control has a cover, which is great for those who are particular about hygiene. Three complimentary welcome drinks are provided in the refrigerator. Since I stayed on a weekend, the area around the hotel was quiet. In front of APA Hotel, there seems to be an elegant Western-style restaurant with a historical feel. Behind APA Hotel is Hie Shrine. There is an Onsen with an outdoor bath as well. Although it’s not natural hot spring water, having an Onsen was still delightful!

    The Facility can get hot during summer.

    No air conditioning in the elevator. The Hotel has an open atrium, and the hallway can feel hot when leaving the Room. It can be challenging to go to the large public bath. No convenience store inside the building, but drinks in the refrigerator are helpful. The elevator is slow. It says "near National Diet Building," but is it really close? The Prime Minister's Office seems closer. Many international guests stay here. I wrote a lot because these features stood out to me. The air conditioning in the Room works very well!

    This was my first stay. The Room was small, but it had convenient features like storage space under the bed. What surprised me was that I didn’t encounter any other Japanese guests from check-in to check-out. It felt as if I were staying at an overseas Hotel. Previously, at a luxury Hotel, I forgot my smartphone adapter in the Room and was told to come and pick it up as they couldn’t send it to me. This time, I accidentally left something behind again and contacted them expecting a similar response, but they kindly sent it to me. I truly appreciated their help! Business Hotels may have small Rooms, but their service is excellent. I will definitely stay here again!

    Convenient location and a quiet environment.

    This is my second stay. The surrounding environment is excellent, and it feels very relaxing. After exploring various options, I decided to stay here again. However, there was one thing that concerned me. This is not limited to this hotel, but some foreign guests use the large public bath without first pouring water over their lower body or entire body before entering the tub or fail to cover tattoos properly. They may not fully understand how to use the facility appropriately. Even if the hotel makes efforts to maintain cleanliness, if users do not follow proper etiquette, it diminishes the benefits of having a large public bath. Perhaps you could consider distributing flyers about proper usage at check-in, displaying instructions on TV screens in rooms, or posting illustrated notices in the bathing area—making them as clear and noticeable as possible for everyone multiple times might be helpful.

    Although I used the service without meals,

    Due to an early morning departure, I did not use the meal service. The room was clean, and I was able to use the bath without much crowding. I forgot my APA card, but with the support of the front desk staff, I was able to check in without any issues. Thank you very much.

    It wasn't suitable for me.

    Unable to book my regular Stays, I stayed at APA for the first time. As I do not use the large public bath and prioritize room livability, work environment, and quality of meals, it did not suit me.
